We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This position sits within the broader Design & Construction (D&C) team. The D&C team is responsible for bringing our various cutting-edge factories, offices, and secure spaces to life. We collaborate with a variety of stakeholders involved in shaping the built environment needed to enable Anduril’s mission (construction managers, architects, industrial engineers, real estate planners, finance analysts, and many more). But, first and foremost, we deeply listen to what our Division Leaders need. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations, you’ll ensure alignment across Salesforce and PRM systems, partner data models, attribution rules, and commercial processes. You’ll also support the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, pricing and incentives, MDF and commission processes, and ongoing governance, compliance, and optimisation of program performance.

The Litigation Operations ("LitOps") team sits at the heart of Keller Postman’s intense and interdisciplinary work. Composed of former consultants, lawyers, and product managers, the team is the nexus between the firm’s litigators, technologists, and operations professionals. We are responsible for understanding complex legal situations, translating them into concrete projects, and marshalling resources from across the firm to deliver them. By way of example, LitOps has developed tech products used by hundreds of thousands of clients, put innovative communication tools at the fingertips of our case management team, and built AI-enabled apps to turbocharge record-review and other key legal processes. When Keller Postman delivers justice at scale, the LitOps team contributes the “scale” part.
Purpose:
The Lead Client Communications Strategist will slot into a “pod” of LitOps team members responsible for a portfolio of mass litigation campaigns. The Strategist’s role will be to work closely with attorneys and senior LitOps leaders to develop, lead, monitor, and optimize multi-channel client communication initiatives focused on engagement, client workup, and case progression. This role will also track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on messaging approaches to maximize client responsiveness and case progression.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Washington, D.C., office. Compensation for the position includes an annual base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the role is eligible for a discretionary performance-based annual bonus and benefits.

As a Proposal Manager, you will sit at the center of Divergent’s most critical growth efforts and own the development and execution of complex, high-value proposals from initial strategy through final submission. You will serve as the connective tissue across program management, business development, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams, ensuring all contributors are aligned while juggling multiple proposal responses and ensuring they stay on track for successful delivery.
You will drive response strategy, shaping how Divergent’s capabilities are positioned against customer requirements and competitive dynamics. This includes highlighting strengths, identifying risks, and working directly with technical subject matter experts to refine solutions and mitigate gaps. You will own proposal planning, generation, execution, and submission end-to-end, including compliance, review cycles, pricing alignment, and final submission.

Summary
The Director of Communications & Marketing will work directly under the supervision and guidance of the Chief External Relations Officer. The Director will lead the development and execution of an integrated communications and marketing strategy to expand Vital Voices’ global brand, audience, and impact in alignment with our 2030 goals. This role will oversee content across all channels, including media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and events, working cross functionally to support Development, Events, and Programmatic teams. This position is based in Washington, DC with the option of a hybrid work schedule. We are not accepting remote candidates at this time.

Professional Qualifications:

The starting salary range for this position is $111,372 – $154.609 based on experience and ability to have broad impact early.

Responsibilities:
• Play a pivotal role in handling many of the day-to-day activities for the H&LS practice’s account teams, including working with senior members of the team to help oversee projects, connecting across our healthcare and agency teams, and provide client counsel.

Qualifications:

• Skilled at applied strategic thinking, anticipating issues, trends, and connections, and translating those insights into actionable ideas for the client and our healthcare team.
