As the head of our Commercial New Business team for DACH, you’ll play an instrumental role in fueling Stripe’s growth in the market through new customer acquisition and setting the long term strategy to Stripe’s trajectory for this user segment. N26 is looking for a Legal Counsel Data Privacy to further expand the Data Privacy Team in our ‘Beyond Banking Team.’ You will primarily advise on data protection legal issues, as well as artificial intelligence related legal topics. You will independently review and negotiate contracts and work closely with your manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations. In this role, you will advise various N26 teams from a data protection law perspective, including our product team, and have the opportunity to contribute to product design. Additionally, you will not only provide legal advice to various internal stakeholders but also review data protection contracts and regularly participate in contract negotiations with external parties. As part of our international expansion, you will independently collaborate with our Local Counsel network.
You will work in our ‘Beyond Banking Law’ Team and have the exciting opportunity to gain experience in data protection law, as well as at the implementation of the AI Act, at a continuously growing and regulated company.
The focus of your work will be the legal review of various issues related to data protection, as well as the negotiation of contracts of various kinds in close collaboration with different company stakeholders, external companies, and law firms.
You will independently handle legal questions related to national and European data protection law. In doing so, you will identify and assess data protection and business risks, create solution strategies, and creatively assist in their implementation.
You will advise the product team on data protection issues, especially concerning compliance with data protection regulations, as well as AI related legal requirements. Additionally, you will provide legal support in the creation and development of app and product features and flows, and internal tools.
You will be responsible for creating the necessary internal and external data protection documentation (such as processing directories, data protection impact assessments, balancing of interests, and privacy policies) in the projects you work on.
As part of the Data Privacy Team, you will help build, expand, and automate processes, update templates, and contribute to our Template Gallery.
You will also support the team about legal changes and developments in the context of European data protection and AI law.
Background:
You are a fully qualified EU lawyer with excellent results in your university studies and you are registered or may register with a bar association to practice law (EU member states).
You have 2-3 years professional experience in data protection law in a renowned law firm or international company (in the Legal Team preferred).
You have already acquired knowledge in the legal areas mentioned above.
You are fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages (particularly German, Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus.
A legal professional experience with a data protection authority is an advantage.
Skills:
You have a strong interest in regulated companies, technical and business contexts, as well as digital business models.
You work independently, make decisions, and are ready to represent them both internally and externally, but also value teamwork and collaboration.
You are willing to pragmatically explore new areas and closely follow dynamic regulatory developments in data protection and AI law.
You possess a high level of integrity, commitment, and initiative, and are not afraid to take on responsibility.

The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are a highly experienced advisor helping customers navigate their most complex journeys on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of Enterprise (G2000) accounts, acting as a lead strategic connector between your customers and cross-functional resources to achieve high-stakes business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy while mentoring team members to elevate the organization's collective impact. You’ll build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, understand intricate technical environments inside and out, and navigate global account teams to deliver measurable impact in high-pressure scenarios.

Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to home or to the office. Our local commerce platform makes it easy for customers to order whatever they need on one app, for merchants to make additional sales, and for couriers to make meaningful earnings flexibly. To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local commerce platform to retail software and financial solutions, as well as operates its own grocery stores under the brand Wolt Market. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 27 countries today, 23 of which are with the Wolt product and brand.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to supermarkets, flowers, toys, books and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. Your job starts when the retail partner has signed the contract and has been onboarded to Wolt’s platform. As a Retail Account Manager, you’re responsible for managing and developing your portfolio of our key retail partners in Germany. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for establishing relationships and improving key business metrics to create results for Wolt, the retail partners, and ultimately the customers. In doing that, you need to have good problem-solving skills, a commercial mindset and a strong passion to deliver exceptional service. We are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Retail team in Germany. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving Wolt’s growth within the Enterprise retail segment, owning complex sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships with some of the largest retailers in the market.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic retail accounts—from pipeline generation through to deal closing and long-term account growth.
