Job Summary
Loenbro is looking for an initiative-taking individual willing to work hard and grow in the position located in Andrews, TX. You will work with the supervision of a skilled craftsman. Most of your responsibilities will revolve around performing manual work such as Scaffolding, Insulation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, and other forms of trade. Knowledge in scaffolding & insulation, pipefitting, welding, and civil work is recommended.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Moves work pieces, tools and supplies, manually or by hand truck
· Follows direction closely.
· Lifts, moves, and holds, work pieces into position as directed.
· Load and unload materials and equipment.
· Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
· Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
· Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
Required:
· GED or High School Diploma.
· Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
· Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.
Preferred:
· Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.
· Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Job Summary Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead the material handling teams supporting our mission-critical data center projects in Red Oak, TX. The Logistics Foreman will supervise a team of forklift operators and material handlers. They will also ensure shipping, receiving, and delivery accuracy while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean documentation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Oversee management of all logistics employees including material handlers and forklift operators.
· Work closely with the field management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
· Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations.
· Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system).
· Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly.
· Follow FIFO and material handling best practices.
· Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience running logistics in the mission critical electrical or data center construction spaces.
· 3+ years in a lead logistics role or similar, running crews of 5 or more people.
· Valid forklift certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience running shipping and receiving from lay down to job completion preferred.
· Experience with multiple different logistics software preferred.
· Construction Industry certifications (I.E. OSHA 10) preferred.
· Previous hands-on electrical experience preferred.
· Rigging experience preferred.

The electrical service technician is responsible for installing high-quality electrical field work and taking measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, the service technician is responsible for the installation and coordination of all types of service projects. The service technician will perform electrical installations by him/herself, but as required for some specific projects, he/she is responsible for managing and working with other journeyman and apprentice electricians. He/she takes on a leadership role to provide direction and technical guidance to the crew, while maintaining customer service for the project. The service technician plans and coordinates work, and ensures that the materials, tools, equipment and job information are on the jobsite or in the service van, ahead of time. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
