Overall, your team will:

• Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners such as Airlines, cartage, customs, trade lane management, and warehousing.
• Execute the end-to-end movement of freight shipments within a regional network (both imports and exports), including trucking movements.
• Assist the shipments managed by partners as we drive partner autonomy (if applicable in a given region).

Pre-requisites:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship or a BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics / supply chain, or Air carrier operations (Air freight knowledge is a strongly preferred)
• Fluent in English and Italian (other European languages are a plus)

Role Overview:

The Senior People Manager acts as the primary People lead for JD Group in Italy, ensuring the seamless integration of global strategies within the local market. We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) (German Speaking) to join our growing Customer Success Team, who are a key in helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and obtain maximum value from their investment in their Armis Platform. This will include helping in aligning new use cases to the CISO goals, and identify growth opportunities by informing the customer of our latest innovations, capabilities, and products and match these to the clients’ business goals. In addition, the T.CSM will guide the customer in the successful adoption and operationalization of the Armis platform towards maximum value realization within all levels of the organization so hands-on technical delivery of the platform and configuration is required. The T.CSM serves as the business liaison between the customer and all cross functional teams within Armis, including our Executive team, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Training and Enablement and others.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts throughout their lifecycle with Armis.
• Build strong customer relationships by engaging early as the customer transitions from the PreSales phase to deployment. Work with customer and Armis account teams to define success plans and strategy to meet customer’s objectives. 
• Guide the customer through the implementation phase, delivering use cases and value, leading them to an operationalized state.

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. POSITION OVERVIEW 

The District Manager for Alo's Italy & growing Southern Europe region is responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of the designated region of business.  This includes but is not limited to employee relations, operations, inventory compliance, client retention, sales and service, development of store leadership teams, managing store budgets and profitability. An overview of this role

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP, General Manager, Italy the Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Italy is the medical leader responsible for defining and executing the local medical strategy for oncology products. This role serves as the medical voice within the Italian Leadership Team, ensuring scientific excellence, compliant medical engagement, and strong alignment between global strategy and local patient, physician, and healthcare system needs.

Why This Role Matters

Scalapay doesn't grow without merchants. And merchants don't go live without onboarding.

This isn't a back-office compliance role. You're the first operational touchpoint for businesses that want to offer Scalapay to their customers. You control the speed, the quality, and the experience of how merchants enter our ecosystem.

In a regulated Payment Institution (supervised by Bank of Italy), onboarding is where compliance meets commercial. Manageing KYB, documentation, and regulatory requirements is also about deepening skills that transfer directly to roles in compliance, risk, operations, or account management across fintech and financial services.

What You'll Own

End-to-end merchant activation

• Manage standard and complex onboarding cases from first contact to go-live
• Conduct KYB checks and documentation review for regulatory compliance
• Run daily onboarding calls with prospective merchants—solving blockers in real-time
• Create and maintain merchant records in internal systems

Merchant success in the critical window:

• Support merchants through their first transactions post-go-live
• Monitor documentation completeness and flag risks early
• Be the voice of the merchant internally — escalate friction points

What you’ll be doing: 

• Utilize active listening and written communication skills to interact with and support patients by maintaining availability during shifts for incoming phone, chat, and emails in the language(s) in which you are fluent. 
• Manage all care coordination needs, including but not limited to: assisting with platform sign up, troubleshooting tech issues, gathering intake information, scheduling and canceling appointments, and explaining the services available. 
• Conduct a clinical needs assessment to develop a plan of action for each member and refer to an appropriate level and modality of care (Spring Health counseling provider or other mental health services.) 
• Assess and synthesize information using good clinical judgment to manage member crises such as suicide risk by providing in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow up. 
• Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy and motivational assistance as needed to address mental health, substance use, and family/relationship concerns.

• Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries
• Review and learn from current and new workflows, via a combination of online and live training, and policies, which will be written and spoken in English. 
• Summarize all patient interactions, writing in English within Spring Health’s online documentation systems. 
• Coordinate with other internal teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving issues as needed, to ensure a smooth member experience. 
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special internal projects such as customer-facing initiatives as assigned and available.

What we expect from you: 

• Counselor, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker with a masters degree and appropriate credentials in your US state or country of residence. 
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure. 
• Excellent written and verbal English and Italian communication skills and comfortable interacting with members worldwide. 
• Must be comfortable using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems 
• Motivated to go above and beyond for members to provide a high-touch experience and outstanding customer service.

The target base range for this position is €53,865 – €65,236 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. • Shape auction planning around seasonality, market dynamics, collector behaviour, and seller portfolios
• Drive curation excellence and consistency across the category, reducing performance volatility

Where You’ll Be

This is a hybrid role based in the Netherlands. You will work from the Amsterdam office at least two days per week to collaborate with fellow Category Managers, Commercial teams, and key stakeholders.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager, Soft Home (Europe) to build and manage our vendor base across Europe for home textiles. This individual will focus primarily on bedding and secondarily on window treatments, table linens, and other soft home textiles. This is a pivotal role as we expand sourcing outside of Asia and diversify our supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring deep product knowledge, a robust vendor network, and the ability to navigate the complexities of sourcing in Europe. This is an individual contributor role reporting to Tugba Geyisi.

This person will serve as the linchpin in launching Quince’s Home Textiles business in Europe, owning both vendor management and upstream sourcing strategy across nominated mills and finished goods suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor Development & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality, high-compliance vendor partners across Europe for HOME TEXTILES with fast production lead times.
  
  
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current and new Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince’s product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
  
  
• Act as an ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships.
  
  
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly, with clear onboarding criteria and scalability targets.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement by increasing hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and faster development times.
  
  
• Negotiate commercial terms including MOQs, pricing, capacity planning, and compliance.
  
  

Upstream Material Sourcing

• Evaluate mill capabilities and work closely with internal product and quality teams to nominate optimal partners.
  
  
• Manage mill relationships and ensure smooth handoff of greige fabric to finished goods partners.
  
  

Category Ownership

• Serve as the sourcing lead for all home textiles from Europe, ensuring quality, margin, and lead time KPIs are met.
  
  
• Build scalable and diversified supply chains for each relevant product category (bedding, window, table linens).
  
  

Product Development & Speed-to-Market

• Partner with factories to drive product innovation and reduce development lead times.
  
  
• Optimize raw material and finished goods development calendars to enable rapid testing and scaling.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and tech design teams to ensure aligned goals and seamless execution.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and cost efficiency.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, production, or supply chain roles, ideally within bedding, linens, or similar home categories.
  
  
• Deep understanding of fabric development, materials (e.g., cotton, linen, bamboo), filling materials, and workmanship.
  
  
• Strong network of European textile manufacturers and nominated mills preferred.
  
  
• Demonstrated success in identifying and managing both mill and factory partners.
  
  
• Ability to set and execute a strategy for scaling a high-volume product line.
  
  
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with margin modeling, lead time analysis, and vendor scorecards.
  
  
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Textiles, or related field.
  
  
• Ability to travel around Europe and Middle East, especially to vendors/factories in Turkey and Portugal
