Your Impact
Based in North Sydney, you’ll partner with teams across APAC to optimise energy performance and drive measurable impact. You’ll analyse live asset performance, ensure alignment between design and actual PUE, and support initiatives that advance operational efficiency and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and optimise PUE, energy, water, and thermal performance
Investigate performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with operations teams to align on targets and SLAs
Support AI-driven optimisation, forecasting models, and sustainability programs (e.g. Net Zero 2030, NABERS)
What you'll bring
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
3+ years’ experience in energy systems, HVAC optimisation, or data centres
Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerBI, and modelling tools
Ability to manage complex data and engage stakeholders effectively

Your Impact:
Reporting to the AI ROC Lead, you will join the Operations Digital Solutions team, working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology to improve how data centres operate at scale. You will help modernise decision-making by shifting from traditional reporting to scalable data models built on trusted metrics, reusable data assets, and high-quality transformations. Your work will shape how operational data is structured, accessed, and used across analytics, business intelligence, and AI.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain high-quality operational data products that drive business decisions
Design reusable datasets, metrics, and semantic layers for scalable use across teams
Partner with operations, AI, and data teams to deliver practical, impactful solutions
Analyse performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Enable self-service and “ask-my-data” capabilities through well-structured data assets
Support the growth of AI ROC by improving data accessibility, quality, and usability
What you'll bring:
Experience in data modelling, transformation, and analytics (e.g. SQL, Python, or similar)

The Safety Compliance Lead ensures AirTrunk remains ahead of regulatory, customer, and ISO45001 requirements across all jurisdictions. Operating as a specialist in safety governance, compliance, and assurance, the role provides proactive oversight of legal changes, customer obligations, and internal controls—embedding compliance into AirTrunk’s systems, documentation, and operating practices.
By supporting the Corporate Safety Assurance Program, leading internal audit activity, coordinating ISO certification requirements, and partnering with regional operations teams, this role plays a critical part in reducing operational, legislative, and reputational risk across AirTrunk’s rapidly expanding APJ footprint.

As the Safety Training & Communications Lead based in our North Sydney HQ, you will report to the Director, Business Operations Safety and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways.
The Safety Training & Communications Lead is responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving AirTrunk’s Safety Training Framework (Safety Academy), ensuring all AirTrunkers across are trained, competent, and aligned to ISO, legal, and customer requirements.
The role will own the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) matrix, govern the AirTrunk Safety LMS (Seed) across regions, uplift high risk competency programs, and drive targeted, outcome focused safety communications that strengthen compliance, awareness, and risk-based decision making.
