We are looking to fill an AP Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Convera’s overall global Accounts Payable function, ensuring that all vendor and customer/partner payments are paid on time. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of AP function by supervising a small internal team with a continuous improvement mindset. Your role will also oversee the outsourced AP team and set objectives and KPIs while supporting the business with timely reporting and other ad-hoc requests.
You will handle escalated issues from employees and vendors and resolve problems as needed. For this role, you will need progressive experience in managing an Accounts Payable team. You should have a Bachelors (or similar) degree in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent work experience. We would prefer you to also bring previous experience of managing offshore or outsourced Accounts Payable teams, but this is not a necessity. You must be someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, lean and technology-led organization. You will also be a strong influencer and used to implementing and working through change. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills are also a must as this position will require liaison with cross functional and international teams.

Estamos buscando cubrir una posición de Gerente de Cuentas por Pagar (AP). As a Compliance Operations Associate at Convera based in our Vilnius office (preferably with additional language French/Czech/German), you will be fully trained to investigate and analyze corporate customers to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. As a Payment Processing Assistant with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions. This is a temporary role until the end of June 2027.
It is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.
You will be responsible for:
• Review and validate banking details received from both internal and external parties.
• Build beneficiary templates with the banking details provided from clients.
• Understand the country – currency requirements and process outgoing payments from business clients.
• Monitor intake channels to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.

Convera is seeking a Client Service Specialist with German language skills (Polish language could be an advantage). In this role you’ll facilitate a positive journey for Clients through the efficient and timely handling of pre- and post-transaction queries, driving Client satisfaction and retention.
This role handles enquires placed online, emailed and via telephone calls to a high consistent quality, and ‘on time’ interactions are key.
