We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable to strategically lead our global end to end accounts receivable function across multiple regions. This role will oversee and ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting, collections, cash application, and credit management while driving process standardization, scalability, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15). About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Instrument Controls Technician (ICT) to join our milk processing and packaging engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems that keep our production lines running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety regulations.
Shift schedule: 12 Hour Nights This is a night shift position, with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. About the Opportunity

Summary of job requirement
The primary focus of this position is to provide outstanding customer service. The Senior Specialist, I Customer Service will be responsible for managing all aspects related to SAP’s S4H Order to Cash as ASM’s focal point of contact. The ability to interface with internal and external customers is critical in this role supporting cross functional departments to balance workload amongst the USA based team.
The ideal candidate must possess strong diplomacy skills in high pressure situations. This position requires working in a fast paced environment, multitask throughout the day to support customers urgent delivery requirements, e.g. “Tool Down” events and work independently while ensuring data integrity and attention to detail to satisfy business requirements. This position requires the highest level of customer communication, ownership, responsiveness and follow through from point of sale, customer quotations, order entry, order acknowledgement, monitoring material allocations (as applicable), tracking shipments and final invoicing. All open customer commits must be fully closed in a timely manner based on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have the ability for potential travel to the customer site (s) and must have the ability to work flexible hours to support ASM’s global business requirement to get the job done!

· Create professional presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) summarizing departmental performance, cost analyses, and continuous improvement project outcomes for leadership review.
· Collaborate with finance, quality, and engineering teams to gather cross-functional data and produce integrated reports that support strategic decision-making.
· Respond to ad-hoc data requests from senior management, providing timely and accurate information to support business planning, audits, and customer inquiries.
· Track and report on corrective action effectiveness, supplier performance scorecards, and regulatory compliance status to ensure leadership has visibility into risk areas.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 2–4 years of combined experience in shipping/receiving, production support, and/or document control within a manufacturing or production environment.

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and document management systems.

· Operate sit-down and telehandler forklifts to move, stage, and load structural steel materials throughout the facility and yard.
· Safely handle long, heavy, and off-balance loads including structural beams, HSS tube, angle iron, plate steel, and fabricated assemblies.
· Load and unload flatbed trucks, including proper blocking, banding, and securement of steel for transport.
· Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and material tags to ensure accurate staging and sequencing of steel.
Production Support & Shop Coordination
· Work closely with fabricators, fitters, and project leads to keep material flow organized and on schedule.
· Keep the yard and shop floor organized, clear of hazards, and staged efficiently for active jobs.
· Assist fabrication and welding crews with positioning and staging of steel components throughout the production process.
Safety Leadership – Loenbro Safety Initiative
· Follow all safety protocols including load capacity limits, designated travel paths, and required PPE at all times.
· Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and immediately report any issues, defects, or unsafe conditions.
· Maintain full situational awareness in areas with, pedestrian traffic, and tight clearances.
· Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses relevant to forklift and material handling operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum 3–5 years of forklift experience in a steel fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Training Manager, reporting Director of Learning and Development, who will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical Trainers and administering the Company’s electrical apprenticeship programs. This leader is also responsible for coaching and mentoring our electrical training personnel while ensuring compliance with all industry standards, licensing requirements, and accreditation guidelines while providing a high-quality learning experience for participants as part of Loenbro University.
The Electrical Training Manager will coordinate and manage enrollment, scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting. In addition, this individual will lead and support the team of instructors, ensuring instructional excellence. The role requires strong collaboration with company leadership, field supervisors, and external training partners to align workforce development goals with organizational needs.
This position plays a key role in preparing apprentices for success in the electrical field by maintaining program integrity, fostering instructor engagement, and driving continuous improvement in training content and delivery.

Your Impact
As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance. You will play a significant role in the Company’s three statement financial forecast, develop and present executive reporting packages, build & maintain financial models, and assist in the planning and implementation of ad hoc initiatives.
