THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Enterprise Business Development Representative to our Client Sales team in Rome!
This role is perfect for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, uncovering new business opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. If you're passionate about sales and eager to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role, this is your opportunity to develop the foundational skills needed to excel in B2B sales.
YOUR IMPACT
- Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects from a defined Book of Business (BoB) via email, phone, LinkedIn, Video, etc.
- Strategic outbound prospecting (listening to podcasts, reading the news, reviewing 10ks, etc).
- Uncovering complex enterprise opportunities (multiple stakeholders, various buying committees).
- Setting the stage for successful high-value sales conversations (building ROI, challenger mindset).
- Close collaboration with AEs for smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships through consultative selling, nurturing long sales cycles, and establishing yourself as a thought leader.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends across different sectors and geographies.
- Possess strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Familiar with or certified in: Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn.
- Tenacious and goal-driven, you bring a proactive mindset and a passion for driving success.
- Adaptable: You enjoy learning and embrace change, and are eager to evolve in a dynamic work environment.
- Coachable: you are hungry for development and want to learn and understand how to become the next top performer on our team.
- Creative: You are always thinking about new ways of doing things better and faster…living by the motto: “work harder not smarter”.
- Collaborative: Our team operates under the motto "To go fast you go alone, to go far, you go together."
- Insatiably curious, you're driven to ask "why" and seek out new information.

We are hiring a Client Sales Executive to our Client Sales - Wellz team in Milan!
Wellz by Wellhub delivers measurable, science-backed mental health support for employees—combining therapy, coaching, digital content, and real-time support with data-driven insights for HR leaders.
Why this role is unique
This is a growth-stage expansion role in the Italian market! Wellz is a new solution in Italy, but not a new story. You’ll introduce it with the credibility, brand recognition, and existing presence of Wellhub—while still having the opportunity to shape how it grows locally.
It’s a rare opportunity to contribute to building something new, with the support, resources, and expertise of an established global company.
YOUR IMPACT
- Drive the growth of Wellz in Italy, introducing a new mental health solution backed by the strength of Wellhub’s brand.
- Build and develop relationships with HR, People, and Benefits leaders, positioning Wellz as a trusted and strategic partner.
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing, supported by marketing initiatives and global best practices.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy and growing pipeline.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales experiences, from presentations to proposals, by understanding client needs and aligning them with meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success and other teams to ensure a seamless experience from first conversation to onboarding.
- Share insights from the Italian market to help refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy locally. Contribute to shaping how Wellz grows in Italy—bringing ideas, testing approaches, and helping build a strong foundation for future expansion.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ experience in B2B sales (in SaaS or selling to HR / People or Benefits teams is a plus).
- You’re proactive and curious, you enjoy opening new conversations and creating opportunities, not just managing inbound demand.
- You’re comfortable managing a full sales cycle and enjoy a consultative approach to selling.
- You’re motivated by impact and excited by the idea of contributing to the growth of a new solution in the market.
- You thrive in dynamic or high-growth environments, and are comfortable navigating change while maintaining focus on your goals.
- You enjoy working in collaborative, international environments and partnering with different teams to achieve shared goals.
- You bring a sense of ownership and take initiative, while also valuing team support and shared success.
- You have an interest in or exposure to wellbeing, mental health, or HR-related topics, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in this space.
- You are native or fluent in Italian and confident working in English.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Welfare Director to our Welfare Division team in Italy!
The General Manager of the Welfare Division will have full responsibility for the Fitprime brand—the legal entity of the Wellhub Group dedicated exclusively to the development and management of the Welfare channel. As a key People Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of motivated young talents, fostering their professional growth within the Wellhub ecosystem.
YOUR IMPACT
- Strategy and Business Growth: Manage the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover derived from the Welfare channel.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, and local associations (e.g., Aon, Assolombarda).
- People Leadership: Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including Sales profiles, Finance functions (accounts receivable/payable and integrated systems like TeamSystem/Pyro) and Customer Success/Operations to ensure excellent service for clients and partners.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: A solid background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits sector. Deep knowledge of the dynamics between companies, employees, and welfare platforms is mandatory.
- Commercial Skills: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations with C-Level executives and external partners, using a "win-win-win" approach to create value across the entire ecosystem.
- Project Management: Excellent process management skills, focusing on reducing operational workload through automation and system integration.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities to guide the team toward a unified "Single Italy Team" vision while maintaining the specific identity of the Welfare division.
