We’re looking for a Director to lead our Customer Experience Operations function. The annual base Pay Range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 USD. This range reflects our US national compensation (USN). As Senior Commercial Counsel on Zip’s US Legal Team, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, leading high-impact commercial negotiations and enabling revenue growth.
