Position Summary:

The Proposal and Budgeting Systems Manager will be responsible for supporting the Associate Director, Proposal and Budgeting Systems with the build and maintenance of the financial and other tools used within Business Operations in support of the budget development and other Business Operations related processes and reporting needs for our internal and external clients as well as other duties as determined by his/her supervisor in accordance with all departmental processes and timelines.

The Investigator Grants Associate II position is designed to be a key member of the project team while providing grant administration processing and financial support to the Project Team and Finance Teams of Precision’s clients. Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• 4-year degree or local country equivalent
• 3-year Clinical Research Experience
• Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments.

• Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines
• Analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with all levels of project team, both internal and at the investigative sites
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Extremely detail oriented and process driven 

Preferred:

• Investigator Payment Specialist, Senior background
• Exposure to investigator contracts and budgets

Skills:

• Solid working knowledge and understanding and ability to use MS Office Suite products
• Intermediate to Advance Excel skills
• Proactive communication style
• Ability to work independently, as a team player

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of excel for the purpose of tracker maintenance
• Resolves payment related issues and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines with little support from management
