Role Background
So… we have built this rocket ship. We call it Wolt. We are best known for our food delivery platform, yet we are on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing user marketing campaigns end-to-end related to our restaurant, retail partners, or collaborations with other companies. You will be at the marketing steering wheel as well as the engine room, and will be expected to bring ideas and also execute on them to reach our ambitious targets.
What you’ll be doing
Driving the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, based on our long-term strategy, and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
Regarding your campaigns, coming up with the offerings, thinking about the best media mix, and creative strategy are all your responsibilities
Strong cooperation with other campaign managers and departments on the timing and budgeting of the different campaigns
Understanding the impact of marketing strategies on the P&L and assessing their ROIs.
Support reporting needs by gathering data, tracking KPIs, and contributing insights to improve future marketing activities
Take ownership of setting up campaigns and content using internal tools and platforms, including basic technical configurations where needed
Collaborate with designers and content creators to contribute to the development of campaign assets and visuals
Assist in managing marketing relationships with local restaurant and retail partners, coordinating co-marketing activities to boost visibility
Our humble expectations
You have 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience mainly in campaign management or project management.
You’re willing to get your hands dirty and have a hands-on approach to get things done
You have the ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, but also be open to feedback and collaboration
You have a ‘customers first’ mindset and understand the impact of communication
You have a creative way of thinking and a great eye for valuable content
You have previous experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving environment
Multi-tasking is often unavoidable; great time management is a must
Fluent in Greek and fluent in English
Located and Eligible to work in Cyprus

We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our local Marketing team in Norway; ideally someone who thrives in a broad, hands-on marketing role. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing for Norway and Iceland, and play a key role in driving growth across all our business lines — from restaurants and retail to new verticals.

What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Wolt’s local marketing initiatives — bringing our brand to life across cities, communities, and digital channels. You’ll turn insights into creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution, while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution — ensuring they’re engaging, effective, and true to Wolt’s brand.
Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
Develop and implement the local social media strategy, crafting authentic, relevant, and community-driven content.
Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams.

Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.

This role, Regional Restaurant Marketing Manager, offers a unique opportunity to shape Wolt’s restaurant marketing strategy across Germany. With a strong focus on local market insight and partner collaboration, you’ll develop tailored marketing plans that drive visibility and growth for our key restaurant partners in cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Dortmund.
What you’ll be doing
Location: Cologne or Frankfurt Office (with regular travel to West Germany), with regular visits to Berlin HQ.
As a Regional Marketing Manager for Restaurants, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening Wolt’s brand and commercial success by building impactful, on-the-ground restaurant marketing strategies tailored to the gastronomy scene in West Germany. Your focus will be on activating our key SMB Restaurant Partners in cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Dortmund and beyond - bringing them visibility, growth, and customer engagement on the Wolt platform.
This is a unique, hybrid role combining strategic marketing skills with a hands-on, partner-facing approach, ideally suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of local food culture, creative marketing, and commercial collaboration.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Local Market Strategy & Partner Activation
Develop and execute tailored restaurant marketing strategies across cities in West Germany, based on your local market expertise.
Identify and capitalize on hyper-local marketing opportunities (e.g. city festivals, seasonal events, cultural moments).
Build and leverage existing relationships with top-tier restaurant partners in the region to co-create exciting marketing activations.
Hands-On Campaign Execution
Activate restaurant partners through on-the-ground support - from campaign planning to execution - to drive customer demand and visibility.
Execute 360 marketing plans, including advertising across various channels (paid, owned, earned), promotions, and co-branded initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the local Berlin-based Marketing team and our agencies to adapt national strategies into localized initiatives.
Manage regional/ partner marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
Partner Relationship Management
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to key restaurant partners, helping them understand and use Wolt’s marketing tools effectively.
Closely collaborate with account management and local sales teams to align on priorities, performance goals, and joint marketing opportunities.
Performance Reporting, Data Analysis & Insights:
Track, analyze, optimize and report on marketing performance metrics at the regional and partner level.
Use data-based insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
Provide feedback from the field to continuously improve and shape local marketing strategies.

A strong commercial mindset — you enjoy spotting opportunities, driving growth and turning ideas into measurable results.
The ability to think strategically while staying hands-on in execution.
Confidence in managing partner relationships end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and aligning on goals to launching initiatives together.
Comfort moving between planning and execution — whether coordinating a photoshoot, setting up a local activation, analyzing performance, or meeting partners face-to-face.
C2-level German and business-fluent English.
Willingness to travel regularly in WestGermany, and to Berlin HQ on a monthly basis.
