What you’ll be doing
As Country Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving both restaurant and SMB retail acquisition across Cyprus and Malta. You’ll set strategy, coach and develop your team, and use data to guide decision-making and identify opportunities. Working closely with onboarding and support leads, you’ll ensure new partners are successfully integrated and set up for long-term success.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Build and lead the SMB acquisition teams in both markets, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing structured feedback
Develop and execute plans to target gaps and opportunities in both markets, including identifying SMBs that are a great fit for Wolt
Build relationships with potential key SMB partners and manage the sales pipeline systematically
Negotiate partnership terms while analyzing potential performance to set profitable business agreements
Make sound business decisions by combining market intuition with data insights
Foster a positive team culture that enables growth and collaboration
Lead by example by living Wolt’s values and behaviors
Our humble expectations
6–8 years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in marketplaces, tech, or hospitality.
2–4 years leading sales teams: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and guiding performance toward clear goals.
Own regional acquisition plans and KPIs, setting meaningful targets and holding your team accountable.
Built repeatable sales processes and champion CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and reliable forecasting.
Negotiate with senior SMB partners and structured win-win deals that balance partner value and solid unit economics.
Make data-driven decisions, blending local know-how with performance dashboards and weekly insights.
Collaborate closely with onboarding, support, and marketing teams to remove friction and deliver smooth, on-time launches.
Foster a strong, supportive team culture, offering clear direction, giving feedback early and often, and creating a low-ego, high-ownership environment.
Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Greek.

Job summary, basic purpose of the role:
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations across assigned markets. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
You will demonstrate ownership of supply chain efficiencies and play a critical role in building, managing and optimizing a complex procurement and replenishment setup that continues to evolve and expand. You will produce and analyze weekly metrics and be involved with all aspects of operational supplier management.
You ensure strong execution of defined supply chain standards and contribute to translating strategic priorities into operational improvements across the markets you support.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role:
Own and manage inventory systems and replenishment processes.
Handle moderate to complex issues such as ordering optimization, service level deviations, and inventory imbalances.
Work independently on daily operational and tactical tasks while ensuring alignment with broader supply chain priorities.
Communicate and collaborate with vendors, Category, Operations and other internal stakeholders.
May lead small teams or provide guidance and oversight to junior supply chain roles.
Manage inventory related projects such as launching new product flows, process improvements, or system enhancements.
Make decisions regarding stock adjustments, forecast changes, and corrective actions to improve availability and reduce waste.
Work closely with vendors and internal departments to improve operational performance and supplier collaboration.
Suggest and implement process improvements related to inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.
Analyze inventory and performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
Qualifications for the role:
Experience in supply chain management, inventory management or procurement with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong understanding of replenishment models and inventory optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and drive execution.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to support decision making.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
High attention to detail and ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Experience in retail supply chain environments is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English and in Greek.

The Category Manager is responsible for building and managing the assortment and trading plan including pricing and promotions, as well as building relationships with suppliers and managing the category performance in Cyprus. The Category Manager has full ownership of category performance across assigned categories.
This role drives commercial results by combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution and supplier collaboration.
The role operates fully as an individual contributor with complete ownership of assigned categories.
The role collaborates closely with regional commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, best practices, and performance standards.
What you'll be doing
Having full ownership of assigned category performance, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on the business.
Contributing to driving projects and trading strategy to achieve business goals.
Defining and continuously updating the assortment at store level to meet customer needs and optimise order economics.
Leading effective negotiations with suppliers to establish joint goals, improve cost structure, and sustainably grow the P&L.
Influencing category design, contributing to new product groups, and improving customer experience to deliver growth.
Creating business plans for new opportunities and developing and executing project plans incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies.
Working cross functionally with counterparts in stock management, content, operations, marketing, finance, and retail systems to operate and grow the business.
Continually improving and automating manual processes to enable the team to scale better as the business grows.
Identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve availability, sell through, margin, and waste.

Our first Wolt Market store in Cyprus was opened in 2022 and our 7th store was launched in June 2024. We are currently looking for part-time and full-time Retail Grocery Assistants (or Grocery Associates, as we call them) to join our awesome teams in Nicosia!
What you’ll be doing
Taking in orders through our Merchant app
Picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners
Unloading food and supplies that we receive from vendors
Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store

You are proactive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
You’ll work in flexible shifts in both morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends - our store is open 7 days a week, from 07:00 to 02:30. We require flexibility to work across all our working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Experience from working in a grocery store is an advantage!
You have a full professional proficiency in English. Greek is a plus!

Role Background
So… we have built this rocket ship. We call it Wolt. We are best known for our food delivery platform, yet we are on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing user marketing campaigns end-to-end related to our restaurant, retail partners, or collaborations with other companies. You will be at the marketing steering wheel as well as the engine room, and will be expected to bring ideas and also execute on them to reach our ambitious targets.
What you’ll be doing
Driving the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, based on our long-term strategy, and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
Regarding your campaigns, coming up with the offerings, thinking about the best media mix, and creative strategy are all your responsibilities
Strong cooperation with other campaign managers and departments on the timing and budgeting of the different campaigns
Understanding the impact of marketing strategies on the P&L and assessing their ROIs.
Support reporting needs by gathering data, tracking KPIs, and contributing insights to improve future marketing activities
Take ownership of setting up campaigns and content using internal tools and platforms, including basic technical configurations where needed
Collaborate with designers and content creators to contribute to the development of campaign assets and visuals
Assist in managing marketing relationships with local restaurant and retail partners, coordinating co-marketing activities to boost visibility

You have 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience mainly in campaign management or project management.
You’re willing to get your hands dirty and have a hands-on approach to get things done
You have the ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, but also be open to feedback and collaboration
You have a ‘customers first’ mindset and understand the impact of communication
You have a creative way of thinking and a great eye for valuable content
You have previous experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving environment
Multi-tasking is often unavoidable; great time management is a must
Fluent in Greek and fluent in English
