Position Summary:

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack & AI Innovation with strong hands-on experience in TypeScript (Node.js, JavaScript), and/or Python and a passion for leveraging AI-driven code generation tools to accelerate development. You will play a critical role in operationalizing GenAI-based code generation platform. This role involves translating product specifications into structured inputs for GenAI tools, reviewing the code generated by GenAI tool, and providing feedback to product engineering team to improve quality and performance of the GenAI tool.

You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and AI specialists to ensure that the generated code aligns with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, critic and eager to evaluate AI-assisted code generation tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Analyze and structure product specifications for input into GenAI programming tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 10 years' experience with strong expertise in at least one of the following:
• TypeScript / JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js)
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI/ RestAPI)
• Person must have designed, developed, and maintained scalable front-end and back-end applications using TypeScript/JavaScript/Python.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Material UI or similar).
