Qualifications

Minimum required: 

• OSHA 30 required.

• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, standards, and other applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess potential hazards and risks within operations and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Preferred:

• CSST or BCSP preferred.
• OSHA 500 preferred.
• MSHA Certification or background preferred.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process daily and weekly time entries for field employees and crews
• Ensure all time is accurately coded to the appropriate job, phase, and cost codes
• Monitor time entry submissions and follow up with supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Review and approve time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Investigate and resolve time discrepancies in collaboration with field teams and project managers
• Maintain and update employee rosters, job assignments, and system access within timekeeping software
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly labor reports, including Labor Distribution
• Perform audits of timekeeping data to identify errors, trends, and compliance risks
• Train employees and supervisors on timekeeping systems, policies, and procedures
• Support continuous improvement of timekeeping processes and systems

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative roles (construction industry preferred)
• Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll systems (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, HeavyJob, or similar)
• Strong understanding of job costing, labor tracking, and basic payroll processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

This position prefers you have proficiency in both English and Latin American Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. In your role, you will apply your advanced electrical knowledge, professional judgment, curriculum planning, and independent decision-making to support Loenbro’s apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy. The Bilingual Electrical Instructor will deliver technical instruction in both English and Latin American Spanish, oversees multi-state apprentice cohorts, evaluates employee performance, and ensures training programs meet internal and regulatory standards. This role functions as a subject matter expert, owns key training processes, and provides guidance that influences hiring, promotion, and progression decisions

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple levels of Loenbro's electrical apprentice training using the NCCER curriculum, including: classroom instruction, scheduling, payroll coordination, material ordering, and record keeping.
• Deliver learning content in both English and Latin American Spanish.
• Provide job-specific training such as NEC code updates, NFPA 70e, and other required electrical/safety instruction.

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field installation. The Superintendent will supervise entire electrical jobs while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean turnover documentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.
• Maintain the electrical construction schedule for the entire project, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle. Train foremen in ensuring a 3-week look-ahead schedule is developed, monitored, and adhered to accordingly.
• Oversee procuring materials and equipment necessary for the project.
• Ensure that all work meets the required standards and compliances. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
• Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site. This includes conducting safety audits, providing safety training to staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.  
• Promptly report any violations of policies, procedures, or safety guidelines to the appropriate parties. Ensure all employees within the team know and follow the company's safety, work rules, and policies.
• Oversee field communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Attend meetings and ensure all parties are informed of project progress.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in the electrical trade with at least 3 years working in data center construction.

Job Summary
The Apprentice Electrician, under the direction of Journeyman Electricians, is responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of industrial / commercial electrical equipment and systems. This position will be responsible for following the directions of the Journeyman Electrician to complete electrical maintenance and repair work.
