We are seeking a motivated Legal Summer Intern to join our Actimize Global Legal Team for an immersive summer experience. So, what’s the role all about?
As a Senior Actimize Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing NICE Actimize solutions, primarily using Actimize, SQL, and related technologies, to meet client requirements. You will assess technical feasibility, configure systems, perform thorough testing, and resolve issues through root cause analysis and sound problem-solving. You will also ensure accurate documentation and effective technical communication. Throughout, you will focus on successful client delivery, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in both process and solution outcomes.

Analyze the client business model and understand their requirements.
Support workshops as a functional and technical point of contact to explain Actimize solutions to clients.
Participate in requirement gathering from clients and support them in aligning Actimize capabilities to business needs.
Determine technical feasibility by evaluating requirements and proposed solutions.
Lead implementation efforts end-to-end, owning technical delivery and solution outcomes.
Configure and customize Actimize solutions using platform capabilities, SQL, and related technologies.
Enhance existing solutions to match client requirements through configuration, tuning, and optimization.
Provide insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing technical and data-related issues.
Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, architects, and project managers to drive successful delivery.
Estimate level of effort, evaluate solution approaches, and provide recommendations to improve implementation processes.
Apply a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on priorities to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing clear documentation, configurations, and technical artifacts.

Prior NICE Actimize solution experience
WLF/WLX
Knowledge of AML, financial crime, or fraud domains (CDD, SAM, WLF/WLX or similar) is a plusStrong SQL skills (MS SQL, Oracle, or similar)
Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting enterprise software solutions
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a delivery environment
