This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.

Who We're Looking For:

Call center experience is helpful, not required.

As Director, Customer Experience, you will:

Build the Experience Center

• Design and stand up Clover's internal member Experience Center in Houston, including hiring, onboarding, and developing agents and leads.
• Create a high-performing, mission-aligned team from diverse backgrounds, unified around delivering a gold standard in member experience.
• Develop SOPs, quality frameworks, agent onboarding programs, and performance infrastructure from the ground up.
• Establish and own all KPI baselines: NPS, CSAT, FCR, AHT, and voice-of-customer feedback loops.

Deliver Member Loyalty

• Define and execute a winning CX strategy focused on Medicare Advantage members and providers.
• Stand up and manage a concierge service tier for VIP and at-risk members.
• Build a Voice of the Customer feedback loop that drives real-time action and preventive intervention across the business.
• Champion a member-first culture at Clover and across our partners.

Drive Innovation and Technology

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions: sentiment analysis, agent co-pilot tools, IVR optimization, call quality monitoring, and self-service automation.
• Leverage AI for training design, simulation-based learning, and knowledge management.
• Develop 'Next Best Action' scenarios to proactively enrich the member experience.
• Partner with IT to define a 'no wrong door,' channel-agnostic member journey.

Manage Operations and Compliance

• Own and rationalize existing third-party call center relationships, both stateside and offshore, with a path toward full insourcing.
• Partner with Clover's Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance in all member communications, CTM response, and monthly delegatory reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Provider Engagement, Clinical Operations, Claims, and Enrollment to cascade clear direction to your team.
• Own P&L accountability for the Experience Center.

Success in this role looks like:

• Complete a compliance immersion with Clover's Compliance team covering CTM response, delegatory reporting, and CMS audit readiness.
• Complete stakeholder mapping across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, Enrollment, and IT.
• Present a validated Experience Center build plan — headcount, technology stack, SOP framework, and quality framework — for HM and COO review.
• Establish NPS, CSAT, FCR, and AHT baselines for existing member touchpoints.
• In your first year, you will have built a functioning Experience Center that members talk about — not because we asked them to, but because the service earned it.

HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities.  The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the VP, Human Resources and assist in leading and directing the routine functions of the HR department including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Traveling Tent Installer, you'll travel and support our site solutions team within your assigned region by performing equipment set-up, on-site equipment service, maintenance, and repairs. You’ll work closely with customers, troubleshoot issues using real-time diagnostic tools, and apply your electrical and hydraulic expertise to identify and resolve problems efficiently. A strong understanding of schematics and a customer-focused approach are key to success in this role.

What you’ll do

Facilities Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
• Drywall, patching, and painting
• Tiling and basic masonry
• Shelving and equipment installation
• Floor repairs and upkeep
• Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

Preventative Maintenance

• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

Site Operations Support

• Travel between multiple sites (number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Houston area
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

What we’re looking for

Required

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience

We’re seeking a transformational Vice President, Professional Services to serve as a core member of Hootsuite’s Global Customer Leadership Team. This role is not a traditional services delivery role - it is a business-building mandate. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll be accountable for defining the vision, owning the strategy, and scaling Professional Services as a high impact, revenue-generating growth engine.

The VP, Professional Services will own the end-to-end services P&L, architect the long-range vision for how services accelerate IQRR and GRR. As a key member of the Customer Office, this role will serve as a strategic partner in shaping Hootsuite’s go-to-market strategy, influencing product investment priorities, and strengthening Hootsuite’s overall retention model. You will be expected to influence at the board level, represent Hootsuite externally as an industry thought leader, and build the next generation of Professional Services talent and capability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Location: Houston, TX - Montrose

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: This role is a fully based commission role, with a $30 per hour guarantee rate.

Schedule/Availability:  

• Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. 

• Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred. 

• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. 

• Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week and must have the ability to work up to 3 days per week.  

• You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.  

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.  

Job Summary  

The Aesthetician is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The NP collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Requirements:

License and Certifications:  

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Aesthetician license in the state of employment. 
• Laser Certification (as required by state regulations). 

Physical:  

• This role requires long periods of sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools. 
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.
• Continuing education in aesthetics or skincare preferred. 
• Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience while delivering treatments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients.
• Ability to effectively problem solve in order to assess client needs and address concerns promptly and professionally.

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. The Case Manager will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.

• Prepare estimates and present them to customers

THE JOB

As an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician, you’re part of a team that thrives on the front lines of emergency veterinary care where every second counts. You’ll handle a wide range of cases, from minor to complex emergencies, collaborating with our doctors and team in delivering gold standard, emotionally intelligent care. You’ll jump into triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing, all while being a steady, compassionate presence for pet parents in their most stressful moments. The Role 

We are hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals across the energy and industrial sector. You will work directly with the founder and founding team, shaping both the deals we pursue and the sales motion we build. 

This is the part of a company’s journey that defines what comes next - which industries we expand into, how we sell, and what repeatable growth looks like. You will source your own opportunities through events, outbound, channel partners, and your network. You will build custom demos on real customer data, manage pilots hands-on, and close. The work you do here will compound: the deals, the playbook, and the relationships you build will shape Bolo AI for years. The role requires regular travel for customer meetings, pilots, and industry events. 

What You’ll Do 

• Identify and pursue enterprise accounts across upstream oil and gas, midstream, refining, chemicals, and utilities 

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, stakeholder navigation, pilot management, and close 

• Generate pipeline through industry events, targeted outbound, channel partnerships, and your own network 

• Build and deliver custom demos using real customer data, not generic slide decks. that show prospects exactly how the platform solves their problems 

• Stay hands-on through pilots and POCs, working with our customer delivery team to hit milestones and convert to multi-year enterprise contracts 

• Build relationships with plant managers, VPs of operations, reliability leaders, and C-suite decision makers

A Week in the Life 

• On-site at a customer facility running a discovery session with reliability engineers and operations leaders, mapping their biggest pain points to what our platform does 

• Building a targeted demo environment on a prospect’s actual production data, then presenting it to a room of engineers and executive sponsors 

• Working the floor at an industry conference and following up with personalized outreach that same week 

• Coordinating with our engineering team on an active pilot, tracking milestones, and preparing the business case for contract expansion 

• Aligning with a channel partner on joint positioning for a utility account in their pipeline 

Who You Are 

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, pre-sales, or energy consulting, with meaningful exposure to energy or heavy industry customers 

• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with contract values of $200K or more 

• You understand how industrial companies buy: the role of operations vs. IT, how pilots convert to enterprise agreements, and how to navigate procurement 

• AI-native. You already use AI tools daily in your work and are excited to push what’s possible. We use AI agents across every function at Bolo, and we expect you to do the same: from research and outreach to building demos and managing your pipeline

Cross-Functional Collaboration. AI Adoption & Acceleration. Use AI as a creative accelerator by exploring new tools and approaches to scale creative and unlock fresh visual storytelling, while maintaining a strong point of view and unmistakable brand voice.

Scaling Creative for Growth. Build scalable creative systems, templates, and guidelines that support speed and consistency across digital, video, and presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint/keynote decks and sales narratives); identify new formats, platforms, and technologies to keep Conga’s creative fresh and relevant; balance innovation with brand integrity.

Related Experience. You will have deep expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling for executive, sales, and customer-facing audiences, including PowerPoint; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives at scale.

As a Core AE, you will be helping our largest and most strategic enterprise sized customers consolidate outdated technologies, digitize workflows, and unlock game-changing data insights that will transform their businesses. THE PROGRAM

The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is designed to transform practicing non-emergency veterinarians into exceptional, confident VEG ER doctors. This six-month deep dive into the action of emergency is a structured, immersive program like no other that allows participants to transition into full-time ER doctors at VEG after successful completion. Integrating academic and clinical teachings with individualized mentorship, this program fuels a passion for ER and creates a deeper meaning around life-saving veterinary heroics. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors who will mentor you through real ER cases, offering guidance and feedback every step of the way. This isn’t just shadowing—it’s hands-on learning with built-in mentorship.
• New ER Doctors (a.k.a. NERDS!) get up-close, firsthand ER experience, working 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, and nights), as well as through weekly case discussions, literature reviews, and hands-on training at state-of-the-art facilities. 
• Learn best practices for client-centered communication and care, the VEG Way.

What CE experiences can you expect to attend during the program?

From hands-on training to weekly didactic learning, NERD program participants earn over 160 RACE-approved CE hours in just six months—which takes most doctors 10 years to complete! Some CE highlights include: 

• Abdominal, thoracic and cardiac point-of care ultrasound
• Exotic companion animals in the ER
• Flexible GI endoscopy
• Small animal emergency surgery
• Small animal critical care lab
• RECOVER ALS and BLS Rescuer CPR certification

WHAT YOU NEED

• A passion for helping people and their pets
• A valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree 
• Be a practicing veterinarian for 1+ years
• A desire to live and breathe emergency medicine
• A valid license to practice veterinary medicine, as well as a valid DEA registration in the state you will be completing your program by your start date
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor, as well as ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and able to support up to 40 kg with assistance
• Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital needs
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with people from all backgrounds and different personality types
• Can commit to a predetermined schedule for a consecutive six-month period

Aesthetician

Location: Houston, TX - Uptown Park

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: This role is a fully based commission role, with a $30 per hour guarantee rate.

Schedule/Availability:  

• Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. 

• Must have a minimum of 3 days available to work per week. One of those days must be a Friday or Monday, with both highly preferred. 

• Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. 

• Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week and must have the ability to work up to 3 days per week.  

• You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.  

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.  

Job Summary  

The Aesthetician is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The NP collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Requirements:

License and Certifications:  

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Aesthetician license in the state of employment. 
• Laser Certification (as required by state regulations). 

Physical:  

• This role requires long periods of sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools. 
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.
• Continuing education in aesthetics or skincare preferred. 
• Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience while delivering treatments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients.
• Ability to effectively problem solve in order to assess client needs and address concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns.  

• Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure.  

• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.  

Client Education and Experience 

• Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post-treatment care instructions.  

• Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their care plan.
