What You'll Do:
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and stability of CoreWeave’s cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with the Production Engineer Team Lead and other engineers to support incident response, platform reliability, and operational improvements. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for monitoring the health of our infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and participating in both day-to-day operational tasks and incident resolution efforts.
About the role:
You will assist in incident response efforts by helping identify and resolve service disruptions quickly while documenting root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews (PIRs). You will monitor system performance and health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to identify potential incidents and implement automation to reduce manual intervention. This position involves collaborating across teams to improve platform reliability and resilience while refining incident response playbooks. As you gain experience, you will take on more complex responsibilities in incident management and system reliability.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in scripting or using automation tools such as Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Good familiarity with incident management practices and frameworks like ITIL or SRE best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.

We’re hiring across multiple levels. Typical cash compensation ranges from ~320,000–600,000 PLN, with additional equity that can significantly increase total compensation (up to ~1,100,000 PLN at senior levels). What You’ll Do:
The GPU Performance Team is responsible for the automated testing and verification of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of nodes and infrastructure. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the hardware we deliver to customers is stable and performant throughout its lifecycle.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the GPU Performance team to help us build and refine our automation platforms and workflows for reliability, efficiency, scalability and observability. This individual will join a team of Golang and Python developers innovating kubernetes-based solutions to hardware performance testing. As a member of the GPU Performance team, you would have the opportunity to:
- Design and Implement solutions for testing infrastructure at scale through automation.
- Develop platforms, workflows, data structures, API endpoints, and other testing management tools and capabilities.
- Create test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, alerts, and insights into our performance testing platform.

Who You Are:
You are a software engineer with a strong bias toward reliability, automation, and scale. You’re comfortable owning services end‑to‑end and working close to hardware, but your primary tools are Go or Python, Kubernetes, and well‑designed APIs.
- Have experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC) and are comfortable integrating with infrastructure systems (Kubernetes, CI/CD, telemetry, metrics backends).
- Are motivated by automation at scale: you’d rather design a controller, workflow, or platform than run one‑off tests by hand.
- Are familiar with system metrics, performance, and health (e.g., GPU/CPU, network, storage, or similar infra) and know how to turn raw metrics into dashboards, alerts, and actionable insights.
- Are comfortable designing and implementing performance tests and validation workflows that run across many nodes and clusters.
- Care about code quality, observability, and operational readiness: logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, and on‑call are part of how you think about building systems.
- Are willing to participate in an on‑call rotation and help own the stability of the platforms you build.

Operations Engineer, Fleet Reliability

What You'll Do:
The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management, and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates, and remote troubleshooting of our highest-tier supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms, and tool dependencies. You will be in a daily battle with the forces of entropy to maximize the number of nodes CoreWeave can deliver to customers.
About the role:
You will help drive batches of server nodes through our provisioning and validation processes while efficiently and effectively troubleshooting node or cluster problems as they arise. This role involves configuring and maintaining large-scale, high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs. You will work two shifts from 7 am to 9 pm and participate in on-call rotations, which include after-hours and weekend work. Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our US Headquarters for up to 2 weeks within their first month of employment.
Who You Are:
- 2 or more years of experience troubleshooting or administering data center or on-prem infrastructure (servers, storage, network or a mix).
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform system maintenance tasks consistently and reliably.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lawfully travel to the U.S. on short notice by your start date (e.g., ESTA or B-1 visa).
Preferred:
- Software development or scripting languages (bash, python, powershell, etc).
- Grafana, prometheus, promsql queries or similar observability platforms.
- Data center environments including server racks, HVAC systems, fiber trays.
- Kubernetes administration or HPC (administering GPU-related workloads).

What You'll do
The Fleet Reliability Operations Team is the heart of CoreWeave’s capacity delivery and maintenance effort. This team is responsible for provisioning, updating and triaging server nodes, and executing the processes and tooling that configure and validate our server fleet. This team is the first in line to respond to hardware issues in production, and is empowered to drive automation and observability design and priority for our server fleet lifecycle.
We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations team who can help us maintain and improve our high volume of delivery and scale as we 10x the size of our fleet. This individual will develop a strong pipeline of talent, manage onboarding and training, provide process and thought leadership across the team’s domain, and champion reliability and customer satisfaction. As the manager of this team, you would have the opportunity to:
- Build and lead a 24/7 team of process-oriented, reliability and observability-focused engineers.
- Lead the socialization and documentation of clear and consistent processes for provisioning, validating and troubleshooting nodes in our server fleet.
- Think critically about and advocate for process and automation improvements prioritizing event-driven automated remediation as the end goal.
- Provide a 24/7 engineering support function for high-criticality, time-sensitive node delivery and maintenance.
- Drive and improve our program of onboarding, documentation, enablement, and performance management to help your team members achieve new heights of personal growth and capability.
- Drive the culture and tone for how your team keeps score both in how they communicate with and support each other and how they enable the rest of CoreWeave.
Who You Are
- You have seven or more years of experience in a software or infrastructure engineering industry, of which at least two years were in a leadership capacity.
- You have a background that includes the knowledge and practice of SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture, observability, and change management.

The Fleet Reliability Operations Team is the heart of CoreWeave’s capacity delivery and maintenance effort. This team is responsible for provisioning, updating and triaging server nodes, and executing the processes and tooling that configure and validate our server fleet. This team is the first in line to respond to hardware issues in production, and is empowered to drive automation and observability design and priority for our server fleet lifecycle.
We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations team who can help us maintain and improve our high volume of delivery and scale as we 10x the size of our fleet. This individual will develop a strong pipeline of talent, manage onboarding and training, provide process and thought leadership across the team’s domain, and champion reliability and customer satisfaction. As the manager of this team, you would have the opportunity to:
- Build and lead a 24/7 team of process-oriented, reliability and observability-focused engineers.
- Lead the socialization and documentation of clear and consistent processes for provisioning, validating and troubleshooting nodes in our server fleet.
- Think critically about and advocate for process and automation improvements prioritizing event-driven automated remediation as the end goal.

What You'll Do:
As part of the Network Services / DPU team, you will own the test and automation strategy for our OVS-based datapath and related control-plane components. You will partner closely with DPU, networking, and platform engineering teams to define requirements, build automation, and turn dataplane validation into a reliable, repeatable service that protects our customers and our cloud.
About the role:
You will lead a local team driving the DPU test strategy and execution, owning validation for regression, functionality, and scalability of NVIDIA software releases. Your day-to-day involves designing automation to orchestrate DPU/host configurations and OVS pipelines, while integrating these tests into CI/CD to gate production releases. You will collaborate with operations on incident patterns, participate in on-call rotations, and work directly with vendors like NVIDIA on escalations and feature validation. Additionally, you will influence the long-term architecture of DPU dataplane and control-plane designs from a testability perspective.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in networking, systems, or cloud infrastructure engineering, focusing on dataplane technologies and production operations.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA DPUs (e.g., BlueField) in large-scale deployments, including firmware/software lifecycle and offload pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of OVS configuration and pipelines, including bridges, flows, and hardware offloads.
- Solid background in cloud networking infrastructure, including VPCs, routing, security policies, and overlay/underlay networking.
- Proven ability to build test and automation frameworks using Python, Golang, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in network observability and troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump, iproute2, and perf.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
Preferred:
- Experience validating NVIDIA DPU / DOCA / HBN stacks in a cloud provider environment.
- Prior work on system tests for network switches, smartNICs, or DPUs.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based environments and DPU integration into node lifecycles.
- Contributions to open-source projects such as P4, OVS, DPDK, or DOCA libraries.

What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer for Network Observability to join our Network Observability team. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining the monitoring, telemetry, and observability systems that keep CoreWeave’s GPU cloud network operating reliably and at scale. You’ll focus on building solutions that provide real-time insights into network performance, ensuring that issues are detected proactively and resolved quickly.
Your mission? To empower CoreWeave’s network with advanced observability: robust metrics, powerful analytics, and automated alerting—so well-tuned that any anomalies become clear before they ever impact our customers.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain network observability platforms. Use your skills in Python and Golang to create and automate collectors, exporters, and dashboards that provide deep visibility into network health and performance.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Platform teams to ingest and unify logs, metrics, and events from a variety of platforms (Arista EOS, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Nokia SR OS, SR Linux, etc.) into a single observability pipeline.
- Design and implement scalable telemetry solutions using protocols like gNMI, SNMP, and streaming analytics. Ensure advanced alerting and anomaly detection with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
- Work closely with network developers, site reliability engineers, and security teams to integrate observability solutions across the broader infrastructure. Participate in design discussions, RFCs, and architectural decisions.
- Join a rotating on-call schedule to troubleshoot and resolve observability-related issues. Provide timely support to operations teams, quickly isolating and fixing problems when they arise.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, gNMI, and SNMP. Experience writing or extending custom metric collectors/exporters is a plus.
