Onboarding is a critical function that drives customer success and migrations, by providing a world class experience to every client. This role will ensure all customers have a clear understanding of the migration process and help prepare the client for the transition. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and govern a POD-based operating model supporting enterprise clients.
