Position Summary:

Physical Requirements:

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Entrata and CMMS systems for logging of service requests and completed work in a timely matter.

• Routinely perform duties including basic appliance repair, general carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to make apartments ready on a timely basis, and ensure meeting completion dates set by the General Manager/Property Manager.
• Routinely inspect interior common areas and the exterior of the property, ensuring daily upkeep of all common areas with company standards, and all the light fixtures are in working order.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment and operating systems to ensure warranty compliance and extended useful life, inspecting units and common areas for fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, filter changes, active utilities, and any work needed.
• Clean coils and condensers, lubricate equipment, maintain air filters and perform minor repair work as assigned.
• Perform routine clean up at repair location or in maintenance shop, keeping working area clean and safe.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory, as authorized. Cleans and organizes the workshop, storerooms, boiler rooms, and utility rooms.
• Unlock apartment doors and accompanies/escorts various vendors as needed.
• Keep drainage grills on grounds clear of leaves.
• Clean pools; adjust and maintain chemicals to proper levels, if needed.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, pool decks etc.
• Assist in snow removal at property, as required.
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, etc. for tenant functions.
• Assume responsibility for after-hours emergencies at the direction of the supervisor.
• Maintain required property uniform and present a professional appearance and attitude.
• Undertake training related to job duties as deemed necessary.

About the Role:

The GRC Analyst, Federal & Customer Programs is responsible for the hands-on analysis, documentation, and operational execution of the company's security governance, risk, and compliance obligations. This role sits at the intersection of customer contracts, regulatory frameworks, and the company's security control environment — translating external requirements into clear, traceable internal commitments and evaluating how well current capabilities satisfy them. The GRC Analyst reviews incoming contractual security language, maps obligations to applicable frameworks and existing controls, produces compliance matrices and gap analyses, owns the operational risk assessment process, contributes to governance and policy lifecycle activities, and supports audit, assessment, and customer inquiry activities.

A meaningful portion of this role is dedicated to ongoing contract and requirements analysis as new programs are awarded and existing programs evolve. The GRC Analyst serves as the security function's primary reviewer of incoming contractual cybersecurity language and works directly with legal and sourcing on flow-down negotiation and redlines. Candidates who enjoy careful reading of contractual and regulatory text — and who want this to be a substantial part of their day-to-day work — will find this role a strong fit.

This is a detail-oriented, writing-intensive role requiring strong analytical judgment, fluency across multiple compliance frameworks, and the ability to work effectively with legal, sourcing, program management, engineering, and security operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Requirements Analysis

• Review customer contracts, statements of work, security annexes, CDRLs, data protection addenda, and flow-down clauses to identify cybersecurity, privacy, and information handling obligations applicable to the company.
• Extract and catalog specific security requirements from contractual language, and translate them into structured, testable statements suitable for traceability and control mapping.
• Compare identified requirements against the company's current product scope, control environment, and certification posture to determine where compliance is already met, partially met, or requires new implementation work.
• Produce gap analyses, compliance matrices, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) artifacts that clearly communicate the state of compliance for a given contract, program, or system.
• Serve as the security function's primary point of contact for legal and sourcing during contract review, redline cycles, and flow-down negotiation, including review of subcontractor and supplier flow-down language.

Framework Mapping & Interpretation

• Maintain working proficiency across the frameworks relevant to the company's regulatory and contractual posture, including NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF, CMMC, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and applicable European frameworks such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Map controls across frameworks to minimize duplicated work and enable consistent responses to overlapping requirements; contribute to a shared control inventory used by compliance, security, and program teams.
• Interpret framework language and authoritative guidance (NIST publications, DoD guidance, regulator FAQs) in the context of specific company systems and business scenarios and escalate ambiguity for formal risk decisions when appropriate.

Governance, Policy & ISMS Support

• Contribute to the maintenance of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation set, including keeping control descriptions, evidence references, and scope statements accurate and current.
• Support the policy and standard lifecycle, including periodic review cycles, version control, exception governance, and clarification of control owner accountability.
• Produce compliance posture reporting and audit readiness metrics for governance forums and leadership review, including framework coverage, finding aging, and remediation progress.

Deliverable Writing & Artifact Contribution

• Draft and revise compliance deliverables including System Security Plans (SSP), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M), policy and standard content, control narratives, customer security questionnaire responses, and audit artifacts.
• Author clear, concise written responses to customer, auditor, and regulator inquiries, calibrated to the technical level of the audience and consistent with approved company positioning.

Risk Assessment & Treatment

• Own the operational risk assessment process and the supporting risk register, including conducting periodic and event-driven risk assessments, documenting current state, identifying deficiencies, and developing risk treatment recommendations.
• Route risk acceptance and exception decisions to the appropriate decision authority with the underlying analysis and documentation prepared for review; track decisions and ensure follow-through on conditions or expirations.
• Track open compliance findings and remediation activities, prepare status updates, and flag aging or high-severity items for escalation.

Third-Party & Supply Chain Risk

• Contribute to vendor and supplier security review activities, including evaluating vendor security questionnaires, reviewing supplier control attestations, and assessing residual risk for inclusion in procurement and program decisions.
• Support assessment of subcontractor and supplier flow-down compliance, including coordinating with sourcing and program management on supplier security obligations and remediation.

Audit & Assessment Support

• Support internal and external audit, assessment, and certification activities, including C3PAO engagements, ISO 27001 surveillance audits, customer assessments, and regulator inquiries.
• Coordinate evidence collection with system owners and control operators; validate that evidence is accurate, complete, and appropriately scoped before submission.
• Participate in assessor and auditor interviews as a subject matter contributor on specific controls and artifacts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with legal and sourcing on contract review, redlines, and flow-down language; with security program management on milestones, schedules, and audit coordination; and with security engineering and IT on evidence, control implementation detail, and remediation planning.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal teams seeking to understand what a given regulatory or contractual requirement means in practice.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• Established a repeatable contract review intake process with legal and sourcing, including a maintained library of standard cybersecurity flow-down clauses and review turnaround expectations.
• Produced an end-to-end Requirements Traceability Matrix for at least one active federal program, traceable from contract clauses through framework controls to evidence sources.
• Stood up the operational risk register and routine risk reporting cadence, with at least one full assessment cycle completed and risk treatment decisions documented.
• Maintained the ISMS documentation set in audit-ready condition through at least one external assessment or surveillance cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Five or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance; IT audit; or a closely related discipline, with substantial hands-on exposure to framework interpretation and contract requirement analysis.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 and NIST SP 800-53, including control families, assessment procedures, and common implementation patterns.
• Experience contributing to SSP and POA&M artifacts, compliance matrices, or Requirements Traceability Matrices in a regulated environment.
• Practical experience supporting at least one formal audit, certification, or assessment cycle (for example CMMC, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or comparable).
• Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to produce accurate, concise, and audience-appropriate compliance documentation. Writing samples may be requested as part of the interview process.
• Demonstrated comfort and interest in reading contractual and regulatory language carefully and translating it into specific, actionable internal requirements. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional task.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholder groups — legal, sourcing, engineering, IT, security operations, and program management — and adjusting communication style accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with CMMC 2.0 assessment preparation, including familiarity with DFARS 252.204-7012 and 48 CFR Part 204.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIS2, GDPR data security obligations, or EU dual-use export control regimes.
• Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with NARA and DoD requirements.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Full Range of Benefits. Position Summary

Peak Energy is accelerating the transition to clean, reliable energy through advanced energy storage systems. We are seeking a Controller to be the first dedicated accounting leader at Peak and build our finance infrastructure from the ground up. This role will be hands-on in the near term — taking ownership of the close process, supporting our ERP implementation, and preparing for our initial financial audit — while also laying the foundation for a scalable, best-in-class accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Accounting Function
  • Establish internal accounting operations previously managed by external providers, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Define the accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that will support the company’s next stage of growth.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to support manufacturing, project development, and capital asset activities.
  • Develop the company’s first monthly close process with clear timelines, responsibilities, and accuracy standards.
• Financial Reporting & Audit Readiness
  • Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Manage the company’s first external audit process, establishing documentation standards and audit-ready controls.
  • Develop and maintain chart of accounts, closing checklists, and standard reporting templates.
• ERP Implementation & Systems
  • Serve as finance lead for implementation of the company’s first ERP system (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure accounting and operational data flow seamlessly.
  • Create systems for tracking inventory, fixed assets, and capital project spend in coordination with other departments.

  • Implement processes for capital purchases, including purchase order review, asset capitalization, and depreciation policies.
  • Work with the project development and operations teams to ensure accurate accounting for construction-in-progress, intercompany allocations, and project costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in-house at a growing company.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control design.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or major system transitions.
• Strong technical skills paired with willingness to be hands-on in the details.
• Experience in manufacturing, clean energy, or capital project–intensive industries preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience building an accounting function from scratch or leading through a transition from outsourced to in-house accounting.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $235,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills. What you will do:  

Electra is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician performing at or above a Journeyman level to support the maintenance, repair, installation, and optimization of fixed plant mechanical equipment and related systems at its production facility. This contract role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and component replacement to ensure equipment reliability and safe, continuous operations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with heavy industrial mechanical systems and the ability to work independently in a startup and commissioning environment with evolving processes 

Responsibilities include:

• Safely perform diagnostic, maintenance, installation, replacement, and repair activities on fixed plant mechanical equipment and associated systems 
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and perform removal, repair, and installation of components including vibratory screens, conveyors, dust suppression and dust collection systems, pumps, pit dewatering systems, piping systems, and hydraulic systems 
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and other mechanical systems 
• Perform mechanical and lubrication preventive maintenance activities, including changing filters on dust collection systems, inspecting screens, seals, gaskets, and expansion joints for wear or leakage, and maintaining lubrication systems 
• Perform removal, repair, and installation of piping and pump components including valves, expansion joints, and check valves 
• Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment 
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, piping diagrams, and equipment manuals 
• Perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime 
• Prioritize work and make sound decisions regarding equipment repair, outage response, and maintenance execution

Compensation

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000. Umoja is seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to support and enhance our portfolio of enterprise applications. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert across systems supporting Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and Quality. You will manage day‑to‑day system operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead the delivery of new capabilities. The Recovery Technician Supervisor works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities as directed by the Clinical Director.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Facilitate and support new hire training efforts to ensure they receive the appropriate training and education needed, compliance with policies and procedures, and the safety and wellbeing of patients
• Identify opportunities to train and develop Recovery Tech staff to improve moral, efficiency, safety, patient wellbeing, experience, and outcomes
• Manage schedules, coverage and team needs
• Safely transport patients in Company provided vehicle
• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to clinical staff
• Follow reporting and communication guidelines when interacting with staff and patients
• Timely completion and accuracy of paperwork, including daily logs and forms
• Solely responsible to complete and manage observation checks for all shifts on a regular basis
• Maintain and assist with development of daily schedule and program structure, specifically around transport times, meal times, transition times, and others outside of normal programming hours
• Function as a member of the treatment team and provide patient observation rounds, and consistent monitoring of patient’s activities and behaviors during scheduled shift
• Attend and actively promote recreational outings and activities with patients; encourage pro-social and coping skills
• Ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep, and assist with tasks and audits to aid in TJC, State, and Federal compliance initiatives
• Provide on floor assistance due to call outs/changing staff needs and as requested
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers
• Assist patients with their needs and collaborate with onsite clinical and medical staff as necessary
• Facilitate and assist with selected activity and education group sessions; document timely and accurately according to established policies and procedures
• Assist in orientation of new patient admissions
• Utilize therapeutic communication skills and maintain professional boundaries with patients and their families
• Participate in the inventory process and monitor delegated vendor supplies
• Be a role model for patients and create a positive culture with staff by emulating professional attitude, language, and communication
• Assist with treatment planning and discharge planning
• Document information regarding client care and behavior as required in established policies and procedures
• Utilize de-escalation skills when exposed to volatile clients in an effort to maintain personal safety while also ensuring safety for the clients, and other individuals in the program
• Assist counseling and administrative staff in responding to emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• 2+ years of management experience required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and capable Bioprocessing Specialist, Drug Product (DP) to support Manufacturing Operations at our newly constructed early-stage cell/gene therapy GMP manufacturing facility located in Louisville, CO.

This role will collaborate with other functions to develop and establish the Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) processes.  Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, DS/DP processing equipment onboarding, qualification, and management, material management, personnel gowning, facility cleaning, authoring reviewing and executing batch records, production scheduling, training and/or leading staff, aseptic processing, vial visual inspection, and onboarding new manufacturing processes/products. This role will support routine Manufacturing Operations. This role will interact on a regular basis with internal process engineers, process sciences, facilities, warehouse/supply chain, EHS, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively work in our matrix team environment.

CORE ACCCOUNTABILITIES:
Specific responsibilities include:  

• Mentor and coach junior associates during the authorship of controlled documents and standard operating procedures on behalf of Manufacturing Operations.
• Lead GMP Manufacturing operations on the floor when Manager is not present
• Perform on-the-job training of associates as a Qualified Trainer for DS/DP unit operations
• Execution of Fill/Finish procedures and systems in support of GMP manufacturing

• Actively participate in the receipt of internal technology transfer of novel cell/gene therapy manufacturing processes at various scales.
• Observe, perform, and qualify on aseptic process simulations and initial internal technology transfer runs
• Able to pass visual acuity tests and drug product visual inspection qualification
• Revise processing SOPs, equipment SOPs, and batch records as necessary
• Perform aseptic manufacturing of lentiviral products in an aseptic clean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9)
• Proactively engage and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and successful completion of DS/DP process simulations and initial internal technology transfer runs from Process Sciences to Manufacturing
• Perform activities related to the introduction of new raw materials, bulk drug substance, and drug product specifications from draft through approval.
• Perform equipment cleaning, as required, per routine maintenance events, and pre/post process requirements
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, good manufacturing practices, and good documentation practices.
• Revise and/or create processing SOPs, equipment SOPs, and batch records
• Perform and participate in equipment, process, and system validation activities including Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualification (EMPQ), and IQ/OQ of Manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Perform and oversee aseptic processes, including but not limited to sterile filling of lentiviral DS/DP in an aseptic clean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9).
• Maintain inventory and perform stocking activities for gowning, cleaning, and consumable materials to ensure sufficient inventory is available to support manufacturing operations.
• Perform and oversee material management activities related to the kitting of Bill of Materials items.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related biotechnology or life-sciences field with 6 years of cGMP manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biologics field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• GMP Drug Substance / Drug Product Filling experience
• Vial Visual Inspection experience
• Leadership experience such as informal team lead, trainer, etc.
• Experience receiving a technology transfer

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Viral vector experience is preferred

This role owns inventory accounting and internal controls, enhances data integrity, and improves systems and workflows to support effective cost management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment and is motivated to build and refine scalable processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Cost Accounting System Development: Establish and maintain robust cost accounting systems to track raw materials, labor, and overhead costs in accordance with GAAP inventory methods. Serve as the accounting liaison for NetSuite enhancements, testing, and system changes impacting inventory 
• Inventory & WIP Management: Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and inventory levels. Support monthly/quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Month-End Close: Lead month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling inventory sub-ledgers to the general ledger

• Process Improvement: Partner with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to assess cost changes and downstream financial impact. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency in production and purchasing 
• Controls, Risk & Audit:  
  • Own inventory-related internal controls, including documentation, testing, and periodic self-assessment 
  • Serve as a key accounting contact for financial and inventory-related audits; support audit requests and resolution of findings 
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company inventory accounting policies 
  • Develop, document, and maintain inventory accounting policies and procedures 
  • Assist with monitoring the cycle count program, execute the year-end physical inventory, and report results. You will be responsible for reconciling raw material and finished goods inventories 
• System Implementation: Assist in ERP/software implementation or optimization to ensure accurate costing data 

What we need you to bring to the team:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory or cost accounting, including direct ownership of inventory valuation, reconciliations, and reporting (not including internship, co-ops, or other school projects) 
• Strong knowledge of inventory costing and valuation methods within manufacturing environments (e.g., Weighted Average Cost, Standard Cost, FIFO)  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and lookup functions  
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), including inventory workflows, reconciliations, and reporting

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $70,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Salary Range – Colorado

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Aviator Nation includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled. 

A reasonable estimate of pay range is $18-$24/hr.

1.    Demonstrates knowledge of breast anatomy, pathological conditions, and safe administration of radiation.
2.    Working knowledge of all mammography, stereotactic, and ultrasound equipment, protocols, and procedures that require the use of contrast agents, medications, and/or sterile techniques.
