Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Senior Database Operations Engineer will provide timely and quality database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers. They will manage highly resilient corporate and cloud database infrastructure utilized by GHX DaaS/SaaS solutions. The Sr Database Ops Engineer will work with various operational and development teams to plan, design and implement and support core database functionality that meets company initiatives with respect to performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to operational policies and principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Administration and management of GHX databases, including:Backup and recovery ,Monitoring of data database capacity and performance ,Security and data access management ,Installations, upgrades, and patching ,Fail over server management

Required Qualifications

About the job

This position is needed to support our customers’ use of the Twilio platform, and help customers get the best experience from Twilio’s products. You will function as the voice of Twilio to our customers and partners, and operate as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s APIs and SDKs.

This role reports to a Manager, Technical Support, who will be based in our Bengaluru office.  This position requires working in a shift. This position also includes rostering. Rosters will be of a 5 day work week, and could include one or both weekend days.

• Use your strong technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide customer feedback to Twilio’s Product and Engineering teams.

About the role 

The Senior Integration, API & Automation Engineer is a hands-on technical lead role responsible for shaping and executing Rubrik’s enterprise API, integration, and AI‑driven automation strategy.

Broadly, the role will focus on designing, building, and governing secure, scalable APIs and integrations between our core business platforms and third‑party systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM, data platforms), while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the organization. About the Role :

The Security Engineer is responsible for running and improving key security engineering and security operations capabilities, including vulnerability management, detection and monitoring platforms, hardening initiatives, and security automation. • Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring metrics, etc.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices (familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Git, etc.)
