The Enterprise Field Engineering team leads the technical relationship as a customer scales beyond initial implementations and deployments into broader expansion and full enterprise-wide adoption. Enterprise Field Engineers help to validate technology fit, architect and demonstrate new use cases and support deployment and operationalization as adoption expands. They are also essential in enabling our partner ecosystem, ensuring solution integrity, and elevating the Cognite experience through feedback loops to Product and Customer Enablement.
The Enterprise Field Engineering team works in close partnership with the Account Management team to grow and expand customers to enterprise scale and beyond.Client Engagement and Solution Development

As an Enterprise Solution Architect at Cognite, you will play a pivotal role in the Expert Services Offerings department within our Value Delivery organisation. In this customer-facing position, you will work directly with key customers, field sales, delivery teams, and product development. You will use your seniority and technical competencies to help lead our industrial customers to increase productivity, profitability, reduce environmental impact and reduce costs. Our customers are large international process and energy industries, with challenges in asset performance and maintenance, production efficiency, and sustainability. Together with the team, you will define solutions and support each integration through to a successful finish
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will help deliver on objectives and outcomes across Success Track contracts, expert services engagements, and strategic delivery programs, particularly where solutions are complex, non-standard, or require deep technical leadership. To align with Cognite’s hub strategy, this role is based in Houston, Phoenix, or Boston.
You will support global teams across multiple time zones. Depending on business needs and the quarter's stage, extended hours beyond the normal business day may be required. Evening and/or weekend work may be needed occasionally.
