With the Field Technical Operations team on GFiber, you’ll support the deployment, operations, installations, and maintenance of a fiber optic network supporting residential and business customers throughout central Texas. This role requires a passion for being on-the-ground, executing complex projects that improve internet access, speed, and service in your community. This role will flex to meet the needs of the business, plugging into areas where needs are critical, and then rapidly moving onto new areas of need as the business evolves. As a consequence, your manager may change frequently in this role, as it will rotate across functions on a needs-basis. It will require some knowledge of our industry and willingness to learn much more. A versatile skill set, a flexible approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges as the role evolves and changes is critical. The Tech Ops team is responsible for deployment and maintenance of a fiber optic network throughout your market, and customer installations and repairs. Team members are expected to analyze vendor performance and field data, extract actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, and present data and metrics to stakeholders in a concise and clear way that enables data-driven decision making. This role will focus on the management and maintenance of GFiber’s HUT/CO facilities. It will report to the Technical Operations Lead and address new business needs and projects as needed. |

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Metrology Technician Lead to validate critical dimensions on complex satellite assemblies using advanced precision measurement equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Laser Trackers, Romer Arms, and 3D Laser Scanning systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Spatial Analyzer (SA) and PC-DMIS measurement software to ensure accurate data collection, alignment, and dimensional verification in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment.
In addition to technical execution, this position serves as a lead for daily metrology operations, supporting workflow coordination, technician assignment, and production prioritization to ensure timely and accurate completion of measurement activities.

SPS Global is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Freight Driver / Mover to support local transportation, freight handling, and shipping operations. This role is responsible for safely transporting mail, packages, and freight between office locations while maintaining operational accuracy, chain-of-custody procedures, and exceptional customer service standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a logistics-focused environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is comfortable supporting warehouse, dock, and office services operations as needed.
The Freight Driver / Mover provides delivery, freight, and courier support by receiving dispatch orders, retrieving parcels and mail from local offices, and transporting items safely and efficiently using company vehicles such as small box trucks, vans, or jeeps.

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $150,000 - $170,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

Role Description:
This is an incredibly important position that helps to monitor inventory activities of all clients at each fulfillment center while allowing all existing operations team members to remain focused on their day-to-day responsibilities. The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000.
