Team mission

As a Senior Cash Accountant, you will own key reconciliation and reporting processes and ensure high-quality financial data across systems—from transaction-level detail through to month-end deliverables. Partnering closely with different Accounting teams, FP&A, and Finance IT, you’ll help keep our financial engine running reliably by solving root causes, improving processes, and strengthening documentation and controls.

Your mission

• Own and drive complex reconciliations across multiple systems and data sources, investigating variances and resolving breaks end-to-end.
• Manage large volumes of financial data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and strong auditability.
• Perform detailed account analysis and prepare clear documentation that supports month-end close, internal controls, and external audit requirements.

Your toolkit

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (e.g., in-house accounting, audit, advisory, or a mix), with a track record of owning complex topics independently.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to apply them to real-world, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated experience with complex reconciliations, data investigation, and working across multiple systems to trace transactions end-to-end.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets (Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level; experience with ERP and reporting tools is a strong plus).
• A proactive, structured communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders across Finance and can explain technical topics clearly.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment; you balance precision with pragmatism and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

GetYourGuide is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Go-To-Market tooling team to be the technical developer on our Salesforce platform. This is a high-ownership role focused primarily on integrations between Salesforce and the broader GYG ecosystem & AI-based Applications, and on Salesforce DevOps ( release pipelines, environment management, and code quality).
A smaller portion of the role involves maintaining existing Apex triggers / Invocable actions (where needed).

You will work closely with our GTM Lead & Solutions Architect (who owns end-to-end solution design) and Salesforce Admins (who own flows, configuration, and declarative automation), so you can stay focused on code, integrations, and platform setup.

Your mission

• Build integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems — REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware, and event-driven sync with our data platform, GTM tools, and AI applications.
• Own Salesforce DevOps — CI/CD (Gearset / GitHub Actions) , source-driven development, sandbox strategy, and release management.
• Maintain and improve existing Apex code and triggers — test coverage, performance, and best practices (governor limits, bulkification, security...).
• Partner with the GTM Solutions Architect to turn solution designs into scalable implementations, flagging technical risks and simpler alternatives early.
• Support Salesforce Admins on the config-vs-code boundary — advising on flows vs. Apex and unblocking work that requires a developer.
• Champion code quality, security, and observability — code reviews, integration health monitoring, and incident response.

Your toolkit

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, metadata API).
• Strong integration background — REST/SOAP, platform events, or middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Tray, custom services)
• Salesforce DevOps experience — SFDX, Git-based workflows, and a release management tool ( Gearset or equivalent).
• Comfortable as the sole developer on the platform — sets technical direction, prioritizes pragmatically, collaborates well with a Solutions Architect and admin team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-engineering stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect track) are a plus but not required.

• 3-5+ years of post-graduate work experience in an international law firm and/or in a tech company with substantial exposure to data privacy and tech law
• Strong GDPR and data protection foundations across DPAs, DSARs, ROPA, DPIAs, and retention - comfortable owning these workstreams independently, not just advising on them

The Analytics department’s mission is to enable the Marketing organisation to take action based on data. We work on a variety of problems and datasets as members of cross-functional mission teams. Your toolkit

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/email/CRM campaign ownership, ideally in a B2B or SaaS/marketplace context
• Advanced practitioner-level knowledge of CRM tools/platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable)
• Proven record orchestrating and optimizing multi-step, automated customer journeys within existing CRM infrastructure
• Skilled at mapping, deploying, and iterating lifecycle campaigns using existing audience/data frameworks
• Excellent messaging and content deployment skills; able to write and operationalize journeys, not just concept them
• Comfortable working across teams but happiest owning “the plan” for lifecycle messaging and execution
• Strong analytical skills for reporting, monitoring, and tactical improvement (while collaborating with architecture/data lead for deeper analysis or foundational experimentation)

In this role, you will be a key analytical partner to the Ranking team — the team that determines what millions of travelers see when they search and explore GetYourGuide. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across the entire experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis design and metric selection through rigorous statistical analysis to executive-ready recommendations.

A core part of your work will be developing and scaling the statistical methods the team relies on to evaluate ranking changes with confidence. You will also drive strategic analytical initiatives — such as long-term marketplace value modeling — that shape the future direction of the product. Beyond experimentation, you will be the bridge between ranking's technical complexity and the rest of the organization, translating how and why activities appear where they do into insights that product, supply, and teams across the company can act on. Ultimately, you will ensure the team is solving the right customer problems, advocate for the product to develop in the right direction, build the measurement frameworks to prove it, and create the shared understanding that enables the entire company to leverage ranking effectively.

As a Senior Decision Scientist in the Product Analytics team, you will help drive measurement, strategy, and tactical decision-making within GetYourGuide. • Lead KAM Enablement Programs: Design and run enablement programs for the AM organisation, including training calendars, skills assessments, playbooks, and Confluence documentation that build KAM capability at scale.
• Enable AMs on Topic-Specific Initiatives: Translate commercial strategies and programme updates—such as deal structures, restrictions, or specific initiatives, into clear AM-facing guidance, toolkits, and training.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Operations teams, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and regional AM leadership to identify challenges, develop solutions, and roll out changes effectively.

Your toolkit

• 5+ years of experience in Key/Enterprise Account Management, AM Operations, Sales Operations, or a dedicated enablement role; experience in a fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Key/Enterprise Account management best practices—including Account Plans, QBRs, executive engagement, and goaling—ideally from having worked closely with or within an AM or KAM team.
• Proven track record in enablement: designing and delivering training programmes, building playbooks, and developing learning resources that drive behaviour change at scale.
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics and translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
• Able to enable AMs on commercial topics (e.g., deal mechanics, commercial programmes) without necessarily being a subject matter expert in all of them—comfort with learning and translating quickly is key.

Your mission

GetYourGuide is looking for a Director of Lifecycle & CRM to set the vision for how we use communication and engagement with our customers throughout their journey with us, over multiple trips, to increase our value as a marketplace to them.  This role is accountable for setting the lifecycle strategy and owning the canonical standards for customer segmentation, journeys and states, and messaging architecture.

• Lead a stellar experimentation-driven operation, including setting the standard for good experimentation design, A/B test setup, reviewing conclusions critically and upholding high statistical and customer insight standards throughout all workstreams.
• Establish standards on QA, deliverability, compliance/consent, preference management, incident response, etc and partner with Engineering to create the tools and platform to achieve technical excellence.
• Partner with Engineering and Data to design event strategy, data flows and instrumentation.

Lead and influence a high-performing org

• Help build and lead a world-class lifecycle team
•  Directly manage a CRM marketing team - design roles, hire and develop talent, and maintain a high performing team and culture that is driven by data, experimentation and quality.
• Influence and align cross-functional leaders in Product, Data, Creative, UX, Brand, Marketing, Pricing and Engineering
• Establish and manage the strategic and governance processes with the cross-functional leadership to maintain agility and executional success

• 10+ years in lifecycle/CRM/growth marketing or product, with at least several years leading scaled teams in a consumer, marketplace, travel, and/or brand-led tech environment.

Your mission

• Be the main point of contact for employees, managers, and key stakeholders in our German entity, providing accurate, efficient, and compliant day-to-day People Ops support (policies, contracts, benefits, leave/absence, labor-law-related questions, and visa/admin topics where applicable).
• Ensure strong data quality and operational rigor by maintaining People records in Workday and managing requests smoothly through Jira Service Management.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles. This person will combine deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology, AI-powered workflows, and operational excellence and will contribute to raising the bar for the entire team along the way.

Your mission

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small.
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively.
• Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and genuine relationship management.
• Obsess over the candidate experience - gather feedback, analyze survey data, and turn insights into tangible process improvements.
• Identify and lead projects that make the TA function smarter and faster - from workflow automation to AI-driven tooling to process redesign.
• Mentor and coach fellow team members, share what's working, and train the team on new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Your toolkit

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
• A genuine understanding of technical roles - you can talk shop with engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows whilst maintaining the personal elements (sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting - you've experimented and you have opinions).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
• A solutions-first mindset: you see friction and you fix it; you see a manual process and you automate it.
• A deep customer-first approach - hiring managers and candidates alike feel the difference.
• Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectations environment where things change quickly and ambiguity is part of the fun.

• 6+ years in Business Development, Strategy, or Marketing in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company.

• Strategic thinker and business developer, breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• Data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies.

We are looking for an outstanding Lead Product Manager to join GetYourGuide's Martech Product Group. As a product manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and growth of our Paid Search Marketing products.

As the Lead Product Manager for our Paid Search Product team, you will unlock company growth and enable increasingly efficient acquisition of customers by working closely with our Paid Search Marketing team. Your team consists of experienced engineers to tackle this challenge. You will also work closely with other product teams to build the right features and capabilities, and gain market insights from Business and Marketing stakeholders.

Your toolkit

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or in Paid Search
• Experience working on a SaaS product, a marketplace, or the travel industry is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated ownership over a product in a previous role, including responsibilities for strategy, KPI setup, goal-setting and roadmap
• Strong track record of working with large Paid Search setups
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization is a plus
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets using SQL
• Demonstrated passion for solving customer problems through iterative improvements, as well as major features
