We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. 

We are building largely in San Francisco, and have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement.

About the Role

As one of the first blockchain engineers at Bridge, you will be given the autonomy to work on projects that are truly global in scale and aim to give customers access to products they've never had access to. Many of the use cases that we work on today didn't exist several months ago and that's because our team is dedicated to constant improvement for our partners and end users. Our Engineers have outsized ownership over projects so if you are looking for increased autonomy working on a completely greenfield opportunity, Bridge is the place for you.

Responsibilities

• Build out multi-chain hot wallet infrastructure to support increased reliability of our payments.

• Build smart contracts to increase hot wallet payment throughput.

• Build smart contract platform to issue custom stablecoins across multiple blockchains (EVM, Solana, Stellar, etc).

• Build smart contract monitoring systems to detect anomalous events (especially related to minting and burning).

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and protocols to support stablecoin transactions and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and maintain smart contracts, ensuring security and efficiency.

• Perform thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications.

• Optimize blockchain performance and scalability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and integrate relevant advancements into our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• We are open to hiring engineers at various levels of seniority but in general we would look for somebody with 5+ years of experience.

• Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana or others.

• Experience with smart contract development using Solidity or other relevant languages.

• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols.

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) and stablecoins is highly desirable.

Overview

The COO & Deputy Trust Officer will oversee the bank’s daily operational performance, ensure safe and sound delivery of stablecoin issuance, custody, reserve and settlement workflows, and help fulfill fiduciary obligations under OCC expectations (12 CFR Part 9).

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Operations Leadership

• Lead all day-to-day operational functions for the trust bank including issuance operations, custody operations, reserve operations, reconciliation, and customer settlement flows.
  
  
• Design and maintain operational playbooks, business continuity procedures, and control frameworks aligned with OCC safety and soundness expectations.
  
  
• Oversee operational readiness for product changes, new asset types, new partners, and new currencies.
  
  
• Work closely with engineering to ensure operational workflows are ready to go.

2. Deputy Trust Officer Responsibilities (12 CFR Part 9)

• Support the Trust Officer in fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities for all custody and safekeeping activities.
  
  
• Oversee fiduciary recordkeeping, including account setup, segregation, ledger accuracy, and periodic reviews.
  
  
• Ensure trust operations meet OCC fiduciary standards, including §9.6 annual reviews, fiduciary audits, internal controls, and documentation.
  
  
• Act as acting Trust Officer when designated by the President/Board.

3. Operational Controls & Regulatory Compliance

• Implement and maintain OCC-aligned internal control systems across operations, custody, reconciliation, and settlement.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with GENIUS Act requirements related to issuance, redemption, and lawful-order execution.
  
  
• Partner with Compliance and CRO on operational risk testing, issue remediation, and supervisory responses.
  
  
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, operational logs, and evidence repositories for OCC examinations.

4. Cross-Functional Execution & Program Management

• Coordinate execution across engineering, legal, product, compliance, finance, and treasury teams.
  
  
• Lead operational readiness reviews for new features, new jurisdictions, and new integrations with custodians and banking partners.
  
  
• Drive cross-functional alignment on SLAs, exception handling, operational uptime, and incident root-cause analyses.

5. Third-Party & Vendor Oversight

• Oversee relationships with banking partners, reserve custodians, and critical vendors.
  
  
• Ensure all partners meet OCC third-party risk expectations.
  
  
• Maintain vendor performance dashboards, SLAs, due diligence packages, and ongoing monitoring.

6. Operational Resilience & Incident Response

• Own the bank’s operational continuity, incident management, and crisis playbooks.
  
  
• Lead triage and resolution of operational incidents, coordinating across engineering, custody, and compliance.
  
  
• Oversee post-incident assessments and ensure timely remediation.

7. Board and Executive Reporting

• Provide regular updates to the Board and Risk Committee on operational performance, control testing results, and emerging operational risks.
  
  
• Present metrics and KPIs related to mint/burn SLAs, reconciliation integrity, reserve operations, custodian performance, and operational incidents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bank operations, trust operations, custody operations, or payments operations in a regulated financial institution.
  
  
• Proven experience managing high-volume, control-heavy operational environments.
  
  
• Deep familiarity with OCC regulatory standards, fiduciary banking requirements (12 CFR Part 9), and digital asset custody expectations.
  
  
• Experience with blockchain-based transaction flows, mint/burn operations, or digital asset custody preferred.

What you’ll do

We're seeking a seasoned finance leader to lead our Connect and Crypto F&S team. You’ll partner with the heads of product for Connect and Crypto, acting as a trusted financial and strategic advisor. You’ll lead a team that delivers the revenue forecasting, pricing and unit economic analysis, investment frameworks and strategic insights that enable these products to scale. You’ll translate complex financial analysis into clear insights for senior leadership. You’ll build the analytical infrastructure, including leveraging AI and tooling, to ensure this team best-in-class financial insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and performance management across Connect and Crypto, including volume trends and unit economics. Develop and maintain integrated financial models that reflect underlying product drivers.
• Establish and maintain key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance of new and existing products. Present performance in business forums, highlighting drivers, risks and actionable insights.
• Drive strategy and decision-making by bringing rigorous financial analysis and product and industry expertise to help product leaders evaluate tradeoffs and shape strategic roadmaps.
• Lead the quarterly forecast and annual strategic financial planning process. Develop long range financial models with scenario analysis and actionable recommendations on growth, monetization and where to prioritize investments.
• Serve as a key contributor to key business reviews and leadership forums, translating complex product economics into clear insights for executive audiences.
• Build, lead and develop a high performing team of finance & strategy partners. Align and scale the team to support product growth.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in product finance, strategic finance or FP&A, preferably at a high growth payments, fintech, marketplace/platform, or enterprise SaaS business
• Deep experience in revenue-oriented financial modeling (e.g. pricing analysis, unit economics, volume/take-rate forecasting, deal economics) with the ability to architect complex, integrated models
• A proven track record of partnering with senior product or business leaders, translating complex financial data into clear and compelling narratives, and influencing strategic decisions through financial analysis and insights
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and an ability to create structure and clarity
• Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in or exposure to crypto, stablecoins, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products
• Experience with marketplace or platform business models and multi-sided network economics

Who You Are:

Working as part of the derivatives engineering team, you are an expert on data pipelining and API development. You have knowledge surrounding common derivatives pricing frameworks and inputs for different tradable assets, and how these inputs are derived. You also have experience with working with various backend technologies and have a detailed working knowledge of core software engineering concepts, such as garbage collection, asynchronous processing, and data structures. You have experience in using mathematical and financial libraries (i.e. SciPy, NumPy, QuantLib) in software engineering applications. The Role: Software Engineering Intern

As a team within the Support group, the team is data driven and customer-centric. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join our growing risk organization at Gemini. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving our enterprise-wide risk management program to bridge the rigor of traditional financial services risk practices with the dynamic, fast-evolving landscape of digital assets and cryptocurrency markets.

• Enterprise Risk Framework
  • Design, implement, and continuously mature a comprehensive operational risk framework tailored to the unique risk profile of a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Establish risk appetite statements, risk tolerance thresholds, and key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements

We are seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in consumer growth and a passion for enhancing user experiences throughout the customer journey. About this role in the team:

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to drive the compliance program for  our regulated payments infrastructure. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing components of the Fireblocks Payments Services’ Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Counter-Terrorist Financing (“CTF”), and Economic Sanctions Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will bring regulated financial services expertise, experience in US money service business activities, strong leadership capabilities, and expert knowledge of either payments or digital asset services to scale this new business unit.  This role will leverage board-based expertise in transaction and customer monitoring to design a risk-based compliance program for its institutional clients. A deep knowledge of the regulations, guidelines and industry-leading practices for BSA/AML/CTF/OFAC compliance will be invaluable to helping Fireblocks design and deploy an effective compliance program that will protect the Company and meet regulatory expectations. 

This position reports directly to the Fireblocks’ Chief Compliance Officer. The position will oversee a small team while building out the program, but will grow as new regulated products come online. This role will be based in the US, with preference for candidates based near our NYC HQ, although qualified candidates from other locations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program components for a regulated money services business, Fireblocks LLC (e.g., Transaction Monitoring, Investigations, Governance, Customer Due Diligence). 
• Execute the compliance operations as needed including, but not limited to, name screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, report filing, client onboarding and ongoing review, and governance.
• Be the responsible officer ensuring Suspicious Activity Reports meet requirements and are filed in a timely manner. 
• Oversee the BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance program and report on operational risks and metrics to stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Board of Directors for Fireblocks Payments Services.

Minimum Requirements 

• 10+ years of experience working with regulated financial institutions in senior compliance roles with robust knowledge of BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance Programs.
• Knowledge and experience with Payments, Banking, Correspondent Banking, Fintech, or Cryptocurrency organizations at a department level. 
• Strong knowledge of relevant BSA/AML and Sanctions regulatory frameworks and leading industry practices for money service businesses or banks in the US. 
• Experience designing effective controls and leading the execution of key components of a BSA/AML and Sanctions Compliance Program.
