We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Systems Administrator I to join our Tactical Systems (TS) team full-time. This onsite role in Huntsville, AL is responsible for delivering Tier 1 technical support, maintaining IT asset accountability, and supporting daily IT operations within a highly controlled, compliance-driven environment. This position operates within a CMMC-aligned framework and requires strict adherence to security policies, access controls, and standardized processes. Essential Functions

• Tier 1 Technical Support
  • Serve as first-line support for IT issues across TS-supported systems and users.

Functions

• Lead the creation of large scale, complex stand-alone proposals, task order proposals, RFIs/SSNs, and other responses

A Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development of proposals. The Proposal Coordinator ensures that all proposal materials are accurate, well-organized, and submitted on time. They may also assist in the development of proposal templates, processes, and best practices to streamline proposal development efforts.

Job Overview
The Capture Manager (CM) is responsible for providing effective capture leadership to win new business in the U.S. Defense aerospace market. The CM will establish the strategy and capture plan, organize and lead the capture team, mentor and educate personnel, manage the respective B&P budget and schedule, collaborate across the company, perform market analysis, monitor competitor activity, and drive winning solutions. Qualifications

• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawing standards
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
• Proficient knowledge of Solidworks
• Detail oriented and capable with working in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline.

Experience

• 3-6 years of mechanical engineering experience.

Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for following established strategies, filling candidate pipelines, and interviewing potential candidates.

Essential Functions

• Full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and requisition management
• Partner with external staffing agencies, including contract and temporary workforce engagements with a strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements and the ability to review, interpret, and execute staffing and service agreements
• Provide sourcing and recruiting support to Intelligence and Aerospace programs, as well as internal corporate roles such as Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, Human Resources
• Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
• Develop innovative ways to source candidates to produce sustainable talent pipelines
• Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which Includes internal training as necessary
• Maintain detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements
• Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system
• Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and process
• Provide recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders regularly
• Assist with the training, mentoring, and developing of junior recruiting staff as needed
• Foster Global Inclusion and Diversity in business hiring practices
• Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and thorough execution of established processes

Qualifications and Competencies

• 2+ years experience as an in-house/corporate recruiter, talent acquisition specialist for an Aerospace company preferred.
• Agency experience filling DoD and/or Aerospace Engineering roles will also work
• Executive search experience is preferred
• Experience recruiting and hiring individuals with high level security clearances within the Intelligence community
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track, and measure results
• Experience recruiting for business development, capture and proposal initiatives within Government contracting environment preferred
