About the role

You will be responsible for driving the test automation for The Roku Channel streaming apps, features and services on multiple platforms to improve product quality, increase team productivity and enhancing a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. About the Role 

We are building a next-generation observability and cloud platform that is high-performance, cost-efficient, secure, and scalable across multi-region, multi-cloud clusters. You will lead the architecture and evolution of Roku’s observability and cloud infrastructure stack. This includes metrics, logs, traces, telemetry pipelines, service mesh, developer experience, and reliability of systems that power thousands of services and millions of devices.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer in our AdTech team, you will be a hands-on individual contributor building and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven features for our advertising platform. You will partner with engineering, product, and data science to deliver production-grade ML for campaign optimization, user personalization, and creative intelligence—operating at large scale and low latency across billions of ad events per day. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or applied machine learning, with a track record of shipping ML systems to production.
• Experience designing and building high-throughput, low-latency services or data pipelines for large-scale applications.
• Working knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSP/SSP/RTB) is a plus; strong adjacent experience (recommendation, ranking, marketplaces) is also valued.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, or Python for backend services and ML tooling.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer for Cloud Data Warehouse database connector team and supporting other databases teams to drive improved performance, reliability, and analytical power for our platform to delight our customers in how they use their data.

This team is tasked with evolving a high performance extract-load-transform data integration system that enables our connector teams to ship the Fivetran ELT product using powerful abstractions. The role will challenge you to solve problems in the domains of performance engineering, data security, and cluster orchestration. Role Overview

As a Staff Engineer on our Coupang intelligent Cloud Infrastructure team, you will design and scale the intelligent nervous system of our CIC Cloud AI platform. You won't just be moving packets; you’ll be building the orchestration and routing layers that ensure our LLMs and foundation models are highly available, low-latency, and cost-efficient. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of traffic management from global load balancing to hardware-aware request routing across thousands of accelerators.

What You Will Do

• Intelligent Routing: Design and implement sophisticated load-balancing algorithms tailored for AI workloads (training, inference), optimizing request distribution based on model availability, and accelerator health. 

• Inference Orchestration: Architect and evolve our inference infrastructure to support seamless model deployment, auto-scaling, and multi-AZ failover. 

• Performance Engineering: Drive initiatives to minimize tail latency (P95 /P99) and maximize throughput using advanced batching, caching, and streaming token delivery techniques. 

• Fleet Automation: Build robust infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to manage dynamic compute fleets, ensuring they automatically scale to meet production and research demands.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 

• Experience: 8–12 years of progressive software engineering experience, with a heavy emphasis on distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, or platform operations. 

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Go or Python, with a deep understanding of networked systems and performance optimization. 

• Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes internals (scheduling, controllers) and containerization ecosystems. 

• Traffic Management: Proven experience with load balancing, service mesh, and request routing at scale.

Senior Database Solution Architect - MS SQL  (US/EST timezone)

Job Overview

As a Senior Database Solutions Architect, you will serve as a pre-sales specialist, supporting the broader sales organization with deep technical knowledge across database workloads. This means working with customers and prospects to educate them on how Rubrik protects and manages data. Key Responsibilities
