What You Will Do

As Superintendent, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of assigned vertical construction projects — translating scope into execution and keeping the field focused, productive, and accountable.

Lead Field Execution

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for assigned vertical construction projects to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.
• Direct and coordinate field activities with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain command of site logistics, sequencing, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving.

Own the Schedule

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Adjust sequencing, manpower, and priorities as needed to hit milestones and meet deadlines.
• Anticipate roadblocks early and take action before they impact production.

Drive Accountability and Performance

• Monitor daily production, site progress, labor utilization, subcontractor performance, and equipment usage.
• Lead and support Foremen and field teams to raise the bar on execution, teamwork, and consistency.
• Hold the line on standards while coaching people to grow.

Build Strong Communication Across the Job

• Serve as the key bridge between the office and the field.
• Keep Project Managers, leadership, crews, and trade partners informed, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in vertical construction, with progressive leadership in field operations, supervision, or project execution.
• Proven success managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong working knowledge of vertical construction means and methods, sequencing, logistics, safety requirements, quality control, and manpower planning.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

What You Will Do

As Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll help keep Alpha’s accounting operations running sharp. You’ll support the Controller, partner with internal teams, and bring discipline to the financial details that matter.

Own the Accounting Fundamentals

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain the general ledger and support day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and month-end adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and help ensure financial records are clean, complete, and audit-ready.

Support Month-End, Year-End & Reporting

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Generate financial reports in NetSuite and assist with variance analysis.

Drive Project Accounting & Job Cost Discipline

• Track and analyze job costs across multiple projects by cost code and phase.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

What You Will Do

As a Field Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of concrete construction activities in the field. You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and support teams to help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with project plans and specifications.

Support Field Execution

• Support field execution of concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, footings, curbs, paving, structural concrete, and related activities.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with planning and sequencing work to align with project schedules and production goals.
• Coordinate with survey/layout personnel, superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to verify dimensions, elevations, embeds, anchor bolts, formwork, and placement requirements before pours.

Drive Readiness and Coordination

• Participate in pre-pour planning meetings to confirm manpower, equipment, rebar, embeds, forms, access, safety controls, testing, and finishing requirements are in place.
• Support procurement and delivery coordination for concrete materials, reinforcing steel, embeds, forming systems, curing materials, and related items.

Protect Quality and Production

The Opportunity

As Chief Financial Officer, you are the financial architect and strategic co-pilot of Alpha Inc.

You’ll help shape where we grow, how we fund it, how we protect it, and how we ensure that operational excellence turns into sustainable profitability. This role goes far beyond accounting — it’s about vision, discipline, and intelligent risk-taking.

What You Will Do

As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll turn financial insight into strategic advantage — fueling Alpha Inc.’s growth with clarity, discipline, and intelligent risk-taking.

Lead Financial Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute Alpha’s financial strategy in alignment with company-wide business objectives.
• Identify and drive financial initiatives that support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate market opportunities, expansion strategies, and emerging risks.

Own Financial Planning & Performance

• Oversee company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities — and translate insights into action.
• Provide clear, decision-ready financial analysis to executive leadership.

Ensure Financial Integrity & Reporting Excellence

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to the executive team.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and all applicable reporting standards.

Capital, Cash & Risk Management

• Optimize capitalization strategies and evaluate financing options for growth initiatives.
• Oversee cash management, treasury functions, banking relationships, and cash flow forecasting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, liquidity, and compliance risks.
• Safeguard company assets through strong internal controls and disciplined financial governance.

Investments & Strategic Initiatives

• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital projects for strategic alignment and return.
• Support funding strategies for new business lines, equipment investments, and expansion efforts.

Build and Lead an Elite Finance Team

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, job costing, and WIP/AIA billing.

What You Bring

You’re a forward-thinking CFO who sees beyond the spreadsheets, balances risk with opportunity, and earns trust at the executive table.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management; construction or related industries strongly preferred.
• Proven executive-level experience partnering with operations and leadership teams in complex, project-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success supporting growth, managing risk, and improving financial performance at scale.

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA designation strongly preferred.

Skills & Mindset

• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong business acumen — comfortable balancing strategy, operations, and financial discipline.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with AIA billing, WIP schedules, and job-cost accounting.

What You Will Do

Benefits Administration & Employee Support

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and voluntary benefits programs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and concerns.

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to employees and their families.

• Manage employee enrollments, status changes, terminations, and qualifying life events.

• Coordinate and administer open enrollment processes.
