The Role
As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. The team’s work directly determines the quality of our models, the rate at which our models improve, and what we ship to customers.
Reporting directly to VP, Product & Process Excellence; you will lead this team through a major transformation — from manual operations to AI-augmented operations — while raising the bar on quality, ownership, and execution. You will thrive in this role if you have run annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or model quality control operations, ideally in an AI product company — and you are ready to bring that experience to a domain where the stakes are high and the work has real-world consequences.
How you'll make an impact:
- Lead, inspire, and scale a 50+ person team — establishing clear accountability, operational discipline, and a high-ownership culture
- Drive operations against defined quality benchmarks and efficiency targets (e.g. QC accuracy, delivery turnaround time, on-time delivery, throughput, and cost efficiency)
- Drive image sourcing strategy — keeping abreast of industry trends, finding new vendors, managing commercial relationships, and managing image acquisition
- Drive an AI-first transformation of the function — pilot and embed AI agents / LLMs, and modern tooling that fundamentally shifts how the work gets done
- Build and implement repeatable processes, playbooks, and staffing strategies to ensure the organization runs efficiently in an AI-first manner
- Develop and retain top operational talent
- Collaborate & partner globally with with India and US based R&D teams— data science, platform engineering, product management — and with Customer Success teams to align operations with model training needs and customer commitments
What we're looking for:
- A senior operations leader (12+ years, 5+ managing 50+ headcount) who has built and run quality-critical operations at scale, preferably with experience of annotation/ML data ops
- Manager-of-managers credentials, with credibility across technical, product, and senior leadership
- Passionate about driving operational excellence and using AI to reshape work; hands-on experience leading AI-led transformations, even if smaller-scale or in progress. We care about your conviction, AI fluency, and pattern recognition. This is a core requirement for the role
- A track record of building high-ownership cultures in operational functions
- A high-quality bar and strong operating discipline — metrics, SLAs, and rhythms are how you run

As a senior member of the Software Engineering team, you will join the group responsible for designing, developing, and owning the distributed systems CRI 1 platform for Zeta. Job Summary
The Network Carrier Provisioning Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of wide area network (WAN) carrier services supporting Ensono’s internal infrastructure and customer environments. This role ensures reliable, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of global network connectivity services by coordinating with carrier vendors, internal network architects, project managers, sales teams, and customers.
The position plays a critical operational and strategic role in maintaining service continuity, enabling new business, supporting customer growth, and strengthening Ensono’s global carrier relationships. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of modern WAN services with strong organizational, communication, and vendor‑management capabilities.
Job Role
- Ensure successful and disruption‑free delivery of all WAN connectivity services
- Maintain accurate visibility into Ensono’s global carrier inventory
- Strengthen carrier performance, accountability, and relationships

Job Responsibilities
WAN Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
- Own the complete lifecycle of WAN circuits, including ordering, provisioning, implementation, changes, and disconnections for internal and external customers.
- Track and manage all carrier orders to ensure milestones, due dates, and service levels are met.
- Coordinate disconnects and service changes to ensure zero unintended impact to remaining services.
- Identify provisioning risks, delays, or technical constraints early and drive resolution with carriers and internal teams.
- Validate circuit delivery against design requirements and hand off services for operational readiness.
Carrier Vendor Management
- Act as a primary operational interface with global WAN carrier vendors.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate service ordering, proper demarcation, and timely installation.
- Support Ensono management in maintaining strong carrier relationships, including participation in recurring vendor meetings.
- Escalate chronic service issues, performance gaps, or delivery risks and track them through resolution.
- Maintain current documentation of carrier contacts, escalation paths, and contractual considerations.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and proactively with project managers, customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders regarding provisioning status, timelines, and issues.
- Participate in project team meetings as required to ensure network readiness aligns with broader delivery timelines.
- Provide accurate status reporting to internal leadership and customers.
Solution Design & Business Enablement
- Partner with Ensono lead network architects to determine optimal WAN solutions aligned to customer, performance, and cost requirements.
- Apply working knowledge of WAN technologies to recommend appropriate service types and access methods.
- Support sales, bid, and proposal efforts by providing WAN pricing, solution options, and comparative carrier analyses when required.

Site Readiness & Local Coordination

- Coordinate with local wiring and facilities teams to ensure site readiness for carrier delivery.

Day to Day
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Meeting customers in-field and closing deals
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users

- Manage the full sales cycle for both Atlas and Professional Services

What you bring to the table

- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead/drive meetings and cadence with the senior leadership in the finance and accounting team for strategic priorities, key business transformation initiative or roadmap discussions.
- Lead Workday and Adaptive projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity
- Lead/Participate in interactive discussions regarding requirements and possible methods of configuration within the Workday and Adaptive Module.
- Interact/partner with the business to understand their needs and usage of Workday and Adaptive. Obtain and document all requirements for all setup and business processes, including all self-service aspects.
- Plan, design, configure, test, and deploy functionalities for all new release, enhancements, or break/fix
- Develop reports, calculated fields, validation rules, conditional routing, and business processes that support the requirements outlined. Mitigate any opportunities of inaccurate data, business process routing, or impacts to other business areas.

- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday and Adaptive advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
- Conduct testing of configuration and develop functional test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and guide the business users through the testing phase.
- Review and map Workday business processes. Advise the business on system services available within the Workday and Adaptive applications.
- Maintain the integrity of the Workday and Adaptive environment while being flexible and nimble to the business.
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and result in complete and accurate outcomes within a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate action plan for break/fix including impacted employees/users/data clean-up.
- Utilizes business knowledge to identify areas of systems improvement opportunity and submits proposals for analysis that lead to recommendations of systems improvements.
- Provides well thought out and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and businesses

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Workday Financials or Adaptive Certified / Pro is highly desired. CPA is a plus.
- 5+ years of work experience in accounting or related function
- 6+ years of configuring experience in Workday Financials, PeopleSoft, or SAP Financials
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecast processes
- 2+ years of configurating experience in Workday PSA
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
The degree in Computer Science is acceptable provided the candidate has prior work experience in leading & supporting finance/accounting operations and fully conversant with financial processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with implementation, EIB, and conversion to Workday preferred

About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer for Cloud Data Warehouse database connector team and supporting other databases teams to drive improved performance, reliability, and analytical power for our platform to delight our customers in how they use their data.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a foundational role in a high-potential environment, as the Hub team will grow from an initial 6 technical resources to approximately 20 by the end of the year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for three critical outcomes:
- Hub Build-Out: Hiring the team, establishing the operational frameworks, best practices, and culture necessary to scale successfully and ensuring seamless integration with the strategic customer's priorities and the Strategic Program's goals.
- Delivery Excellence: Guaranteeing the high-quality, successful, and impactful delivery of technical solutions, customer support and enablement programs for the customer.
- Ecosystem Enablement: Developing and mentoring a 3rd party partner team to ensure they can independently support and extend the customer's platform usage.
The role requires a strong dual focus: Team Leadership and Technical Oversight. As the entire team consists of specialized technical resources—specifically Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects—and includes an integrated, dedicated Support function, the Hub Lead must act as a mentor and technical guide. They will be expected to direct and coach these technical experts on how to "show up" with professionalism and technical authority in complex, high-stakes customer-facing engagements.

3. Delivery Excellence & Customer Success
- Standards Implementation: Establish and enforce adherence to defined technical delivery standards and best practices on all projects, specifically tailored to meet the customer’s technical environment and compliance requirements.
- Escalation Management: Execute the internal escalation process for critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and coordinated communication with customer and support teams.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and system performance data to propose and implement actionable improvements to engineering methodologies, developer tools, or team workflows.
4. Financial and Operational Performance
- Estimations & Scope Creep: Work with Program Managers to maintain accurate technical effort forecasts. Proactively flagging technical scope creep or resource bottlenecks.
5. Talent Acquisition and Development
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the deep-dive technical interview and selection process for all Hub candidates. Ensure every new hire raises the collective technical bar of the team.. Own and manage the complete onboarding process for new team hires.
- Engagement & Retention: Drive employee engagement for this dedicated team through regular check-ins and activities, using proactive measures to address retention risks.
- Training Strategy Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive training and upskilling plans that focus on both deep technical skills and customer-specific domain knowledge, leveraging standard Academy content while ensuring the Dedicated Support team is current on the customer's architecture and configuration.
- Knowledge Sharing Facilitation: Actively facilitate collaborative team work sessions to encourage knowledge sharing and capture team-developed process improvements or technical solutions to share with the broader organization.
- External Partner Quality: Track and report on the effectiveness and quality of the 3rd party partner staff to ensure skill and knowledge levels meet delivery and performance standards.

Qualifications
- Technical Domain Expertise: Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in a technical discipline relevant to the team (e.g., Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Data Science/MLOps) ideally in a SaaS environment. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a role that required reviewing architecture and challenging technical decisions made by senior engineering staff.
- Strategic Account Experience: Proven history of successfully leading technical delivery for a singular, large strategic customer or within a dedicated account structure. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise IT landscapes and align internal technical roadmaps with client-side architectural constraints.
- Architectural Governance & Program Alignment: Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed Strategic Program, serving as the "technical conscience" of the Hub to ensure all deliveries align with the broader program's long-term technical objectives. Experience providing technical direction to dotted-line support resources is essential.
- Partner & Learning Enablement: Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, or enable a 3rd party partner and to effectively leverage or develop formal learning pathways (Academy/training) for customer success.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Extensive experience in mentoring and coaching highly skilled technical professionals, specifically within an Indian delivery center context.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace/Data Annotation Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery for customer-side non-technical roles at Turing. Experience and Qualifications
