About the Role

As a Director of Product Management in our Paris office, you will lead Scibids' Platform Integrations team, driving our expansion across DSP and Social advertising platforms. In this role, you'll manage a team of product managers and own the strategy and execution for integrating Scibid's AI-powered optimization across the world's largest advertising platforms. This is a critical leadership position that will directly impact Scibids' ability to reach new markets and drive revenue through strategic platform expansion. You will work with cutting-edge AI technology in the rapidly evolving ad tech space, partnering with the world's largest advertising platforms to deliver solutions that preserve the fair value exchange in digital advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 product managers across Social and DSP integration domains, providing guidance and fostering a high-performing team environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
   
   
2. Strategic Vision: Own and synthesize the optimization integration strategy and vision across DSP and Social platform types, aligning with broader Scibids and DV objectives.
   
   
3. Competitive Intelligence: Understand the competitive marketplace to influence strategy, identify gaps where the integration team can innovate and drive the changes needed to implement them by pivoting quickly when needed.
   
   
4. Product Development: Construct and maintain integration roadmaps and lead end-to-end product development across all integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality exection.
   
   
5. Partnership Liaison: Act as the primary product liaison for Business Development on integration partnership discussions with buying platforms.
   
   
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the entire DV organization by working with DV's broader Platform, Programmatic and Social product teams on joint ventures product marketing to structure go-to-market releases and create compelling narratives around new integrations.
   
   
7. Executive Communication: Present integration strategy and progress to senior leadership, customers, and partners in a clear, engaging manner and coordinate with Engineering leadership to align on technical architecture and resource allocation.
   
   

Minimum Qualifications

1. Work Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
   
   
2. Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech integrations, or performance marketing platforms.
   
   
3. Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand complex technical architectures and API integrations.
   
   
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with data-driven decision making and defining success metrics.
   
   
5. Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.

About the Role

The mission of Scibids AI is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, leading to incomparable performances for a minimum of human work. 

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help shape and strengthen the Scibids DoubleVerify bidding algorithms — the central intelligence behind our platform. You will drive the evolution of our automation framework, transforming unmet business cases into scalable product enhancements. This role blends rigorous statistical thinking with hands-on implementation, demanding both intellectual precision and practical execution.

This position will combine high development standards, a relentless curiosity, a strong understanding of DV's business priorities and the ambition for your work to become a real game changer!

On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects end-to-end, taking ownership from the initial proof-of-concept phase through to production deployment and monitoring.
• Mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices to ensure high code quality.
• Working with massive datasets (billions of ad impressions/month) and millions of variables.
• Solving non-routine analysis problems (not handled by off-the-shelf ML solvers).
• Solving challenging scaling/engineering problems as our system produces thousands of ML models per day.
• Working closely with the commercial and customer success teams to help identify business cases where a new algorithm is needed or existing ones need improvement.
• Identifying and automating any repetitive process taking place at Scibids, including cases where this means developing some AI routines replacing “human common sense.”
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• MS degree in applied mathematics or data science (e.g., statistics, probabilities, operations research, machine learning).
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Science with Python/C++.
• Passion for automation and data-driven decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in a SQL-like language.
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Previous experience leading technical projects or mentoring team members.
