About the Role:
The GRC Analyst, Federal & Customer Programs is responsible for the hands-on analysis, documentation, and operational execution of the company's security governance, risk, and compliance obligations. This role sits at the intersection of customer contracts, regulatory frameworks, and the company's security control environment — translating external requirements into clear, traceable internal commitments and evaluating how well current capabilities satisfy them. The GRC Analyst reviews incoming contractual security language, maps obligations to applicable frameworks and existing controls, produces compliance matrices and gap analyses, owns the operational risk assessment process, contributes to governance and policy lifecycle activities, and supports audit, assessment, and customer inquiry activities.

Compensation
The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000. In this supervisory role this position is responsible for auditing, training, and managing Recovery Tech processes and compliance with all of the following; observation checks for all shifts, facility checklists, room cleanliness and safety, patient transportation, patient and belongings search, patient consents, and admissions processes. This position plays an important role in the implementation of programming and care plans by providing direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff. This person will also serve as the subject matter expert on the Rec Tech role. This position will actively support the structure of the milieu through appropriate resource allocation and supervision of patients. The Recovery Technician Supervisor works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities as directed by the Clinical Director.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate and capable Bioprocessing Specialist, Drug Product (DP) to support Manufacturing Operations at our newly constructed early-stage cell/gene therapy GMP manufacturing facility located in Louisville, CO.
This role will collaborate with other functions to develop and establish the Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) processes. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, DS/DP processing equipment onboarding, qualification, and management, material management, personnel gowning, facility cleaning, authoring reviewing and executing batch records, production scheduling, training and/or leading staff, aseptic processing, vial visual inspection, and onboarding new manufacturing processes/products. This role will support routine Manufacturing Operations. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively work in our matrix team environment.

1. Demonstrates knowledge of breast anatomy, pathological conditions, and safe administration of radiation.
2. Working knowledge of all mammography, stereotactic, and ultrasound equipment, protocols, and procedures that require the use of contrast agents, medications, and/or sterile techniques.
3. Ensures equipment quality is within safe limits per MQSA and ACR guidelines prior to daily use.
