We’re looking for a Regional Lead, Ads & Promotions to drive performance across our North region (a cluster of key European markets).

What you’ll be doing
Own Ads & Promotions performance across your markets, including revenue, adoption, and key commercial KPIs

Improve how markets sell and scale Ads & Promotions — across both enterprise accounts and SMB / long-tail merchants

We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our local Marketing team in Norway; ideally someone who thrives in a broad, hands-on marketing role. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. What you’ll be doing

What you’ll be doing
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners and play a central role in driving both growth and profitability for Wolt. You’ll work strategically to develop long-term plans for each partner, while also managing the day-to-day - ensuring great collaboration, identifying new opportunities, and making sure we deliver mutual success.
Your day-to-day will include:
Developing and executing growth strategies for your portfolio of partners
Managing overall portfolio performance to meet commercial KPIs such as revenue, product adoption and portfolio growth through sales and customer success strategies
Upselling and implementing new products and services such as Wolt+, Ads, WfW, Wolt Drive, electrical vehicle ads and campaigns

Job Description
At Wolt we partner closely with the world’s leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. We are looking for a Enterprise Ads Sales Manager to work with our brand partners within the CPG vertical & provide massive value to our customer base through the brands they love. This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor role that will contribute to building profitable business models touching all of Wolt’s sales channels. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across the business; you will need to be able to work with our local team and our global ads operations team. Success will come from the ability to leverage our (huge) database to execute commercial initiatives, conduct long-term joint business planning, and provide world-class service to the world’s largest consumer brands.
What you’ll be doing
Ad + Promo Sales: CPG partners create significant value to our joint customer bases via Ads + Promos. Our product is developing new features every day which you will be in charge of commercializing
Joint Business Strategy and Planning: We create win-win-win models which bring significant benefits to our CPG partners, Wolt, and our end-customers. Our industry is moving fast and changing by the minute; you will have to be creative and figure out how we can all win together, both today and tomorrow.
Plan Execution: Our team likes to get its hands dirty. You’ll work closely with local teams and our global ads operations teams to ensure that the details of operational plans are being executed, from ensuring a supply chain is providing the right amount of availability on our shelves to triple-checking marketing campaign flows.
Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: We have industry-leading first-party data on billions of transactions, stored on Snowflake databases accessed via Looker. Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to create actionable dashboards, KPIs, and insights for our business partners.

Relevant Experience: Previous global enterprise sales or account management experience. Proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner.
Languages Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian and English
Industry Knowledge: Understanding the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and e-commerce, platform industry is essential. Experience in the Ads industry is a major plus.
Presentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to C-level executives, combined with excellent communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable business recommendations, and presenting findings in clear, impactful formats is essential. The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market -our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across 21 countries can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed!
The Category Manager is responsible for building and managing the assortment and trading plan, including pricing and promotions. The role also involves developing strong relationships with suppliers and taking full ownership of category performance across assigned categories in the Norwegian market.
The Category Manager works closely with Wolt Market stores to ensure the right assortment on every location, Content team, and Supply Chain to ensure that there is always stock. The person also works with retail partners to ensure constant optimisation of trading performance. Other key stakeholders include operations, marketing, and data teams to define and develop all necessary reporting, data models, tools and products to drive category performance in local stores.
What you’ll be doing:
Having full ownership of assigned category performance, including forecasting, monitoring, reporting on the business.
Contributing to driving projects and trading strategy to achieve business goals.
Defining and continuously updating Wolt Market’s assortment at a store level to meet customer needs and optimise order economics.
Leading effective negotiations with suppliers to establish joint goals, improve cost structure, and sustainably grow the P&L.
Influencing the design of the categories, as well as contributing to new product groups and improving the customer experience to deliver growth.
Creating business plans for new opportunities and developing and executing project plans for the launch of new features, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies.
Working cross-functionally with counterparts across in-stock management, marketing, finance, and retail systems to operate and grow the business.
Continually improving and automating manual processes to enable the team to scale better as the business grows.

Five years of solid experience in category management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Background in online grocery, traditional grocery retail, or e-commerce, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments.
Strong communication skills and experience in negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to think both commercially and operationally, with strong attention to detail.
Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English.
