About the role

As Regional Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth by improving our consumer experience by focusing on Loyalty and Pricing & Incentives within Wolt’s South region. Our teams own and develop core gameplay systems that define the player’s experience in battle, including hero abilities, agent creation, combat mechanics, and game modes. We build the systems that make moment-to-moment gameplay engaging, responsive, and strategically deep. We are looking for an experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group and help us scale and improve our customer support and internal tooling products across 50+ countries.

Platform team operates across all Bolt verticals supporting business growth and success. The team tackles problems including geospatial (routing, ETAs etc), user identity and verification, user communications, internal tools, automation and customer support.
As a Product Analytics Manager, you will lead the analytics function for our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group. Your teams own the complete support experience for Bolt users and build tools and technology for efficient workforce management. You will act as a cross-functional partner driving strategic decisions, while also enabling and growing a team of product analysts. You will be at the forefront of evaluating how Automation and Artificial Intelligence can bring value to the support experience and lead discovery to find product opportunities with an optimum balance between cost-effectiveness and quality support.

We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Mobile team in Warsaw and lead a strategic platform transformation. Our mission is to deliver a world-class mobile experience that keeps pace with our web product — and to do that, we're moving to React Native as our cross-platform foundation.
You will be the technical anchor of this multi-year initiative: setting the architectural direction, driving the adoption of React Native across the team, and enabling us to ship the same features on iOS, Android, and web from a single codebase. Mobile is a high-visibility surface used by millions of Box customers, and this role sits at the heart of how we evolve it.
This is not a solo contributor role. We have firepower in the team. What we need is someone who can coach engineers, build engineering culture, and make the transformation stick — not just close the gap once, but establish a sustainable, scalable way of building cross-platform products at Box.
