We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our Anduril Australia team. Anduril's Detection and Response team is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to be the watchtower for Anduril's critical defence technologies. As a SecOps analyst on the detection and response team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to adversarial activity while helping incorporate key detection feedback loops with the detection engineering team. When not responding to threats, you'll be asking questions of our data sets, conducting threat hunting and data normalisation operations across the organization to understand user behavior and identify anomalies.

The Strategy Developers work alongside our Sydney-based options research and trading teams in designing and implementing systematic trading strategies. Join our global Level 3 Support Team, responsible for resolving the most complex technical issues experienced by Anaplan customers. About the role

The Head of Revenue Operations defines the revenue operations strategy and builds out the GTM systems and infrastructure that enable Sonder’s revenue organisation to grow efficiently. As a member of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality due diligence reviews to ensure the authenticity of fundraisers, campaign organizers, and beneficiaries. This includes verifying identities and Know Your Customer/Business (KYC/B) information, reviewing fundraisers for indicators of fraud or financial crime, and applying established risk criteria to identify and escalate high-risk cases. You will play a critical role in enforcing compliance while maintaining a safe and trusted platform for our community.

The Job

• Conduct CDD reviews in accordance with internal policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, focusing on consistent and accurate execution of standard due diligence processes. 
• Review identity verification results and supporting documentation to confirm customer identity, and authenticity of fundraisers and beneficiaries. 
• Perform sanctions and watchlist screening and identify potential Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), adverse media, or other risk indicators requiring further review.
• Review fundraiser and account attributes for indicators of fraud, abuse, or financial crime using established risk signals, and escalate cases according to defined procedures. 
• Conduct onboarding due diligence on organizations, including verification of entity information, ownership details, and supporting documentation where required.
• Document findings clearly and accurately in internal case management systems to support escalation decisions, audit readiness, and downstream investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payments Risk, Content Risk, Legal, Customer Care, and Compliance, to resolve due diligence inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone related to identity verification and due diligence requirements, balancing risk mitigation with a positive user experience.
• Build familiarity with common fraud and financial crime risks observed on the platform to support effective identification and escalation of higher-risk cases.
• Support the team during crisis situations by prioritizing reviews of crisis fundraisers, and proactively assisting affected customers and other stakeholders as needed.

This position may involve reviewing sensitive material, which can include disturbing images, videos, or text, as well as offensive language and other challenging content (e.g., violence, exploitation, or self-injury). Some weekend and holiday work may be required as part of scheduled shifts, as well as being a member of our on-call team for emergencies.

You 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, and purchase order administration.

Your Skills and Experience

• 2–5 years' experience in a procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role — or transferable experience from an operations or project management background. Direct procurement experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Competent in Excel and comfortable working with data, including manipulation and reporting tools.
• Hands-on and dependable, with a natural inclination to take ownership, dive into the detail, and follow through on commitments.
• Confident and clear communicator, able to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders both locally and globally.

IMC is looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Microstructure Analyst to join our Performance team in Sydney. Quantitative Microstructure Analyst's at IMC collaborate with other teams, both technical and non-technical, to handle everything from optimising exchange connectivity to analysing application performance to designing systems for handling massive amounts of data.  If it’s a hard problem, it’s in scope.

Your Core Responsibilities: 

• Data and Systems Analysis: Analyse terabytes of network data to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, and optimise system performance.
• Analyse, optimise, troubleshoot, and continuously tune the complete trading environment to improve the performance of our low-latency trading systems on financial exchanges.
• Analyse time series exchange network captures.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy simple, elegant, reusable code.
• Work closely with traders and other technology teams to drive global thinking, information sharing, and sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Build IMC's knowledge base to ensure a deep understanding of exchange infrastructure and protocols.
• Define the direction for critical investment decisions by analysing complex technical problems in a self-directed manner.

Your Skills and Experience: 

While not all of the below is required, a deep understanding in at least one of the following areas would be an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the areas: distributed systems, computer networks, operating system architecture, ultra-low latency environments.
• Strong skills in data analytics including analysing and visualising large data sets
• Knowledge of Linux kernel internals and interfaces including memory, network, and file I/O. Knowledge of eBPF is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast).  Knowledge of kernel network bypass technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python. Proficiency in C++ a bonus.
• A high degree of flexibility and adaptability: willing and able to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment

Your Core Responsibilities: 

• Design and build end-to-end infrastructure for training, evaluation, and productionization of ML models, working closely with our HPC engineers who manage our on-prem compute cluster
• Influence foundational choices around data access, compute orchestration, experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment pipelines
• Partner with quant researchers to accelerate iteration cycles, tighten feedback loops, and bring models from prototype to live trading
• Work with researchers to adapt and deploy modern architectures — transformers, state-space models, temporal convolutions, graph neural networks — to noisy, high-frequency financial data. Explore techniques like self-supervised pretraining, representation learning, and cross-sectional modelling where they offer genuine edge
• Shape our approach to reproducibility, continual learning, and production monitoring across a petabyte-scale data environment
• Define standards that create consistency across teams and geographies; mentor engineers and influence technical culture beyond your immediate work
• Keep pace with developments in deep learning research and ML infrastructure; bring ideas from academia and industry into how we work — whether that's new architectures, training techniques, or tooling

Your Skills and Experience: 

• 8+ years of experience building ML platforms or infrastructure at a leading tech company, research lab, or quantitative firm
• A track record of designing and owning large-scale training and inference systems — not just contributing, but architecting
• Deep proficiency in Python, with strong experience in either CUDA or C++
• Hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and practical experience implementing architectures like transformers, attention mechanisms, or sequence models
• Strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals: optimization, regularization, loss design, and the trade-offs that matter when training at scale
• Experience with distributed training at scale (Horovod, NCCL) and GPU optimization (cuDNN, TensorRT)
• History of deploying models to production with strong observability, reproducibility, and monitoring practices
• Comfort working across the ML stack from data pipelines to training infrastructure to serving systems
