Interior Designer – Commercial Interior Design

Greenbox Architecture is looking for an Interior Designer to join our team working across high‑quality commercial interior and architectural projects.

This role suits someone who’s confident managing smaller projects end‑to‑end, while contributing to larger projects within a collaborative studio environment. You’ll be involved from early briefing through to delivery, taking an active role in design, documentation, and coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Manage interior and architectural projects from brief to completion
• Act as the main client contact on smaller projects
• Coordinate consultants, project meetings, and authority approvals
• Produce design documentation, specifications, and freehand sketches
• Work in Revit/BIM, supporting model health and Revit family development
• Create 3D visualisations and renders
• Support resourcing, invoicing, and project admin via Deltek PI

About you:

• Experience in commercial interior design and/or architecture
• Confident client communicator with strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Revit and 3D visualisation workflows
• Collaborative, detail‑focused, and design‑driven

Are you highly organised, proactive, and eager to play a key role in a vibrant architectural studio? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Sydney office, keeping the practice running seamlessly and supporting a passionate, creative team.

This is a part-time opportunity (4 days per week), ideal for someone seeking balance while still wanting to be deeply involved in a dynamic, design-led environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage the day-to-day rhythm of the office, from handling calls and emails with professionalism to coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

You’ll keep meeting rooms presentation- ready, maintain well-organised project files, and ensure the office and kitchen are stocked and running efficiently for both everyday work and important client meetings.

You’ll also support administrative and financial processes, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with document management.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you’ll provide essential support to architects and project managers, helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who thrives on organisation, takes initiative, and enjoys being the go-to support person in a busy office. You bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience in an architectural or design studio is highly regarded but not essential.  What matters most is your reliability, adaptability, and positive attitude. This role is perfectly suited to someone who can work four days a week and is looking for a long-term, meaningful position within a creative practice.

The role with us

We are looking for an IT Solutions Analyst to join our high-performing APAC IT team. Reporting to the IT & C Manager, you will provide advanced technical support across Woolpert’s business sectors. Based in our Woolpert Sydney CBD office, this role involves troubleshooting, asset management, documentation, and supporting IT infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 IT support requests.
• Responding to phone calls and e-mails through the Helpdesk from clients and internal staff regarding technical support issues (remedial or add, move and change)
• Support and administration of Exchange / MS365 environment.
• Troubleshooting issues related but not limited to software, hardware, servers, routers, firewalls, peripherals and networking equipment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to implement and support IT infrastructure projects.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT
• 3+ years of experience with relevant responsibilities.
• Sound knowledge of Windows desktop and server environment, MS365 and associated technologies.
• Working understanding of LAN and WAN environments and technologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Proven experience supporting customers and flexibility to work onsite across multiples offices.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.

• ITIL
• MS365 qualifications
• Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society

About You:  
We seek a mid-level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects, a solid understanding of design development and delivery, adept at problem-solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes. This is a role with a huge growth potential.  

You will be joining an emerging team of architects and designers in our Sydney office You will play a crucial part of the growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Capable of working on complex, multi-phase projects with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, models that accurately reflect the design intent. Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
• Communicates design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal presentation skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:  

• Minimum 5 years of local experience 
• Has a good understanding of design and construction documentation  
• Has a solid understanding of Australian building codes   
• Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded  
• Experience working in complex commercial project or large scale multi-residential projects is highly regarded
• Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required    
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded
