Reporting to the SVP, Content, the Associate Director, Content Policy will lead The Orchard’s efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate catalog‑level risks within our client base. This role focuses on fraud detection, suspicious or non‑compliant client behavior, ambiguous content scenarios, and policy interpretation across DSPs. You will act as a key decision‑maker for borderline or unprecedented cases, ensuring The Orchard’s catalog remains compliant, reputable, and aligned with DSP and industry standards.
This position requires someone who is comfortable using data and pattern‑recognition to surface risks at scale, helping to spot issues early and guide proactive intervention. You will need to have experience with AI agents. Ability to define ambiguous issues and find unambiguous scalable solutions. You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management teams, providing guidance on gray‑area cases, interpreting policies, and navigating sensitive or nuanced escalations. You will also build processes and frameworks to strengthen The Orchard’s proactive risk posture and help shape our approach to emerging catalog‑integrity challenges.

The Director, Digital Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing The Orchard’s global digital supply chain, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across UGC and fingerprinting services. This role oversees the systems, processes, and standards that ensure sound recordings and metadata are delivered correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with partner requirements and client expectations. Acting as a central operational authority, the Director develops SOPs, authors critical documentation, manages backlog prioritization, and resolves high-impact delivery or ingestion issues.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day supply chain performance, the Director serves as the operational lead for catalog migration initiatives of any scale—defining best practices, establishing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring successful execution across global teams. This role requires deep technical understanding of digital delivery specifications, rights identification, and partner ingestion behavior, combined with the leadership skills to guide internal teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Reporting into the Relationship Management Lead based in New York City, this role will work across key markets domestically and internationally, coordinating and managing tasks for artist and label campaigns, offering vital sales support, and overseeing the evaluation of services. You will also ensure campaign effectiveness by tracking sales and budgets, collecting key assets and materials, and assisting with critical day-to-day responsibilities across the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to work cross-functionally between departments and within diverse systems globally - with a concentration in markets across Asia. They are capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
