About the role
As a Customer Success Support Manager at Human Interest, you are responsible for the performance of the team that is the frontline face of the company. On a daily basis, you demonstrate your passion for helping customers maximize our retirement savings platform. You love to solve problems and are energized by challenges and the reward that comes with solving them. You leverage strong coaching expertise and 401(k) knowledge to drive team strategy in a way that maximizes the overall customer experience.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $75,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. All of our employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. The Opportunity
We are hiring a Director of Account Management to build and lead the next evolution of our customer-facing organization. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. ABOUT THIS ROLE
We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Clerk to manage invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining communication with customers, including big-box retailers, through multiple portals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in ERP systems (such as JDE), and excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping strategy and driving execution across the full go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle while supporting growth in key business metrics.

Your Mission:
As we evolve our go-to-market strategy to focus on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), the Solutions Engineering role has shifted from a passive support function to a central driver of revenue. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, acting as the bridge between technical capability and business value.
Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Engineering and partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs), you will be responsible for owning the "technical win."
