Profil

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant.
Kings Road Merch GmbH is a globally established full-service provider of merchandise products and services.
As an independent German subsidiary of a global music group, we offer customized online shops for bands and artists. We manage merchandising at venues throughout Europe during their tours.
Our services range from the production of merchandise products to storage and logistics in our logistics center in Dortmund, Europe-wide tour support, and the operation of customized online shops.
We are looking for you if you enjoy working in the music industry with printed T-shirts and merchandise. National European sales taxes, OSS, and withholding taxes don't scare you? Would you like to familiarize yourself with our ERP system Netsuite and report to our international partners?
What you will do:
Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Invoice review and payment processing
Accounts receivable management
Preparation of VAT returns in all European countries in collaboration with our international compliance partner
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Monthly reporting to the US parent company
Who you are:
Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or financial accountant
Several years of accounting experience
Confident in financial accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Openness to reporting in accordance with IFRS
Experience with NetSuite or the willingness to learn
Good English skills

Reporting to the SVP, Content, the Associate Director, Content Policy will lead The Orchard’s efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate catalog‑level risks within our client base. You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management teams, providing guidance on gray‑area cases, interpreting policies, and navigating sensitive or nuanced escalations. The Director, Digital Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing The Orchard’s global digital supply chain, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across UGC and fingerprinting services. This role oversees the systems, processes, and standards that ensure sound recordings and metadata are delivered correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with partner requirements and client expectations. Acting as a central operational authority, the Director develops SOPs, authors critical documentation, manages backlog prioritization, and resolves high-impact delivery or ingestion issues.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day supply chain performance, the Director serves as the operational lead for catalog migration initiatives of any scale—defining best practices, establishing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring successful execution across global teams. The Managing Director, Kings Road Merch – International is a senior general management and P&L leader responsible for building and scaling Kings Road Merch outside of the United States. As Co–Managing Director alongside the U.S.-based MD, this role has full accountability for international strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and execution across all aspects of the business—including artist relationships, commercial strategy, operations, supply chain coordination, and organizational build-out.
This leader will initially oversee Germany, and build out the UK, and Australia, with expansion into Latin America and Asia as the business scales.
