Fictiv is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can take ideas and direction to create visual representations in digital and print media assets for Fictiv marketing, inspiring a generation of hardware product creators. Collaborating with multiple members within the marketing team, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects with our target audience and in line with Fictiv’s brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of industry-standard design programs, including Figma, and be skilled in producing assets for a wide variety of marketing needs.

Impact in this Role
We are a small engineering team taking the next step in evolving our systems and infrastructure. As a QA Automation engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s product development process to ensure overall product quality through test automation. If you enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems and taking the lead in designing and implementing automated tests that not only elevate product delivery standards but dramatically increase our ability to release quality software quicker and more often, we’d like to meet you.
You will report to QA Lead
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Software Developer in Test, you will be responsible for automating and maintaining end-to-end integration tests.
Work with QA Engineers to identify workflows as automation candidates and build out test scripts.
Work with other members of the automation team to create integration tests using Cypress and Playwright.
Perform code reviews for other team members, concentrating on maintaining team standards and best practices.
Serve as a first point of contact to engineering teams, helping to answer questions about tests and providing automation guidance.
Monitor and maintain the current library of integration tests, diagnosing and reporting failures to the responsible engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Test Automation Experience: 6-8 years automation experience. At least 2-4 years working with Cypress and/or Playwright.
You are experienced in writing automation tests in Cypress/javascript. You know the best way to use Cypress and how to avoid its pitfalls and determine best practices.
You can write tests that operate the system via the UI as well as through backend api calls and understand when each strategy should be applied.
You are an advocate for high-quality, reusable code, concentrating on creating functionality that can be reused across multiple tests.
You have experience in an Agile development environment.
You are an effective communicator, able to explain Cypress and automation to people unfamiliar with either.
You can work collaboratively with a diverse group of people who have strong opinions. You can understand different perspectives while remaining an effective advocate for software quality.
You are comfortable working independently, taking an assigned task and determining how best to implement it.
You have experience working with AWS and ERP systems
Hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6 will be a strong advantage.
Exposure to enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Arena, or NetSuite is highly desirable.

The Data Intelligence team creates reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights from the data warehouse. This team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders and leverages multiple Business Intelligence (BI) technologies to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As a Senior Data Engineer on the Data Intelligence team, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and evolving Fictiv’s reporting data warehouse and semantic layer. You will partner closely with the Data Intelligence Manager, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure replicated data from production systems is transformed into scalable, trusted semantic data models that power consistent, accurate self-service reporting. In addition, you will collaborate with Infrastructure, Software, and Systems Engineering teams to strengthen database design and query efficiency across the broader data ecosystem. You will provide hands-on guidance on optimal table structures, indexing and clustering approaches, and SQL query patterns that improve performance and scalability. By proactively identifying bottlenecks and recommending architectural and modeling improvements, you will help ensure that both analytical and operational workloads are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

Fictiv is expanding it’s engineering team in Pune, India - we are looking for talented engineers to join us in building a highly available, performant system that scales globally with our fast-growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Technical expertise – You are fluent in writing code, and possess a solid understanding of the technical domain and concepts. You have some experience in building highly available, business critical systems in cloud environments (AWS ecosystem preferred) using Node.js.
• Delivery – You consistently deliver high quality, maintainable, and defect-free code. You believe testing is an important part of creating quality software. Given an approach, you are able to deliver high quality, maintainable work (including code, tests, and documentation) without further assistance.
• Collaboration – You work well with adjacent teams and stakeholders to clarify understanding and solve problems. You proactively communicate the status of tasks and the impact on the project. You actively participate in technical design reviews and discussions.
• Team-oriented – You have a strong desire to help the team improve our collective craft. You assist in debugging production issues and handling blockers, even if you didn’t cause the problem.

Your skills include -
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Tech Stack: Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS services such as SQS, Lambdas, EC2 and RDS
- Proficiency with building backend APIs and integrations
- Experience and willingness to write unit and integration tests
- Experience developing/versioning/maintaining REST or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with SQL & No-SQL databases
- Experience with event systems such as queues, iPaaS, event buses
- Experience with distributed systems / caching / security (OWASP Top 10) is a strong plus
