POSITION SUMMARY:  

The (senior) Buyer is responsible for the planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging and services from external vendors and other J&J plants.  

The (senior) Buyer will work at the production facility, and will report to the local plant manager, and indirectly (dotted line) to the Senior Director of Procurement. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Raws and Pack inventory Management, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and ordering from vendors. 

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO's) from placement to receiving and payables. 

• Monitor, maintain, track, and ensure the fulfillment of inventory for assigned items and vendors.  

• Communicate and assist in invoice resolution and shipment issues with vendors. 

• Obtain and analyze quotes from suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms. 

• Maintain good relations with vendors. 

• Control Purchasing Department spending. 

• Frequent interaction with the corporate procurement team and other plant buyers 

• Be aligned with local business requirements and stakeholders (Quality, production, R&D, finance, etc..). 

• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the local plant Managers (S&G, indirect/Capex orders, warehouse, logistics, …).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in margin management , risk management, collateral operations, or a quantitative finance role within a major financial institution (e.g., investment bank, clearing house, asset manager).

We Offer: 

The Base Salary Range for this role is $125,000-170,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. The Project Manager on the Risk & Insurance team is tasked with the end-to-end management of projects that impact our customers and overall team related to Risk & Insurance programs at Justworks. Practice Area Director 

As a global leader in consulting, engineering, and commissioning services, we specialize in highly technical buildings and the systems that bring them to life. We are currently seeking a performance-driven, highly motivated leader to collaborate with our leadership team with the opportunity to grow into and oversee our engineering practice area in our Southern region. In this high-level role, you will provides management review and control over multiple units of engineering work, (usually integrates several specialized areas of engineering to serve a business segment or directs a single specialization serving several business units) including development of projects, structures, or processes as part of a major engineering program. This position corresponds to the practice area portion of matrix organization currently Critical Facilities (CF), BET, FMCX and ICT.

Job Responsibilities

As a Practice Area Director, you will build a staff, coordinate the execution of all market sector activities in your region and maintain client satisfaction. You will generate new revenue and increase existing revenue streams within the different Market focuses. You will stay externally focused on developing and deepening your network of prospective clients and business partners, including owner, architects, and PM/CM firms, as well as key general contractors. Track leads for major pursuits, forecast a pipeline of projects and develop winning strategies and teams.

Additional responsibilities:

• Directly generate new revenue and increase existing revenue streams within Market Focus
• Externally focused on entertaining and networking with prospective clients and business partners
• Track leads for major projects and assist Geo director with forecasting a pipeline of projects
• Stay abreast of market and keeps key team members at the technical forefront of the respective practice areas
• Collaborate with Directors (GEO) for staffing and project pursuits
• Focuses on ensuring technical excellence of project delivery and providing expert resolutions of issues
• Gets directly involved and drives to conclusion; client/partners complaints or internal technical/financial issues
• Responsible for strategic recruitment of senior staff with market specific experience
• Industry recognized expert; authors/performs speaking engagements and authors White Papers

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary leadership skills to oversee all efforts for clients, demonstrating an understanding of owner / client big picture business strategies and revenue goals, as well as the ability to foresee challenges. To succeed in this role, your technical expertise must be complemented by self-motivation, relationship building skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to effectively work in a fast–paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in the different market focus within the industry.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; exceptional candidates may substitute significant years of experience
• 15+ years of design experience, preferably minimum of 5 years in consulting engineering or A/E firm
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience
• 7+ years’ experience in developing business for engineering
• Thorough knowledge of MEP systems
• PE registration is required.

Responsibilities:

Serves as USCENTCOM CCJ3-Joint Security Office (JSO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) on matters related to threat and intelligence capabilities. Action Officer (AO) to CCJ3-JSO providing full spectrum support to Branch operations, activities and requirements in the operationalizing of intelligence. Reviews daily intelligence reporting and coordinates with elements of the CCJ2 to provide a concise intelligence update to the CCJ3-JSO Director, with an emphasis on the potential impact(s) to operations being conducted in the USCENTCOM AOR. Reviews CCJ2 threat warnings, advisories, or highlight messages, and gives input to the CCJ2 on Force Protection recommendations as it relates to the threat. Facilitates weekly USCENTCOM Threat Working Group (TWG) meeting, to include booking conference rooms, coordinating JWICs VTC requirements, printing/displaying slides, and taking notes during discussions. Produces and disseminates a Weekly USCENTCOM Executive Summary following the TWG meeting in order to inform the USCENTCOM, Component Commanders, Joint Task Force Commanders, Senior Defense Officials/Defense Attaché Offices and their staffs of the TWG threat analysis and Force Protection recommendations resulting from the meeting. Collaborates with USCENTCOM CCJ2, the Intelligence Community, and Forward Elements for threats and mitigation of threat(s) in order to produce Force Protection Snapshots. Periodically answers Requests for Information (RFI) from Component Commands, Joint Task Forces, USCENTCOM Directorates, CCJ3-JSO branches, and other commands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (not degree specific).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst at the Service/Component, or COCOM level.
• Experience at briefing at the Service, Component Command or COCOM level.
• Familiar with various Intelligence Community research tools and data bases (e.g. M3, HOT-R, Palantir, Analyst Notebook and Intelink).
• Recent Joint or Service Level All-Source experience.

Desired Requirements:

• COCOM-level experience.
• Experience in USCENTCOM AOR.
• SharePoint knowledge.
• Antiterrorism Level II Trained.

Clearance:

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
