The Customer Insights & Adoption (CIA) team is hiring a senior architect to lead internal technical enablement across Contentful’s product portfolio and recommended ways of building. We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.
You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Your work will help reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development—specifically for complex personalization use cases.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred. The Account Manager works in a typical office environment with occasional visits to project sites, which includes outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
Account Managers must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical, as are honesty and the ability to develop and maintain deep customer relationships based on trust. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Field Service Manager role is to lead and manage the day-to-day field service operations for the C&I/SPD or Enterprise division within the associated U.S. region. This position is responsible for directing field execution activities, supporting successful commissioning and related service work on customer sites. The Field Service Manager oversees Field Service Leads, directs field execution efforts, and ensures all service assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. As a key operational leader, this position balances resource planning, technical support, employee development and oversight, customer collaboration, and continuous process improvement to support both field team and customer.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position directly supervises Field Service Leads and may also provide indirect oversight to field technicians and engineers through the lead structure. The Field Service Manager carries out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, training, coaching, performance management, and completion of performance evaluations for assigned leads. This role also works in close partnership with Field Service leadership, administrators, operations, commercial teams, and other cross-functional internal departments to support effective field execution, workforce development, and the achievement of broader business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage field service operations for the assigned division within the U.S. region, with accountability for execution quality, daily project staffing coordination, customer support, and job closeout.
• Oversee scheduling and deployment of field service teams to supporting commissioning and related project work at customer sites.
• Ensure successful completion, documentation, and closeout of commissioning and field service assignments in accordance with customer requirements, internal standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Field Service leadership and associated internal team members to address staffing gaps, shifting priorities, escalation needs, and operational challenges that could impact successful execution.
• Work with clients and internal teams to address urgent or emergency service needs; coordinate dispatch of field resources when necessary and appropriate.

Job Overview:
This position delivers exceptional member service by meeting members’ needs through our sales and service culture. Actively recommends products and services to help members build valued financial relationships. Performs a variety of tasks including transactions, resolve member concerns, following proper procedures to minimize errors, reduce fraud, and promote the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and objectives. Travels to multiple branch locations to fill critical staffing needs throughout the Branch Network.

About the Role
As the Team Lead, Hospitality Operations, you will serve as the day-to-day operational leader of your zone (~100–120 homes). Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage a team of Hospitality Operations Managers and Hospitality Coordinators to deliver a five-star guest experience, maintain homeowner satisfaction, and execute key operating standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in field operations, enjoys mentoring others, and knows how to drive performance without needing full ownership of sales or pricing strategy. As a Peloton Store Manager, you lead sales, operations, and customer experience for your location. Reporting to the District Manager, you lead a performance-driven team where your success is measured by store sales, KPI performance, and payroll management.
This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lifting items weighing 50 lbs or more. Additionally, this position involves the ability to demonstrate Peloton products and engage with customers to physically trial the in store experience. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. As a Senior Sales Engineer, Public Safety (Mountain or Pacific Region), you are both a technical expert and a storyteller. Candidates who are well-positioned for success in this role typically bring hands-on experience working with the core technology systems that power emergency communications centers.
This may include experience with:
• 911 call handling systems (CHE) such as VESTA, Viper, or Solacom
• Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platforms used to manage emergency response workflows
• Radio console systems supporting multi-agency communications
• Logging recorders used for call review, compliance, and operational analysis
• Network and traffic analysis tools, such as Wireshark, used to troubleshoot system performance and integrations
Successful candidates often have direct experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or operating these systems within PSAPs, ECCs, or other mission-critical public safety environments.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. Candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific regions are strongly encouraged to apply. Due to the nature of the position, up to 75% travel is required, including customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Pay Transparency
Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package, which includes base salary, a generous annual bonus, and company equity.
The starting base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually, excluding commission and bonuses, and varies based on geographic market. Actual base pay will depend on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location.

The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive - Newsletter Sales, to help grow advertising revenue across our newsletter portfolio. This role focuses on outbound sales, top-of-funnel generation, sponsorship prospecting, closing, and building a repeatable pipeline of advertisers and partners.
This role is for someone who is not just good at sales but who works in an AI-native way every day.
We want someone who actively uses Claude and AI tools daily and is highly comfortable using AI to automate, accelerate, and improve core sales workflows. That includes prospect research, account prioritization, contact discovery, outbound support, personalization, follow-up drafting, sales process organization, and overall top-of-funnel execution.
This is not a traditional sales role built around fully manual work. We are specifically looking for someone who naturally thinks, “How can I use AI to do this faster, better, and at a greater scale?” The right candidate will combine strong sales instincts with AI fluency and a constant drive to improve efficiency through systems, prompts, and workflow automation.
