Purpose

This role is responsible for the successful onboarding of new customers globally, as allocated. This position will require you to work directly with the clients to assist with data conversion and implementation, provide guidance on best practices, and coordinate with NewBook trainers to ensure pre and post-live support is provided.   

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Service:

• Manage the overall setup program for clients, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process to gather and transition their data onto the company's platform or system.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the setup and implementation phases.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the transition process.

• Data entry of complex client data 

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-related issues.

• Offer expertise in interpreting and analyzing custom and complex data sets to provide insights and guidance to clients.

• Assist clients in leveraging the product to derive actionable insights from their data.

• Identify potential risks and challenges during the setup and implementation process.

• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address and minimize risks.

• Regularly assess and report on the status of identified risks.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the implementation are on track.

Live Day Preparation:

• Work closely with training team to assist them for their "live day," which will involve the launch of their database, ensure importing and setup requirements are met.

• Provide guidance and support to trainers and clients during the transition to live operations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Client Support:

• Troubleshoot technical problems customers encounter, guiding them through step-by-step solutions and employ active listening to fully understand customers' needs and provide accurate solutions.

• Offer ongoing support to training department for clients after the live day.

• Collaborate to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and notify/escalate client concerns to senior management / customer success.

• Achieve customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to improving customer experience.

Self-Leadership:

• Continuously update your knowledge and skills related to the company's offerings and industry trends.

• Stay informed about changes and updates to the company's products or services.

• Take the initiative to identify areas for improvement in the client training process and suggest enhancements.

Documentation and System Management:

• Maintain and log detailed records of onboarding clients requirements, progress, and feedback in Confluence and related programs

Storable is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the Marine Division to join our collaborative and committed team that serves our Marine customers. As an Implementation Consultant- Marine, you will complete smooth and successful onboarding setups for net new clients and resolve case-based inquiries from our customers during peak season. You will be entrusted with crafting and delivering warm, enthusiastic, and customized support experiences for our Marine customers. You are the connection point to help us bridge any knowledge gaps that may arise through our customer base. Through creativity, empathy, and critical thinking skills, you will analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues. You will have experience onboarding customers and resolving complex issues in a SaaS environment. You also have a desire for accurate and quality work. 

What you’ll do every day: 

• Manage the process of onboarding 15+ new clients each month onto our platforms. 
• Import, organize, and merge batches of client data. 
• Be a point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests during the onboarding process. 
• Manage customer expectations. Work within tight deadlines. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients via phone and email.
• Advise clients on how to get the most out of our products. 
• Resolve complex questions on time. 
• Resolve product inquiries. 
• Record all data in Salesforce and Rocketlane.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and/or PowerQuery required).

• Utilize existing Knowledge Base, manuals or other reference materials to resolve incidents.

Overview

The Director of Product Management, Marketplace & Auctions owns the core of Storable’s two-sided marketplace—driving conversion, liquidity, and revenue performance across Marketplace and Auctions. This leader operates at the center of the system, partnering directly with the GM to translate strategy into execution while shaping how the business runs. You are expected to think and operate at the business level—diagnosing system performance, connecting signals across demand, supply, conversion, and operations, and driving coordinated actions that improve outcomes. You will bring clarity to complexity, impose structure where it is missing, and move the business forward with pace and precision. You will also embed AI into core product capabilities to materially improve marketplace performance.

What you’ll do every day

Marketplace System Ownership & Diagnostics

• Own Marketplace performance as a system (demand, supply, pricing, conversion, call center, post-reservation)
• Identify root causes of performance issues and drive corrective actions through product strategy and development
• Connect signals across channels (SEO, Paid, Affiliate, Ops) to inform decisions
• Ensure product investments improve system-level outcomes (CM, liquidity, conversion efficiency)

Executive Leverage & Operating System Design

• Act as an extension of the GM, increasing decision velocity and clarity

Funnel Performance & Growth

• Own end-to-end funnel performance (traffic → reservation → move-in)
• Improve CVR, MIR, revenue per session, and marketplace liquidity

Product Strategy, Discovery & Experimentation

• Lead disciplined product discovery to identify friction and opportunity

Storable is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who will help build out the revenue operations function at Storable. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Revenue organization in many areas including supporting reporting, optimizing our revenue tech stack & tools to improve processes, and enabling & helping our GTM teams operate efficiently. The Revenue Operations organization is new to Storable and this role will be one of the key members who will help build the foundation of a world-class Revenue Operations function.

What you will do everyday: 

Systems & Sales Operations:

• Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce & related integrations (i.e. DocuSign, Leandata, Gong etc.) 
• Support DocuSign configuration, templates, workflows for seamless execution
• Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and efficiencies
• Help build and maintain scalable system architecture to support sales, customer success, marketing and finance
• Ensure data integrity, field governance, validation rules, automation and documentation is built out to enable users to use the system accurately

Process Optimization & Automation:

• Help support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows
• Help identify inefficient across the quote-to-cash lifecycle and implement scalable automation
• Help manage generation workflows via DocuSign and support Sales Operations

SaaS Licensing:

• Support our growth in North America of activating new clients and their subscription plans 
• Adding subscription enhancements to existing clients, and 
• De-activating clients who are cancelling
• Update customer subscription packages for new product feature releases
• Ensuring licensing, and pricebook inside salesforce is accurately reflected in clients’ agreements

What you need to bring to the table: 

• 2-4 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, or Systems administration within a SaaS organization
• Bachelors degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data science or a related field
• Strong salesforce administrator experience (Sales Cloud required).
• Hands-on DocuSign administration experience (templates, workflows, salesforce integration)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. Proven experience in data strategy development, CRM management, and data integration within a business context.
• Experience supporting quote-to-cash processes
• Strong understanding of SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics; good understanding of RV Camping industry and experience in travel industry is beneficial.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to build an enterprise-grade data platform to power our BI and AI intelligence solutions.   

In this role, you will be responsible for setting data collection, transformation and access strategy across verticals at a platform level, building and deploying a next-generation data architecture, collaborating with verticals on industry-leading data and analytics and AI products, and launching 0 to 1 products that drive real revenue.

• 5+ years building and launching Data & analytics products, with vertical SaaS experience preferred

• Strong mix of technical and business acumen with the ability to balance business needs, customer needs, technical considerations, and profitability

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process applications, prepare quotes & proposals, issue policies, certificates, endorsements, billing, acord forms, policy changes to clients.
• Manage assigned book of business
• Gather necessary information to process insurance renewals and new business
• Assist with claim processing.

• Maintain product knowledge.

We're looking for a Senior Manager or Director, Marketing to own growth and retention strategy across two of our fastest-evolving verticals: Marine and RV & Camping. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape how these business units attract, convert, and retain customers — with a heavy U.S. focus and additional reach into Australia and New Zealand. 

You'll lead a team of marketers, partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, and build programs that move the needle on pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value. • Localize and adapt brand messaging, creative, and campaign strategies by region — recognizing that market expectations, buyer behavior, and competitive landscapes differ significantly across the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and other global markets. What resonates with a marina operator in Florida won't necessarily land with a holiday park owner in Queensland. 
• Balance global brand cohesion with regional specificity: maintain the connective thread to the Storable master brand while giving each vertical and market the tailored presence it needs to build trust and credibility locally. 
• Partner with the Creative and Product Marketing teams to develop region- and vertical-specific assets from localized landing pages and ad creative to market-relevant case studies, event collateral, and customer communications. 
• Stay close to regional market trends, terminology, and customer expectations to ensure Storable's brand feels authentic and relevant in every market it serves, not like a U.S.-centric message simply translated for other geographies. 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally 

• Act as the primary marketing partner to the Marine and RV & Camping business units, building trusted relationships with GMs, Sales leaders, and Customer Success teams. 
• Work hand-in-hand with Corporate teams Product Marketing, Creative, and RevOps to drive GTM alignment and brand cohesion.

Execute & Optimize Campaigns 

• Translate growth goals into multi-channel campaign strategies that span the full customer journey. 
• Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot to power campaign delivery — with a focus on outcomes over operations. 
• Own demand gen targets, forecasting, and reporting; continuously refine programs based on performance insights. 
• Drive a programmatic ABM strategy targeting key enterprise accounts. 

Measure What Matters

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering, Platform Services to lead the teams that power Storable’s cross-product platform: SSO & identity, access control, e-signature, and related shared services used by products across our ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of core identity, authentication/authorization, and access services that sit at the center of our platform. You’ll lead multiple engineering teams (US and offshore), partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Security, and ensure our shared services are secure, reliable, and easy to integrate for other Storable product teams like Edge, SiteLink, Easy, CRM, Websites, and Marketplace.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Ownership

• Own the engineering strategy and roadmap for platform services including SSO/identity, access control, and e-signature, and common services used by the Storage vertical, aligned to company and product goals.
• Define and drive a platform-first approach: build shared capabilities once and scale them across products and verticals.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Security to define long-term IAM, permissions, and access control strategy, including federation, MFA, and delegated/organizational access.

Delivery & Execution

• Lead multiple teams to deliver high-impact initiatives such as:
• Portal/SSO adoption and federation across products.
• Migration of FMS systems onto the Access Control platform service.
• Expansion and hardening of Storable eSign across surfaces.
• Establish clear execution plans, milestones, and success metrics; ensure teams hit commitments while managing risk and trade-offs.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to design integration patterns, migration plans, and rollout strategies that minimize customer disruption.

Engineering Excellence & Operations

• Own the operational health of platform services (availability, performance, incident response, SLAs).
• Drive secure-by-default engineering practices for identity, authentication, authorization, and sensitive workflows (e.g., payments-adjacent, PCI-impacted, SOC2 expectations).
• Raise the bar on reliability, observability, and resilience, including on-call practices, runbooks, and post-incident learning.
• Partner with Security to evaluate and mitigate platform risks, including abuse, privilege escalation, and integration misuse.

People Leadership

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing group of engineering managers and senior ICs, including career growth, coaching, and performance management.

• Shape hiring plans and partner with Talent/HR to recruit exceptional engineering talent in both US and international locations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the primary engineering counterpart for Product and PMO on platform services.
• Represent Platform in architecture reviews, quarterly planning, and portfolio trade-off discussions, clearly articulating impact, risk, and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and data-informed way.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership (managing managers and/or multiple teams).
• Proven track record owning platform or shared services in a multi-product B2B SaaS environment (e.g., identity/SSO, permissions, access control, security-sensitive services).
• Deep familiarity with:
• Authentication & identity: SSO, OAuth/OIDC/SAML, MFA, IdP integrations, session management.
• Authorization & permissions: role- and attribute-based access control, delegated/organizational access models, cross-application entitlements.
• Operating high-availability services in production (99.9%+ uptime, incident management, observability).
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-team migrations or platformization efforts (e.g., consolidating multiple legacy services into a shared platform).
• Strong technical background in modern cloud architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems) and familiarity with secure coding practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with senior product and business leaders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in payments-adjacent, compliance-heavy, or security-sensitive domains (e.g., PCI, SOC2, HIPAA-like environments).
• Background working with multi-tenant enterprise customers, particularly around enterprise SSO, delegated administration, and granular permissions.
• Experience leading distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and scaling organizations through change.
• Prior experience in property management, fintech, or similar vertical SaaS is a plus, but not required.

Role Summary

The Director of P&C is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing commercial insurance operations for the Self-Storage, RV & Campground, and Marina industries. You will lead a high-performing team to manage complex risk portfolios, leveraging Applied Epic and Salesforce as the system of record to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role bridges the gap between traditional risk management and Storable’s industry-leading technology platform. Responsible for growing a portfolio of accounts and managing a sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Maintain client relationships and coordinate with sales and account management teams.
• Specialized Portfolio Management: Manage insurance programs tailored to the specific industries tied to the Storable technology platform.  
• Carrier & Broker Relations: Lead negotiations for high-value renewals and program expansions with top-rated P&C carriers, focusing on competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage for Storage, RV parks & Campground, and Marina operators.
• Risk Mitigation & Loss Control: Develop and implement targeted loss control strategies specifically for storage facilities, RV parks & campgrounds, and Marina ’s (e.g., fire, flood, and theft prevention). 
• Review contracts & agreements: understanding from a risk management perspective and advise customers on insurance requirements, indemnification, subrogation, hold harmless and awareness/assumption of risk, and identify any loss prevention recommendations to be established. 
• Operational Advocacy: Act as a senior advocate for clients during complex claims; coordinate with legal and IT teams to integrate insurance workflows into the Storable technology ecosystem.
• Strategic System Leadership: Oversee the optimization of Applied Epic for all P&C operations, ensuring accurate real-time data for policy administration, renewals, and claims.

Overview

The Director of Demand Generation will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Storable’s demand engine for the self-storage vertical. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipelines, improving funnel performance, and accelerating revenue growth across Storable’s Storage platform.

Messaging & Positioning

We are seeking a highly motivated Payments Migration Specialist to lead our customers' transition from legacy independent sales organizations (ISOs) and third-party gateways to our integrated payments solution. Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years operating in a senior architectural or principal-level capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of designing, evolving, and governing complex, distributed SaaS systems in production at scale.
• Deep expertise in software architecture disciplines including API design, service-oriented and microservice architectures, domain-driven design, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.

The Account  Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction, health, product usage, and retention of Storable’s Risk partners. As a BI Analyst on our Data Platform Team, you will be responsible for creating detailed insights and visualizations that are easily distillable for customers who purchase our Business Intelligence solutions. You will work closely with product teams across Storable and with customers to quickly prototype and iterate, while templatizing successful dashboards and reporting products for current and future use. This role bridges data analytics and product management to foster innovation and optimization across our product offerings.

• Collaborate with product managers to intake design requirements and expected results
• Develop customer-facing BI dashboards and reports that are insightful, impactful, and easy to understand.

Summary

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will serve as the strategic engine of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You aren’t just managing reports; you are a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies. This is a "player-coach" role that requires a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to execution. 

You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring our GTM motion is cohesive, data-driven, and scalable. You will partner with stakeholders on reportings, analytics, compensation plans, quota setting, territory management, pipeline management and forecasting. 

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping a best-in-class Revenue Operations function, driving operational excellence, and maximizing business outcomes. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Strategic Advisory: Partner and support GTM leadership to define sales territories, quota targets, and incentive structures that align with long-term company goals. 
• Advanced Analytics & Forecasting: Own the "source of truth" for revenue data. Build and maintain sophisticated reporting and dashboards to track sales funnel metrics, retention metrics including ongoing pipeline and forecast data. 
• Business Reviews: Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for senior leadership and the Board. 
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align with Finance on revenue recognition and budgeting, and with Marketing/CS on lead-to-renewal lifecycle management. 
• Compensation Strategy & Design: Lead the annual design and semi-annual optimization of variable incentive plans for Sales and Customer Success. Ensure plans are simple, motivating, and aligned with company ARR targets. 
• Performance Analysis: Regularly proactively report on "pay for performance" correlation—analyzing whether your top earners are also your most strategic contributors. 
• GTM Strategy: Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey through rigorous data analysis and design initiatives to improve win rates and expansion opportunities. 
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of professional development and analytical excellence.

• A SaaS Veteran: You speak the language of recurring revenue. You understand the nuances of churn, expansion, and the metrics that drive a successful tech business. 
• Data-Fluent: You have a mastery of Salesforce and Tableau, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights. Qualifications 

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry. 
• Technical: Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting/architecture) and Tableau/Power BI (visualization). Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling skills are non-negotiable. 
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design GTM strategies that have led to measurable revenue growth. ● Execution-Focused: A "get it done" attitude with the ability to manage complex projects from ideation to completion across multiple departments. 
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to distill complex data into a narrative for executives and stakeholders across the business.

We are seeking a Senior Data DevOps Engineer to enhance our data platform and automation capabilities on AWS. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps and Data Engineering, with a focus on scalability, automation, and reliability. You will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure leveraging AWS-native services and open-source tools like Airflow. When connecting with storage facility operators, you will shift seamlessly between identifying where we can deliver additional value to our existing customer base and qualifying potential net-new deals.
