Canada: the pay range for this role is $216,000 to $297,000 per year.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this role in San Francisco is between $150,000-$230,000+ target equity + benefits. Our Web Platform team is responsible for building and maintaining the critical systems that power Discord's frontend development across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. These systems support hundreds of engineers daily, process thousands of builds and deployments, and enable rapid feature delivery through robust tooling infrastructure.
