Job Summary:

As a key member of the cross-functional Development Team responsible for providing regulatory writing expertise and leadership to formulate the writing strategy for key regulatory documents for submission. The Sr. Director, Head of Regulatory & Medical Writing will be responsible for providing guidance to the medical and or regulatory writing group (contractors and internal writers) assigned to deliverables and ensuring appropriate work allocation and document preparation.; will also provide review and substantive editing of documents to ensure delivery of high-quality documents. Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a BS with 15+ years, or MS or other advanced science degree (e.g.: RN, NP, MSN, PharmD, PhD, MD) with 10+ years of experience in oncology clinical research experience as a clinical or regulatory medical writer within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Prior experience leading a regulatory writing group
• Experience writing/leading the writing of critical clinical documents in major regulatory filings (NDA, BLA, MAA).

We are looking for a Staff Scientist – Quantum Applications to lead the technical development in utilizing IonQ’s quantum computers to create highly differentiated quantum solutions that will bring value to society. As a Staff Scientist – Quantum Applications, you will be part of the new Quantum Applications team based in College Park, Maryland , you will be a key link to the University of Maryland ecosystem, serving as a bridge to collaborate with world-class faculty and researchers both at UMD and at institutions globally.

You Have

You Will:

• Design and implement the machine learning solutions that power agentic search and discovery systems to drive Roblox content distribution.
• Design and implement large scale recommendation models.
• Design and implement LLMs and VLMs for visual understanding and natural language understanding.
• Balance researching new technologies with a practical approach to integrate research efforts into the Roblox products.

You have:

• You have 7+ (for principal) or 4+ (for senior) years of experience designing and building scalable machine learning solutions. Experienced with transformer based model training, inference, and product integration. Break down product requirements into iterative deliverable stages.
• You have a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• You have initiated and facilitated challenging technical decisions across multiple teams and organizations.
• While deeply technical, you always start with the needs of the user, whether they are Roblox users or internal engineers.
