ABOUT THE JOB
This role is central to our People Data & Analytics team, where you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the robust data infrastructure that powers our strategic insights. You'll own the full data lifecycle, from ensuring accurate ingestion and integration of diverse HR data sources, to designing, developing, and optimizing data models and pipelines. Tenable is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the global lead for our agentic AI capabilities, playing a pivotal role in advancing go-to-market strategy, driving adoption and reinforcing Tenable’s leadership in the exposure management market. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and requires deep collaboration across product, sales and marketing to translate innovation into measurable business impact.
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buyer motivations, and real-world use cases for agentic AI in cybersecurity. You will define and evolve clear positioning, messaging and value narratives that articulate how Tenable’s capabilities reduce risk, improve outcomes and deliver differentiated value for customers.
A strong technical understanding of generative and agentic AI capabilities is essential. You will work closely with the product management team to influence the product roadmap by bringing forward customer insights and market trends, ensuring capabilities align to high-value use cases and drive adoption and growth.
You will oversee the go-to-market lifecycle for agentic AI capabilities, from uncovering and validating use cases, to leading product launches, to enabling demand generation and sales execution. ● Support positive culture building initiatives and drive employee engagement initiatives with team leaders to build highly engaged, motivated team members.
● Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies – identify opportunities to improve, create and implement policies and procedures that balance business needs with operational realities M&A
HR Integration
● Partner with internal stakeholders including People COE’s on due diligence, integration planning, and execution as part of pre and post-acquisition integration process
● Support organizational design, talent assessment, and cultural integration efforts to ensure seamless onboarding of acquired entities and team members to IH
● Anticipate, identify and mitigate people-related risks associated with rapid growth and change, including supporting HR initiatives focused on harmonization of system, processes and policies across the growing enterprise.
HR Program Execution
● Partner with COE to deliver best-in-class HR transformational initiatives to support a growing and scaling workforce

Qualifications
● 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including working in a fast-scaling, high-growth, complex and ambiguous start-up environment
● Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries strongly preferred
● Experience supporting a highly distributed, growing multi-site location network both domestically and globally is strongly preferred
● Demonstrated experience across a wide range of HR functional domains
● Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to financial and operational outcomes

Role overview
We're seeking a proactive, independent self-starter to lead project management for our People & Talent organization. About the Role
As a People Partner Coordinator, you will work closely with the Manager and Director of Operations to support site operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of the workforce. You will serve as the on-site HR partner, responsible for supporting compliance, enforcing safety standards, coordinating onboarding and training, and providing frontline HR support across the facility. This role also provides regional support to other operations as needed, helping ensure a consistent and well-managed employee experience across sites.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. As a Staff Application Security Engineer at Datadog, you'll set technical direction for how we approach application security at scale. You'll define the frameworks, methodologies, and architectural patterns that engineering teams across Datadog adopt and apply independently. You're the person others come to when they don't know how to make something secure, and you reliably have an answer.
You'll be a point of contact for our most complex security programs, often spanning multiple teams and multiple quarters. The role requires both depth (going very deep on specific problems when needed) and breadth (recognizing patterns across systems and drawing connections that others miss). Partnering closely with teams inside and outside the security org is key to success. You'll help shape the AppSec roadmap and make the case for where investment should go.
We use our own platform. Logs, Dashboards, Service Catalog, and APM aren't just things we sell: they're tools the AppSec team uses to build security services, measure adoption of secure defaults, and communicate risk across the organization.
AI is also part of the picture. The anticipated base salary range for this role is below. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on a combination of factors, including applicable qualifications, level of education, the depth of experience, unique skills, geographic location, internal equity, and/or business needs. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation to elevate and scale our compensation programs. This leader will shape and operationalize our compensation strategy, ensuring our philosophy, programs, and practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with our business strategy and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence—someone who can guide the business through complex compensation decisions while leading a small team of compensation professionals with enterprise responsibility for base pay, short-term incentives, and equity/long-term incentive programs.

This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
