As a Field Service Engineer – Early Career, you’ll take on a hands-on role supporting ASM’s advanced semiconductor equipment and helping our customers keep their fabs running at peak performance. You’ll build real-world expertise through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning while working directly with technologies that power AI, 5G, cloud computing, and next‑generation devices. In this role, based in North-Valley/Phoenix, AZ at our customer site, you’ll launch your engineering career at the center of cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing. From your first day, you’ll receive training through hands‑on guidance from seasoned engineers onsite. You’ll work with vacuum systems, plasma, chemical delivery, robotics, sensors, advanced metrology, and complex hardware‑software interactions. Your contributions will have a direct impact on tool performance, system uptime, and customer success—playing a meaningful role in enabling leading‑edge logic technology nodes. The Director of Renewals leads the global renewals organization responsible for driving customer retention, recurring revenue growth, and a seamless renewal experience for customers across all segments. This role owns the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, leads a globally distributed team, and partners cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and customer value realization.

Renewals are a primary driver of predictable revenue, customer retention, and long‑term company growth. This role sits squarely at the intersection of revenue, customer experience, and operational execution—and has a direct impact on gross and net retention, expansion ACV, and forecast accuracy.
As Director of Renewal Management, you will own and scale a global, high‑volume renewal motion for customers, where efficiency, precision, and consistency are critical. You’ll lead a globally distributed organization, define the operating model, and build the processes, analytics, and automation needed to deliver 100% on‑time renewals at scale.
This role is highly visible and deeply cross‑functional, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, Product, and Operations. Success here means improving renewal predictability, reducing churn and risk, driving expansion opportunities, and elevating the customer experience—while enabling the broader go‑to‑market organization to operate more effectively.

Overview
The EE/SW Integration Manager at the OEM level owns system-level & sub-system-level electrical and software integration strategy, execution, and release readiness across multiple vehicle programs. The EE/SW Integration Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and software systems deliver the intended vehicle-level functional performance. This role goes beyond architecture compliance and focuses on feature behavior, timing performance, system robustness, drivability impact, and cross-domain interaction quality. The position owns system-level validation and readiness of how the vehicle behaves under real-world conditions, including transient events, edge cases, environmental stress, and feature concurrency. Work directly with MSTs, software engineers, systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers to ensure robust delivery.

As a Food Service Assistant at Bezos Academy, you’ll help provide nutritious, compliant meals to children at our tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool and provide direct support with a variety of additional tasks both in and out of the classroom. You will manage all aspects of food preparation and service with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Core Responsibilities
Facility Labeling & Signage
• Install, maintain, and audit required safety signage throughout the facility (hazard warnings, emergency exits, restricted areas, PPE requirements).
• Ensure all chemical containers, storage areas, and equipment are properly labeled per OSHA and GHS/HazCom standards.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify missing, damaged, or non-compliant labels and signage and take corrective action promptly.
Hazardous Waste Management
• Manage the day-to-day handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with EPA, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain satellite and central accumulation areas, ensuring proper labeling, containment, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with licensed waste disposal vendors and prepare manifests and shipping documentation.
• Track hazardous waste generation volumes and maintain compliance logs.
Incident Management
• Serve as the first responder and point of contact for workplace safety incidents and near-misses.
• Conduct thorough incident investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Document and report incidents in accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements (300/300A logs).
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.
Safety Inspections & Audits
• Perform routine facility safety inspections, identifying hazards and non-conformances and tracking them to resolution.
• Conduct fire extinguisher, eyewash station, first aid kit, and emergency equipment checks and ensure all are in proper working order.
• Support and prepare for external regulatory inspections and audits (OSHA, EPA, local fire department).
• Maintain accurate inspection records and checklists.
General EHS Support
• Assist in the development and delivery of safety training for employees (new hire orientation, equipment-specific, emergency response).
• Support the implementation and upkeep of safety programs and written plans (IIPP, HazCom, Emergency Action Plan, etc.).
• Help maintain the EHS documentation system, ensuring records are current and organized.
• Collaborate with facilities, operations, and engineering teams on safety-related projects and improvements.

Experience
