POSITION SUMMARY: Under the leadership of the Production Supervisor, the Utility Relief will perform relief work under various production classifications including but not limited to: Depositor, RTE Tray Feeder, RTE Rack Pusher, Raw Cart Loader, Empty Tray Feeder, Raw Rack Pusher, Raw Cookie Placers, RTE Cookie Pickers, RTE Packer and RTE Palletizer. In addition, the Utility Relief will also perform all necessary tasks to keep production moving throughout all stages of the production process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Relieves and operates depositing equipment and troubleshoots minor problems. Maintains and fills labeling machines with the appropriate labels designated by Bill of Material (BOMs). Maintains and reworks out of specification product to include but not limited to color, shape and size. Relieves cookie placers and pickers filling clamshells as well as cart pushers and oven operators as needed. Relieves personnel who move baking racks to different areas of the production floor according to different stages of production as needed. Monitors quality of product being produced and notifies the Production Supervisor of any issues. Assists with line set up, changeover, and end of shift tear downs of equipment. Completes production paperwork as required accurately and in a timely manner. Relieves personnel packing product. Ensures product is packaged according to company standards. Maintains a clean work area throughout shift. Loads the packing line with baking pans. Loads finished good cases to configure the pallet for shipment. Follows compliance requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines, and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. Demonstrates reliable attendance and preparedness for each shift in proper uniform. Trains other employees as requested by the supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor. POSITION SUMMARY: General duties include those of line operator, sealer, boxer, bag filler and off-bearer to the conveyor. All employees are required to be in full uniform to include bouffant cap, beard cover (as applicable), and gloves. Hearing protection is recommended, and safety glasses are required at all bag filling stations. Employees will rotate from station to station on a scheduled basis in the interest of creating an ergonomically friendly work environment. Specific duties include filling gallon ice cream bags from the Speedy filler and transferring those bags to the adjacent bag sealing station. Employees at the sealing station will place the open bags into the sealer and they will proceed through the sealer to ensure the bags are properly sealed. Once sealed, the bags are placed into the case, six-gallon bags to the case, and the employee at the boxing station will process the case through the box sealer. Once this step is completed, the employee at the off-bearing station will place the case onto the conveyor where it proceeds to the stacking hall. This role ensures the plant’s assets are a competitive advantage, not a daily operational risk. 

The Reliability and Maintenance Manager leads maintenance supervisors and maintenance team functions, with accountability for equipment uptime, asset health, spare parts readiness, and technical problem solving across the plant. This leader is responsible for developing and strengthening proactive, planned, and data-driven reliability programs through effective preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts management, and full utilization of Redzone.

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for leading and executing all sanitation programs to ensure the facility consistently meets and exceeds food safety, regulatory, and customer standards. This role owns the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sanitation systems, including SSOP’s, master sanitation scheduling (MSS), and sanitation validation processes.  

The Sanitation Manager driver compliance with all applicable food safety regulations, SQF standards, and internal quality requirements, while always ensuring audit readiness. This position plays a critical role in protecting product integrity, minimizing contamination risks, and supporting overall plant performance.  

This leader is responsible for building a high-performing sanitation team through training, standardization, and accountability, while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and food safety excellence across all shifts.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrician monitors the functions of all plant electrical and control equipment to ensure proper operation and performance of routine and specialized maintenance activities to maximize plant production and uptime. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Installs power supply, wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers. 

• Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment and connects cables and wires between programmable controls, machines and equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Organize and prioritize scheduled/unscheduled repairs and PM’s. Ensure parts and materials are on hand to complete the tasks and assign the work to individuals. Must also be able to perform “hands on” repairs and adjustments as needed.  Consistently carry out all the essential functions required of Maintenance Mechanic I, in addition to the demonstrated ability to: 

• Understand and demonstrate intermediate level mechanical and electrical skills. 

• Locate source of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.

To train personnel and assist the Department Foreman or Supervisor to ensure department runs smoothly and safely. Work side by side with packaging employees to ensure that only product that meets customers’ specifications is properly packaged. Assist the Packaging Supervisor to ensure packaging lines run in an organized manner and production schedules are met in a safe manner. Ensure employees pack the proper amount of product in appropriate Master cases. Vernon Facility 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Ensures that all equipment is set up prior to start up. 

• Operates code dater video jet computer to change codes, times, dates, & production line #1 on master case as needed. 

• Runs all three metal cards 3.0 Ferrous, 2.5 Un-ferrous, and 3.5 Stainless Steel through metal detector at start of shift and every hour after that. If metal detector does not reject, notify QA and/or Supervisor immediately. 

• Identifies problems and takes immediate corrective action. Follows up to ensure corrective action is taken. 

• Calls mechanic or notifies foreman or supervisor of mechanical problems that unable or not trained to fix. 

• Checks that all employees are wearing proper PPE and adhere to GMP’s & dress code. 

• Assists Supervisor in training new employees on GMP’s, SOP’s, and to safely do their jobs.

Scope: This position is responsible for preparing product for final stages including packaging into specified trays. This includes inspecting and packing or repacking product into trays or corrugated boxes, closing and coding of boxes for palletizing. Key Responsibilities: Pick up product according to product tray size at a rate of seven to eighteen trays per minute, depending on variety. The packer also is responsible for inspecting for quality before placing in trays and onto conveyors. Inspect product for specific flaws as set forth by the Quality Manager and set aside in designated areas for rework or discard. Report any major discrepancies with product directly to the lead, supervisor, or the Quality Manager. Adhere to all environmental, health and safety requirements and procedures. Responsible for food safety and quality. Other tasks as assigned. Key Competencies: Ability to work at a fast pace on production line with moving product. Ability to stand for long periods of time. POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conducts daily forklift checklist.
• Changes forklift battery.
• Follows safety procedures during forklift operation.
• Employee is responsible for following (and/or implementing/supporting/maintaining) Good Manufacuring Practices, Food Defense, Food Safety and SQF programs.
• Keep all production areas supplied with raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Put away, in their proper place, all items not being used for production.
• Receive all items being delivered to production, store them neatly in their respective places in accordance with the plan layout, return empty skids to suppliers when necessary and maintain the pallet log return.
• Enter, in production receiving log, all items received and give all bills of lading, etc. to the Administrative Assistant.
• Maintain the forklift daily as follows:
• Check water in battery and fill up if needed.
• Keep forklift on charge, when not in use.
• Report any mechanical problems to your supervisor.
• Keep the receiving doors closed when not in use.
• Take a weekly inventory of certain items, as required by the Production Supervisor and assist in taking the monthly inventories.
• Operate the forklift in a safe manner and report all structural building damage of accident to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain the schedule delivery log for outside suppliers.
• Communicate and interface with your supervisor, packing room and retail leaders and other forklift drivers.
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor.

Under the supervision of the Software Engineering Manager, the Software Engineer is responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of our custom-developed applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing information systems by studying operations, developing, installing, and maintaining software solutions. The Software Engineer prioritizes well, communicates clearly, and has a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. The Software Engineer demonstrates analytic capability and the ability to support and maintain solutions. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record building high quality web and cloud applications, APIs, and databases. The candidate must be creative, organized, and analytical as well as adept at working in a team environment.

• Develops, and supports applications for desktop, web, and mobile to meet key business objectives.
