We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
- Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
- Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
- Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
- Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
- Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
What We Value
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.). Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms highly preferred.
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred
- Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed

This role is essential to enhancing the capability of Special Operations Forces (SOF) through the delivery of tailored software training, technology integration, and intelligence analysis support.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert instruction on SOCOM programs of record and emerging intelligence platforms, ensuring seamless support to current and future technologies integrated within the unit’s intelligence production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and support for intelligence tools and technologies related to:
- Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Geospatial/Imagery Intelligence (GEOINT/IMINT)
- Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

- Advise SOF units on how to leverage intelligence platforms to build a comprehensive operational picture.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience effectively communicating intelligence and operations insights to senior leaders.
- Minimum 4 years of analytical experience in at least two intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT).
- Minimum 3 years of experience using intelligence software and tools, such as:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Analyst Notebook
- M3 or other research/reporting tools (e.g., Catapult, Palantir, FADE)
- HOT-R or CHROME (or similar CI/HUMINT tools)
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates will have proficiency or high potential to gain some level of proficiency to enable and train software capabilities across three “domains”: (1) Operations, (2) Intelligence warfighting functions and (3) tactical Mission Planning and Execution domain.

Barbaricum is seeking a mission-driven Junior Data Analyst to support data-centric projects for a high-visibility government customer. This role is ideal for early-career analysts who are eager to apply data science principles to national security challenges and collaborate across disciplines to surface insights that drive action. The analyst will work with structured and unstructured data, blending analytical techniques with clear communication to enable decision-making at scale.
Core Responsibilities
- Gather and reformat data from Government-identified primary and secondary sources for human and machine analysis.
- Use Python-based statistical tools (e.g., NumPy) and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS) to analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to mission outcomes.
- Prepare analytical reports that clearly communicate findings to executive leadership in the context of local, national, and global security trends.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and mission stakeholders to recommend system improvements and develop policies for data governance.
- Document the data analysis process in a way that enables reproducibility and transparency for Government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- A certificate in Data Science or Data Engineering may supplement a non-technical degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience applying data analysis principles, including predictive analytics and working with on-prem and cloud-based data systems.
- Intermediate proficiency with Python, including use of libraries like NumPy or pandas.
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) methodologies, API integrations, and database design.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends and build diagnostic or predictive models.
- Experience preparing data-driven deliverables for non-technical leadership audiences.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with git-based version control systems.
- Exposure to DevSecOps or analytics development workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate data management systems for intelligence needs
- Use Python and other scripting languages to automate data workflows
- Design algorithms databases, and pipelines to access, and optimize data retrieval, storage, use, integration and management by different data regimes and digital systems
- Work with data users to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, and systems; and plan, design, and optimize data throughput and query performance
- Participate in the selection of backend database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, etc.), its configuration and utilization, and the optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure to support the actual content, volume, ETL, and periodicity of data to support the intended kinds of queries and analysis to match expected responsiveness
- Use expertise in Maven Smart System/Palantir Foundry suite of tools to create digital solutions as outlined above
- Assist and advise the Government with developing, constructing, and maintaining data architectures
- Research, study, and present technical information, in the form of briefings or written papers, on relevant data engineering methodologies and technologies of interest to or as requested by the Government
- Align data architecture, acquisition, and processes with intelligence and analytic requirements
- Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling deploying analytics programs, machine learning and statistical methods to find hidden patterns, discover tasks and processes which can be automated and make recommendations to streamline data processes and visualizations
- Design, implement, and support scalable data infrastructure solutions to integrate with multi heterogeneous data sources, aggregate and retrieve data in a fast and safe mode, curate data that can be used in reporting, analysis, machine learning models and ad-hoc data requests
- Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted big data technologies to store, format, process, compute, and manipulate data in order to draw conclusions and make predictions
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in data or software engineering
- 4+ Years of experience with Maven Smart System/Palantir systems
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. A degree in the physical/hard sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy), or other science disciplines (i.e., behavioral, social, and life) may be considered if it includes a concentration of coursework (typically 5 or more courses) in advanced mathematics and/or other relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience working with AWS big data technologies (S3, EC2) and demonstrate experience in distributed data processing, Data Modeling, ETL Development, and/or Data Warehousing
- Demonstrated mid-level knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience across Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science especially around software engineering and/or designing/implementing machine learning, data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, programming, data science, advanced statistical analysis, artificial intelligence

This role enables the development of advanced, data-driven web interfaces that enhance intelligence analysis and real-time threat warning systems for national security stakeholders.
As part of a fast-moving, interdisciplinary team of Barbaricum data engineers, scientists, and USSTRATCOM intelligence analysts, you’ll design and implement compelling, intuitive, and operationally relevant front-end digital experiences. Your work will help convey critical analytic narratives and enhance user engagement with mission applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and iterate on UX/UI solutions including wireframes, mockups, sitemaps, and user flows that align with mission objectives
- Translate user requirements into clear, responsive, and accessible web designs
- Define visual design systems and standards for interactive web content and products
- Conduct user research and testing to drive interface improvements and inform design decisions
- Create interaction models and implement design specifications for new digital products
- Collaborate closely with backend/front-end developers, intelligence analysts, and Government stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data and design
- Apply principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to evaluate usability and effectiveness of developed tools
- Support content development across multiple mediums, including interactive graphics, analytic product templates, and video/media artifacts

Qualifications:
- Must have active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Contractor personnel shall demonstrate at least eight (8) years’ experience in IT and software development.
- Proven experience with front-end web development tools and languages including Flask, Python, and JavaScript
- Strong background in UX research, prototyping, and interface design for web-based applications
- Experience with Agile development and collaborative team environments
- Experience with UI/UX Design and Development tools (i.e. Material UI, Figma, Adobe XD)

Barbaricum is seeking a data professional experienced in data science and full-stack tool development, to be part of a larger team in support of US Strategic Command in Omaha, Nebraska. This journeyman position supports the customer on-site, with a number of user requirement driven development projects aimed to make sense of the large amounts of data relevant to the STRATCOM mission. We are seeking an IGA Engineer to support USSOCOM’s Zero Trust execution efforts by implementing and operating SailPoint-based identity governance capabilities across NIPR, SIPR, and Top Secret networks.
The Role
The IGA Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Governance solutions that serve as the authoritative source for identity attributes and access decisions. This role goes beyond basic provisioning and focuses on implementing lifecycle automation, access governance, and attribute-driven access control in complex, multi-enclave environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ to automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes

The Role
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. The Role

- Achieve ATOs for Palantir software across multiple government customers with minimal oversight.

We are seeking a Network Operations Technician. Palantir's Site Reliability Network Operations Center members (SRN) are the first line of defense on alerting and monitoring across a wide network of Palantir products and installations. Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the consortium members are proposing and working towards a common interoperable technical vision.
- Provide collaborative technical leadership alongside industry and government partners to establish high level data mesh design patterns and proofs of concept/ prototypes suited to a complex multi-vendor, multi-organization environment.
- Proactively identifies and develops solutions to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance to with global standards as well as interoperability with DoD systems.
- Create and review others’ relevant documentation, such as diagrams, detailed assessments, and design document.
- Assist in the evaluation of new products and services; make recommendations for improvements and assist in the development and documentation of network architecture.
- Serves as a senior technical advisor in formulating the technical approaches, selection of the tools, diagnostics methods for solving the customer problems utilizing artificial intelligence in a timely manner.
- Consults with organizations to obtain or exchange complex technical information.
- Ensures all the functional and performance analysis models developed reflect the operational performance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance Required.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years experience, or a Masters Degree plus 5 years of experience; Education must be in Systems Engineering or closely related discipline such as Modeling and Simulation Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
- Experienced in Python programming and in industry-standard Software Engineering software (e.g., Cameo, IBM Rhapsody, Labview, or any other Model-Based Systems Engineering).
- Experience with network design/development and design of data exchange standards such as APIs, cloud storage, and access-denied environments.
- Great technical writing skills.

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's current and prospective user bases. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
- Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders (inclusive of the possibility of occasional Saturday morning briefings)
- Provide support in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and answering questions from senior leaders
- Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to Palantir product
- Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational question
Qualifications
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience Palantir Gaia (essential knowledge required) and Foundry (debugging capabilities preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.
