Role - Senior Database Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Senior Database Operations Engineer will provide timely and quality database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers. They will manage highly resilient corporate and cloud database infrastructure utilized by GHX DaaS/SaaS solutions. The Sr Database Ops Engineer will work with various operational and development teams to plan, design and implement and support core database functionality that meets company initiatives with respect to performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to operational policies and principles.

•Administration and management of GHX databases, including:Backup and recovery ,Monitoring of data database capacity and performance ,Security and data access management ,Installations, upgrades, and patching ,Fail over server management

•24/7 monitoring, on-call support and troubleshooting database issues, provide operational feedback to development and release teams.

• Collaborate with DB platform engineers on DB version and upgrades as well as best practices
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in CS or related discipline or equivalent experience
•5-8 years’ experience in Database Administration
•In depth knowledge of at least one RDBMS platform or No-SQL platform (ie MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Oracle or SQL server) with familiarity and the ability to support additional platforms at a basic level
•Experience with hybrid and public cloud concepts
•Part of a support organization involved in implementation projects
•Proven ability to manage databases in a high transaction/high availability environment
•Experience with horizontal scaling and high availability technologies/concepts (ie Oracle RAC & Dataguard, SQL Server ‘Always On’)
•Hands-on experience with Solaris, UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems in a physical and/or virtual environment
•Experience with cloud hosted databases AWS preferred

5+ years of experience in Golang programming with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and cloud debugging
Strong knowledge of design patterns and modern software engineering best practices

Position Summary
The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will be embedded within product engineering teams to implement and maintain secure, automated, and reliable delivery pipelines while following standards, frameworks, and guardrails set by the DevSecOps Center of Excellence (CoE).
This is a hands-on role that reports to the Manager of DevSecOps and works directly with developers, SREs, and product managers to enable faster, safer deployments, cost-efficient infrastructure, and adherence to enterprise security policies. Position Summary
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be a hands-on contributor within the Site Reliability Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for building monitoring and observability solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and participating in 24x7 on-call operations.

As the Manager, Machine Learning & Data Science, you will play a key role in building and scaling Cohere Health’s AI capabilities in India. You’ll lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists focused on developing and deploying models that automate and augment complex clinical and administrative workflows.
This team is responsible for the full lifecycle of applied machine learning and data science—from problem framing and experimentation to production model deployment and ongoing optimization. You’ll work with structured and unstructured healthcare data to generate insights and power intelligent systems that improve prior authorization and broader clinical decision-making.
As a player-coach, you’ll combine hands-on technical contributions with team leadership, helping to establish best practices, mentor team members, and drive high-impact solutions in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Analytics stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder management & requirements gathering on various implementation projects related
to performance attribution, work as a primary SME.

• 6-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement, attribution analysis, or
related buy-side operations roles
• Deep expertise in performance calculation methodologies (TWR, MWR, IRR, GIPS standards) and
attribution frameworks (Brinson, factor-based, holdings-based, etc.)
• Proven track record implementing performance measurement systems or working as a
performance analyst at sophisticated institutional investors.
• Strong understanding of investment strategies across asset classes (equities, fixed income,
alternatives, multi-asset)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. CFA
or CIPM will be highly desirable.
• Since Arcesium uses StatPro integration, Experience with StatPro or similar performance
attribution platforms (e.g., FactSet, MSCI) as a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (GIPS, SEC, ILPA, etc.)
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis and automation tools
• Experience managing large-scale technology implementations or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail along with strong
interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude

Arcesium seeks an experienced Solution Architect to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between Arcesium platform and clients' business requirements. You will show the customer value quickly and turn insights into scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. Forward Deployed Solution Architects work directly with Arcesium customer stakeholders and Arcesium product teams to solve sophisticated data problems in the investment management businesses.
What You'll Do:
• Guide customer top stakeholders (CTO, CDO) on the best ways to accelerate customer data strategy through Arcesium
• Decompose customer problem into component parts, design scalable solution using platform capabilities as building blocks
• Present solutions to customers verbally as well as written proposals, rich materials and illustrations
• Work with prospective clients to define the scope and success criteria of PoC projects

What You'll Need:
• 8 to 12 years of experience in client facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills (e.g., client solutions, professional services and implementations, etc.), providing technical solutions and building and driving software development
• Hands on experience in working in investor allocation & fund accounting work space across Hedge fund, UCITS, IAM, private funds.
• Hands on experience in complex fund structures such as multi layer FOF, Master-feeder, blocker, UCITs etc.
• Skills cutting across technology and financial domain
• Ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale projects, across business and technology domains; stakeholder management across levels is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships

● Conduct market research and stay up to speed on the CRM industry to identify new products and potential revenue streams.
● In collaboration with Product Operation resources, ensure smooth rollout with maximum transparency across the organization.
● Communicate company-wide why you are making certain improvements, what you hope to learn from them, and how they fit into your overall strategy.
● Provide regular updates on projected milestones, progress, and results.
● Work closely with a product owner to identify opportunities and build a roadmap that strikes the right balance between business and customer value.
● Objectively measure and broadly communicate the impact of the strategic bets and delivered work.
What you’ll need:
● 7+ years product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
● Background in card payment processing preferred.
● Experience working with 3rd party vendors to achieve objectives.
● Strong cross-functional organizational skills to manage dependencies and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
● Analytical, Understand how to predict, measure and communicate financial impact of changes
● Ability to navigate hard conversations and build consensus to produce desired outcomes for both Storable and our customers
● Communication skills to present to a variety of audiences the need for and value of a business case
● Resourcefulness in solving problems
● Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of product management
● Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration
● Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including the ability to write actionable and detailed user stories
● Manages projects independently

As a Treasury Manager – New Products, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of new product initiatives from a Treasury perspective. Acting as the primary Treasury representative, you will drive the design, build, and operational readiness of new product flows and market launches.
