About the Role
Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.
New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. You'll work closely with Business Development,Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the GTM engine from the ground up — Salesforce configuration, pipeline management, routing, reporting, and the full revenue tech stack. This is a build role: you'll define the playbook, not inherit one.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has stood up RevOps infrastructure before, and wants to shape the operational foundation of a high-growth division.

Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. As the Senior Product Manager for Agentic Science, you will sit at the intersection of drug discovery and AI, serving as the critical translator between our scientific teams and the agentic systems they depend on. As the field evolves rapidly, you will help the team distinguish real scientific progress from superficially promising results.

You will join a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML scientists and drug discovery biologists and chemists who build the technical bedrock that enables autonomous science, including agent orchestration, guardrails, and the connectivity between our digital and physical assets. You will work closely with the Discovery teams (the users of these agents), the AI Research teams (who build cutting-edge models), and our automated biology and chemistry lab teams (who generate the data that feeds into the models).

Communication & Influence: Strong written and oral skills to align diverse stakeholders (PhDs in Biology, ML and software engineers, AI Researchers) around a unified technical vision.
Working Location & Compensation:
This is an office-based, hybrid position at one of our offices in either Salt Lake City, Utah or New York City, New York. Employees are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time.
At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is $142,500 - $220,500. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is currently searching for a Regional Business Director (RBD) to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. The RBD will be primarily responsible for the supervision and leadership of an industry shaping, uniquely structured salesforce leveraging the use of a highly sophisticated digital infrastructure. All RBDs will be aligned to geographical territories and assume full ownership of driving sales within the region.
The RBD is responsible for sales performance at a Region level and is expected to be a product champion and exhibit the business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace. We’re looking for a Senior Manager who understands complex accounting, reporting risk, and internal controls—and approaches the role as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You effectively translate complex guidance into practical solutions, help teams structure transactions the right way, design scalable and defensible accounting positions, and proactively surface issues timely.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $124,000 - $195,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
