As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, promoting the benefits of Go1's learning platform, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to meet our company's sales targets. This role is CDD and will initially be a 3 month contract.
- You'll be a modern-day explorer, prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, from cold calls to email campaigns and social media. Prepare to unleash your charm and curiosity!

- Bonus points if you're familiar with the world of online learning and corporate training. But if not, don't worry! We'll provide you with all the knowledge and support you need.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English and if you happen to speak German, we'll consider it a superpower!

En tant que SDR Midmarket, ton rôle sera de générer un maximum d'opportunités commerciales (Inbound & Outbound) au sein d’une équipe Sales & Marketing ambitieuse. Identifier, qualifier (par téléphone, email et LinkedIn) et convaincre les prospects sont les maîtres mots de tes journées, avec pour objectif de créer des RDV.
Tes missions :
- Créer des conversations pertinentes avec les bonnes personnes (Responsable formation, L&D, DRH) pour les aider à résoudre leurs problèmes liés à la formation en ligne.
- Réaliser des actions de prospection outbound (appels à froid, emails, LinkedIn) avec un volume élevé de contacts quotidiens.
- Qualifier les leads inbound issus des campagnes marketing.
- Décrocher des rendez-vous pour les Account Executives sur le marché MidMarket (500-2000 employés) en effectuant toutes les actions nécessaires : relances, appels sortants et messages personnalisés.
- Identifier les décideurs clés au sein des organisations et établir des relations de confiance grâce à ton assurance et tes compétences en communication.
- Analyser les besoins des clients potentiels pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Mettre à jour notre CRM Salesforce avec précision pour suivre les interactions et activités des leads.
- Te tenir informé des tendances du marché pour positionner Go1 comme la solution de contenu de formation privilégiée des entreprises.
- Partager tes idées et insights lors des réunions d'équipe pour améliorer nos processus de vente et marketing.
- Collaborer avec les Account Executives pour transformer les leads qualifiés en opportunités de vente.
Ton profil :
- Tu as entre 1 et 3 années d’expérience comme SDR / BDR.
- Passionné par le métier de Sales, tu souhaites tout faire pour dépasser tes objectifs et avoir un impact significatif dans l’équipe
- Déterminé et résilient, tu sais faire face aux défis du métier de SDR
- Ambitieux, car ce poste est souvent un tremplin vers un rôle d’AE
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles.
- Aisance au téléphone pour réaliser des appels sortants avec confiance.
- Organisé, tu sais gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps.
- À l'aise avec les outils technologiques comme Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- La connaissance du secteur des RH / Formation est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral, avec un focus sur le marché South EMEA (France en priorité).
- La maîtrise de l'allemand est un atout supplémentaire.
Equipe :
- Tu es rattaché(e) au service Growth Marketing, qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Sales, principalement basée à Paris.
- Tu travailles en duo avec un SDR arrivé il y a quelques mois
- L’onboarding / période d’essai se passe en présentiel (avec de la flexibilité)
- Ton manager sera Antoine qui occupe aussi le poste de Head of Growth South EMEA

- Salaire de base de 35 000 € avec un plan de commission 70 fixe / 30 variable non plafonné.
