The team manages both online and batch transaction flows across Mastercard, Visa, and Amex, along with transaction enrichment, disputes processing, and network compliance. The systems we maintain have strict latency and uptime requirements, because they sit on the critical path for every card transaction. The team also manages the physical network peering with card network partners, so infrastructure and networking expertise are important. The team primarily uses Java, Python, and Kotlin on AWS.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure high reliability, low latency, and correctness for Lithic's transaction processing interfaces and related services

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll wear two hats: driving complex technical projects from conception to delivery while coding alongside the team, and providing people leadership to a small group of direct reports (3–5 engineers). About the Job

This role is hard to title because the lines between engineering, design, and product blur fast when you are building the way we are building. The closest description is design-oriented builder. You have a strong aesthetic sense and real opinions about how a product should feel. You can take a loose idea and make it tangible before anyone has finished writing the spec. You understand the value of a polished user experience in the context of agentic software and how to deliver one.

You work directly with design, product, and the founder. You are part of the creative process, not downstream of it. The work is not "here is a Figma, build it." The work is "here is a rough idea, what does the first working version look like by the end of day, and what do we learn when we put it in front of someone."

You thrive without traditional specs and get real energy out of shipping something new every day. Energy and momentum matter as much as skill.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $190,000 to $280,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $220,000 to $260,000 CAD. Note: Please be aware that the job title for positions in Canada will be "Developer" in lieu of "Engineer." What You’ll Do

• Take rough ideas (sketches, voice memos, half-finished docs) and turn them into something real and clickable, fast. The first version is usually the same day.
• Build prototypes for the surfaces that make the product tangible: the map, widgets, Live Activities, voice, in-app moments where information surfaces automatically. Some will ship. Most will get thrown away. Both outcomes are useful.
• Make tasteful UI calls without waiting for design to spec every pixel. Design refines. You get it 80% there.
• Sit in the room when product direction gets debated. Push back when something doesn't feel right. We need engineers who are part of the conversation, not waiting for the output.
• Use AI tooling aggressively. Orchestrate agents to generate code, write tests, and review your work. The whole point of this team is that a small group with the right tools outperforms a much larger one.
• Ship to test groups, watch how people actually use what you built, iterate. The feedback loop is short and you are inside it.

What We’re Looking For

If there's one trait we need above all others, it's self-starter energy. As we've gotten bigger, we've been more open to roles with clearly defined schedules and processes. About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Reverse ETL product engineering team.

Formerly Census, we were acquired in May 2025 to augment Fivetran’s warehouse-first data movement product story. Now we’re integrating our entire product directly into the Fivetran dashboard, bringing best-in-class data activation to every Fivetran customer.

Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

Engineers on this team construct our rules-based calculating engine for processing sales commissions. This might sound simple if you have never been exposed to sales comp plans, it is not! We are low on meetings, high on accountability. Most of the team are in EST time zone but we have a few located in PST and Central as well. We are far from maintenance / progressive evolution in many areas, there is a lot of room to make a big impact in the overall design.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. As a senior software engineer on the Cash App Banking server engineering team, you will lead the technical design, execution, and delivery of new banking experiences through close collaboration across teams and disciplines. In addition, you'll drive architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements to make our systems more robust and scalable. The things that you build will create significant impact at scale and will fundamentally change the consumer banking landscape as we know it today.

• The ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems
• A strong desire to perform and grow as an engineer

We're looking for a Software Engineer II to join the AI Agents engineering team within the Servicing Engineering organization. Our team works closely with an omnichannel AI agent vendor to provide a conversational first point of contact for our customers. We focus on orchestrating the systems within Affirm to continuously find solutions for our customers. The team is taking on big unknowns, so we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership and execute for whatever is necessary.

What You'll Do

· With the support of your team’s tech lead and manager, you will break down larger projects into individual tasks, deliver them in multiple phases, and collaborate with others to ensure timely delivery of your work.
· You will support your peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design & analytics by participating in ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on decisions that properly consider risks and trade-offs.
· You will support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating when needed, and supporting “keep the lights on” & on-call efforts.

What We Look For

· You have a total of 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
· You have experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our ETL Platform team.

We own the core platform that backs Census’ sync engine. We are responsible for keeping our customer data flowing smoothly - on time, every time. We design and implement projects like our recent Sync Tracking overhaul - enabling us to capture, store, and process huge datasets, giving customers complete visibility into what data is flowing through our pipes; providing the capability to verify that every record is getting where it needs to go. We manage a constantly scaling and resizing fleet of machines to handle the dynamic needs of our customers, so one could call us the shadow infrastructure team as well.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Toronto office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Technologies You’ll Use

• Expertise in at least one interpreted language such as Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.

• Expertise in at least one compiled language such as C++, Kotlin, Scala, Go, Java, etc.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake) is a bonus)

What You’ll Do

• Make valuable contributions to the deepest recesses of our tech stack – including writing typesafe Ruby and Rails with Sorbet, building performant Kotlin microservices, managing highly available Spark clusters, working on deterministic Temporal workflows, and Terraforming all the things in AWS.

• Think in Parquet, live in cloud storage, and have data flowing through your veins.

• Operate in hostile territory on all sides–building and managing a data diffing ETL engine that operates across every type of data warehouse and SQL dialect imaginable on data you don’t own or control, and send it to countless permutations of destinations that could respond any number of unpredictable ways.

• Be a reliable and steadfast operator, participating in the team on-call rotation to help diagnose, triage and fix performance bottlenecks and gnarly edge-cases our customers discover. You’ll leave the campsite cleaner than you found it.

• Work closely with our product team to help design and develop new features to improve data pipeline observability and debuggability, putting you on a first name basis with the data teams of many companies you have come to love and respect.
